Dogs always have a blast here, staff is super friendly, and love the social media presence so I get to see photos and videos on their Facebook while I'm away

I'm so happy I found this place. My dog means the world to me and I never felt comfortable leaving her with anyone except the staff at Tempe Dogs! My dog is so excited every morning, I can leave with peace of mind knowing she's in amazing care. I literally drive an extra hour round trip to work just to make sure my dog can see her friends :) I can't recommend them highly enough.

Roxy and her crew at Tempe dogs are amazing. I was a 1st time taking my pup to day care, they gave me comfort. They care for my dog like he is their own. Roxy always makes us feel welcomed like family.

I have really enjoyed Tempe Dogs 24/7 and also their Chandler location - the multiple locations makes it convenient. My dog gets excited when we pull up to to the facility which makes me feel good about dropping her off. When we walk in the door employees, like Roxy, greet me with a smile and give my little girl some loves. I have used them for boarding as well and have had nothing but great experiences. I really like that they do not kennel and I can pick my dog at any time of day or night - Thank you Tempe Dogs 24/7

Staff does a great job of caring for our dogs. Great service! We love the consistent staff and how well they know our dogs. They are clearly dog lovers! The dogs are happy going during the day. One dog loves to play with the others dogs. The other dog does more napping. Both are happy at Tempe Dogs, and it has eliminated pups chewing things at home.

Workers harassed a car meet laughing at the kind people putting on a show for everyone nobody was acting like children except for the employees!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I wrote the review below before we found out that our dog also contracted parasites. $160 dollar quote turned into almost a $700 experience. (Now at $850) 1) OUR DOG CAME HOME SICK!!! $400 vet bill and is still sick and lethargic 7 days later. Had to pick up a new prescription today. Not to mention the anxiety of your dog struggling to breath and being restless throughout night. 2) Misquoted the price to board, close to $100 difference 3) We were told by management that their sales team does not provide quotes over the phone and alluded we were lying. We have been quoted multiple times over the phone and the quoted price was the reason for selecting this facility. 4) Discussed pricing of another visit and were told we must have dropped our dog off at a much later time to get the price we did. Again, alluding that we were lying. We were at an event before the time they are saying we must have dropped out pup off by so not sure how that works.... Most importantly, our dog was not taken care of to our expectations and came home ill. She smelled like pee and was dirty when we picked her up. Dirty I can handle but the urine smell was concerning. Also, not impressed by the management staff to basically wrote us off and say we are lying.

Seamed like my dog had a great day but would be nice if all up front paperwork could be done online prior to check in.

Very kind and courteous. They are genuinely excited to meet and get to know your dog. Our pupper came home happy.

Took excellent care of my two dogs over the weekend. Kept me updated on how things were going. Will definitely be coming here again.

Staff is always super friendly and my dogs RUN to go play!! I LOVE that they have friends and aren’t caged up all day . Amazing concept ! So happy I discovered them !! GO HERE!!!

I work nights and turns out it's nearly impossible to find overnight pet care that isn't classified as "boarding." Check-ins are usually very fast and staff is all friendly. Convenient and I'm grateful this place exists!

Was extremely responsive and communicative to an inquiry of trying to find a new place in an almost dire situation!

My dog has been going to Tempe Dogs for 5 years. She loves going there. They also do pool parties etc for the dogs. I have also boarded her too.

I had such an amazing experience using Tempe Dogs 24/7 for daycare! Lauren was incredible to speak to and gave me all the information I needed. I could tell how caring and knowledgeable she is, and took the extra time to work with my anxious puppy. Also took a bunch of pictures of my baby and sent them to me at pickup. I have complete trust in them, thank you!! They kill the game.

Great place! My border collie comes home exhausted and happy! We love the staff, that we can drop him off any time, and that he is learning good dog manners. The facility doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles but the dogs don’t care about that.

My dog is always so happy to walk through the doors and be able to play all day long!

Can't say enough good things. Top notch care and top notch people. Lauren, Savanna, Mikey, Alex and the whole team took excellent care of Rocco during my long hours at work and I couldn't be more grateful! Would Highly recommend to anyone in need of excellent and reliable daycare for their dog!

Pip LOVES Tempe Dogs 24/7! He went to Chandler Dogs, a sister location, for a few years so when we moved to Tempe we stayed with the best. Thanks for all the love and care you give him. To anyone on the fence, this place is great. The staff are caring, careful, and friendly. They go above and beyond. Thanks from us and Pip!

My dog enjoys going for daycare so we decided to board him for 9 days when we went on vacation . After that, we will not be going back. We were told that we would get daily email updates regarding how he is doing. We didn’t get an email so two days later I called to check-in about it and I was informed that I had to request email updates (which I inquired about before leaving my dog), I told her that I would appreciate that. The worker told me she would send pics of him via email and pics also get posted on social media. I never got an email. Also, the entire time he was there, he was only posted on social media once. There were days were it was tough to get a hold of them via phone. I called the day before pick up and the worker was clueless in terms of when my dog got dropped off ( she was saying oh yes, he got dropped off yesterday, right? But no, it was 8 ago). The reason my rating is not lower is because they did call one day to ask if he can be given wet food because he wasn’t eating. And I’m taking into consideration his other stays at daycare. Next time we will be going to Camp Bow Wow, same rates and cameras on site to see your dogs.

Just called right now and was first responded with “Hello” i asked how much the service was for grooming and was responded with are you trying to get ahold of the dogs …. i hung up immediately terrible customer service

I take my pups here for nails and grooming. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

I brought my Dog Luna a few weeks ago and staff was very friendly and accommodating to my girl Luna! They were very sweet and helpful, I’m so happy I found them! I will continue to bring Luna here, I 100% recommend!

Kevin loves going to all the locations! Between friends staff and awesome picture updates on Facebook I know my baby is taken care of!

Such a waste of $250 of my money to pay someone to NOT take care of my dogs... When boarding my dogs for three days, they completely failed to give one of my dogs ANY doses of her medication and failed to give her dinner on the last night. They then repeatedly made excuses for this stating that staff must have been confused or must have fed her leftovers, even though her food was individual wet food packets clearly labeled with the date to be given and the medication was clearly labeled with directions for dosing. I was offered to speak to a manager who offered to "make it right" by giving a future discount... Like I would ever trust them with my dogs again.

We had a horrible Rover experience and we needed to set up something quick for our 4 pups (Scarlet, Brody, Layla, and Willow) as we were already out of state. They were very understanding with our situation and were very patient with us with setting everything up. They were able to make us feel a lot better that our 4 pups were in good hands and not have to cut our trip short. Thank you guys so much for taking really good care of our pups!
