When I say the word Petsmart, Chance's tail wags vigorously. That tells me the staff is treating him very well.

I would recommend using their Dog Grooming service! Jordan gave my pug a Bath and Brush + Nail Trim. My pug feels very clean and soft ????

This store has great grooming services! Mercedes does an amazing job - she is amazing at the Schnauzer cut!

Look at the amount of hay in this aquarium that holds 4 guinea pigs! That's not even enough hay for a single guinea pig, let alone 4!! 80% of their diet is hay! Pellet bowl also empty, 1 water bottle. If you aren't going to properly take care of live animals, stop selling them.

Just be sure that they are charging correctly on specials. Purchased canned puppy food 8 for $20.00. They rung it up a full price, caught it and had it corrected. They said the system must not have been set up for that. So check your purchases.

My dog Cusco got his nails clipped, and they said he was very good patient. I also was able to pick up a small bag of doggie treats for a reasonable price.

The groomers here are all so nice and helpful! My fur baby always looks great when I pick her up. I wouldn't take her anywhere else! (:

Freddie and Cole are the nicest and most enjoyable people to have helped me!! Superworms have been low in stock everywhere the past year but this store manages to keep my lizards and birds alive and happy! Freddie was so enjoyable and really helped me remember what we have been thru during our hardship in our community from an essential workers prospective. I appreciate all the hard workers here and remain loyal to Petsmart.

Clean but out of a lot of merchandise

Lots of dead fish in tanks. Very small selection of reptiles, rodents etc.

Clean, and friendly staff. Some things are pricey, but they make it up with the variety and options. Plus the vets techs here at Banfield are amazing. It just tough to get an appointment due to their popularity. But if you need help, they go out of there way to make sure your pet is taken care of. They are pricey and they do offer a wellness program that can help elevate the costs. If you have a pet with medical issues, then I do suggest enrolling in it. It is worth it in the long run.

Never will i ever come here. I have a yorkie poodle that i was suppose to take pictures with but i can’t because my dog looks like a kangaroo gave us the exact opposite what we asked for twice!!!!

I recently got a new vet. I was upset they didn't give me the right information about dog . Also I canceled pet insurance and have to pay this other vet real expensive surgery and this place is trying to get more money out of me after canceling insurance after already spending 500.00 there even with there insurance

I liked outsmart they had a lot to choose from plus cats and dogs.

I take my pets here to get all the grooming needs and also anything else I need for my other pets
