Don't go here anymore for reasons I chose not to state. Dr Edwards is awesome. Really cares about our pets. Responds promptly when we have a question, asks how our pets are, she's great! Wonderful staff, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Edwards is a great vet. She is very caring with the animals be they cats or dogs. Great support staff too.

Employees nice, but for $250 x-ray & no reading/results on that, rather disappointed.????

Dr. Edwards and all staff are caring, polite and professional. We gladly drive 45 minutes to have her as our dogs vet. We refer everyone to her.

Dr. Edwards has extensive knowledge about cats. We have taken our cats here for many years. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Edward's and her staff are so friendly and helpful. My dog is as comfortable with them as a nervous chihuahua mix can possibly be. Calls/messages are responded to promptly, pricing is very reasonable and fair. So glad we found this office.

Best vet in the valley by far. Dr Edward's and her staff reay do care for our pets and it shows each visit. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very grateful for the wonderful care Dr. Edwards and staff provided to my little girl. They took care of her for over 10 years...and made sure her passing was as comfortable and loving as possible. I highly recommend this Vet!

Because they are so good with pets and owners

This is my first review I have ever written and I feel like it’s my responsibility to share my experience with this disappointing clinic. I had been going to Dr. Edwards for the past 8 years for annual visits and those were fine. In the past year my dog became sicker and sicker with some heart and airway issues. Yes, they evaluated him and prescribed him medication. The medication wasn’t helping anymore and I called the clinic to see if I could discuss the next steps for my dog. Rosie, who was extremely rude, uncompassionate and dismissive basically told me they were too busy and had more “emergency” situations to deal with and she would “see” if the Dr could text me back. Well as you can guess 3 weeks went by and I received no call/text back and we were now at a point of deciding whether to put our dog down. I called one more time to see if I could talk with the Dr and also refill one prescription that would get my dog through the next week. When I went to pick up his prescription I confronted Rosie about the lack of communication and once again she was defensive, rude and unprofessional. I was literally shaking when I left the office and felt such disgust that these were the people I trusted to be there for my dog especially at the end of his life. Last Thursday we had to put our beloved dog down and thank god I found the most compassionate in home vet to help me with the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I personally would encourage you to look elsewhere if you want a reliable, professional and compassionate staff.

My girlfriend took our cat in for a check up. The vet said he’s all good but literally nothing has changed with him. He’s been having problems for like a month. He sure doesn’t look okay to me... Did you even check him?

Been with Dr. Edwards for 12 years. I love the staff and so do my pets

All my animals have been going to Dr. Edwards for about 6 years and I’ve always been happy. She really cares and her staff does too. Recently I took my new puppy in for what we thought was an ear infection but turned out to be puppy strangles. She was swift in taking care of her and making sure Maple was comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone and never would go to anyone else (unless they are closed and it’s an emergency). You can tell the staff cares too they really made me feel good about leaving Maple in their care. She’s also taken care of my senior dog and my cat numerous times and I can’t thank them enough. I love this office and I really hope they know how much it means to me to be a client of theirs. Thank you guys!

Reasonably priced and very thorough. Long-term meds can be received in the mail without a charge for additional office visits. The stars program will save money over time. I am extremely happy with Dr. Edwards and her staff.

Booking is a nightmare, I make one appointment with the office secretary and some other boyish employee calls me back making additions to raise my cost, this is actually the second time this has happened then when you get in the office they still have the prices off from the original deal

I have been going to Pecan Grove Veterinary Hospital since I was a child with my family pets growing up, and now an adult with my own animals there is no other place I would trust my pets health. Doctor Edwards is an amazing veterinarian, she is knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. You can tell she loves the animals as much as the owners do. I highly recommend Dr. Edwards and Pecan Grove!

Dr. Edwards is outstanding! I thank God for her. She is given our Tigger the most amazing care possible. Even if Tigger kitty doesn't make it I have the peace from God and Dr Edwards he will not pass in suffering. She's amazing. I consider her in top 10 percent of Vets in Phoenix Metro. I pray that God will bless her amazing ways. I hope and pray God provides everything she needs for her practice. She's is one a million. This type of doctor in any area medicine be almost never exists!

Words cannot describe how I feel about this clinic. Dr. Edwards has taken care of my dog since I moved here four years ago. One time far and above what I would have expected. I highly recommend she and her professional staff. I will stay with this group as long as I own a pet...
