Grand Pet Hotel Surprise, Arizona

Unfortunately for me I drove all the way to this place about 55 miles, as soon as i walked in the lady rapped fire serval questions the one thing i was looking for she continued rapped firing same questions, with other none related talking, amounts to rapped fire questions did not get answered as I struggled looked at my phone to find shot records, 2 were telling me I am “rude”. Someone called I believe it was me rapped fire not can wait a moment, call after I did not leave my dog whom is Service dog called while at a nice calming place with clerks sweet, no problem waiting while I got the shot record and only took me 2 minutes to find. She called I told her those women are liability as I am disabled. Hung up. Text her today Donna Harris telling her after she reviewed the video I be glad to answer and further question. Donna Harris said like the clerk no stopping ignorantly saying “we cannot see your disability”....”your saying your migraines are your disability”...”not to let my head” totally inappropriate, offensive and off topic of my text, blown off to th law and totally no concern for it. Was very upset about my Mom dying and I not thinking as fast as other times, 2 women not letting get what they asked for and excuses, No apologies after this place basic made my life harder and I still unwell today. Effecting people in this way is typical of people that have no understanding of communication, Exchange of information shot record first line of business as I know and ignorant texted me “need the shot record” as if she done the same thing the clerk & trainer did. Not even concern how they effected me. If I had time I would bring suite that is how hurt and angry I am. Should have know when I called she repeated herself but would not give definitive answer if I need more then one day. Liability for the owner but me Harris does not think so that why I wish I had time. They do not get the law. I do not even have to tell them what my disability is only accommodations and being polite would been best not telling me I am rude, if I had wanted to explain they would have gaslighted me anyway. Many ignorant people abuse the disabled as the “trainer” did, surprised but true she thinks I rude for trying to get shot record. These 2 do it else where. These women abuse people all the time, “We do not see your disability”, ignorant!

The place is very clean and I could tell they were well-organized. I liked the fact that I could call at any time of the day and get an update on my dog. Some staff were nice and friendly, however the lady at the front desk was rude and had no manners. No “hello”, “thank you”, etc. made me feel disrespected and I left feeling like she didn’t even want me or my dog there. Having said this, I don’t think we will be back.

My dog Sammi was so excited to stay at the Grand Pet Hotel, she could have cared that we were leaving for a few days. The staff was friendly on pickup and drop off, and I could tell she was well cared for while we were away.

My dog likes it here so I like it here. Some of the staff are in love with my pup and it shows. My biggest gripe is drop off. It seems the 7am shift is late. ALL THE TIME. And if you go to drop off your dog for boarding the overnight crew often doesn’t know where the “paperwork” is or the password. Just seems like the overnight people are not sure how to run the office and the office staff is never at work on time to assist. It’s happened multiple times. But what should be a 5 min drop off often takes 15 or more. If you need reliable part time help, just say so. Plenty of people would want to work there just to be able to have access to the dogs ????

When my wife and I were hospitalized at same time last year with Covid, GPH staff cared for our Bichon for a month. They went above and beyond by sending us pictures of Romeo's adventures and gave us text updates. When I went to pick him up I could tell he was happy and healthy and seemed a little sad to be leaving his GPH buddies.

Amazing Dog Care and Grooming. Family owned and all workers have their own dogs and love dogs.

I highly suggest this place! The ladies there are so sweet and nice and great with our babies!!! We boarded all 3 of our pups for one night, they even sent us a text message with a picture for updates! Went back the next day to get our Great Dane nails clipped and they did a wonderful job!

We moved here and checked many places for boarding and grooming. Our guy "tank" stayed for 4 days. He is very timid. We had him groomed while we were gone. The grooming was the best he has ever had! The next time we went there for grooming he ran into the room to be groomed. This place really cares about our babies. They treat them wonderful! I hate leaving tank but when I have to I have no doubt he will be safe and loved.

We walked up to get a look at the place before leaving our dog there. The one person working the outdoor area (a male ) was YELLING at a larger dog about something “You know better than that” maybe the dog doesn’t know better. But I’m not subjecting my dog to that kind of treatment All I heard was yelling That’s not how you get a dog to respond Turned around and left. I’m not going to put my animal to that kinda treatment

I think it is a great place for the puppies and full grown dogs. They are very well taken care of. And the groomer they have is the greatest.

Great place to take your pet to when you go on vacation awesome staff they really take care your pet just like it was there's .

Omg.. I took my dog Molly here to see how she would like it yesterday... from the moment we walked in we were greeted by Mkel and Andrea, (mind you, it was 4:45p, they close at 5:00p) they are the Best, and it shows they love their job! I was so nervous, about how the other dogs would treat my dog.. Then comes Buddy, the sweetest dog (Mkels dog) he greeted Molly with open paws???? Buddy and the girls really made Molly have the best experience here at Grand Pet Hotel!! ????❤️

Great grooming! I have been bringing my fur babies to Julee for grooming, for about 9 years. She always does an amazing job, exactly the way we like it. The grooming is done in a timely manner, and our babies always look beautiful. Our dogs love coming here, so I know they are well taken care of. We have not boarded here, but whenever we come, there is someone out in the exercise yard with the other dogs playing with them. Everyone seems very friendly and caring.

First time boarding our German Sheppard "Gus". He was there for 1 1/2 weeks. Great friendly staff. Gus enjoyed himself and would recommend this place to all. He will be back!

Love! I was so apprehensive about leaving my dog, we had never done that before. Tried the hotel out with daycare first and she liked it. We left her at Grand Pet Hotel for 5 days and they took exceptional care of her. I was rediculous with how many times I called to check up on her and they were always patient and accommodating with me. Loved that someone is there 24-7. It is clean, organized and they seem to really care for every pet they are in charge of. My dog didn't smell when we picked her up, like other reviews stated about their pets. I have recommended my friends to them and well continue to do so. Will bring my Lili back. Thanks to everyone again that cared for her!!! ❤

This pet hotel is one of the best ones I’ve ever used! The staff is amazing and the entire place is very clean. I will absolutely be using them again and referring them to others!
