Banfield Pet Hospital Surprise, Arizona

I like coming to Banfield to bring my dog here and get him taken care of. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. You can bring your pets here for preventive care, shots, medical attention, and much more. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital.

We only trust Banfield with all 5 of our babies; 4 dogs & 1 cat. The Dr's & staff here are kind & caring & I've been taking them all here since our oldest was 4 months young; he's coming up to 7 yrs old in March! They are wonderful would recommend them!

Today was Roscoe's yearly check up and all went well. The people were very friendly that took care of Roscoe. The vet came out and spent time with us and answered all our questions. We got prices for their wellness plans and I'm very satisfied. Friendly staff, clean area!!

First cost no way, this will not happen again just over $4.03. Size of Hot fudge Sunday, best way to accurately describe it I had to put my eye glasses on to verify what was in my hand...

We have been taking our Weimaraner, Diego here for little over 6 years. We have the Wellness plan so they send emails, texts and phone calls to remind you when the 6 mth well visit is due. I work at a human pediatrics clinic and I always make a joke at work that my dog is up to date on his well visits but my kids are not for their yearly exams. One reason being is that most healthcare offices do not take the time to notify parents and patients when their well exams are due. But a veterinarian does yep Banifield does to me that means a lot. I promise you I pay a whole lot more for my kids health insurance then the dogs by the way. They are always there to answer any questions we have and have always gave the ultimate respect to me when discussing Diego’s treatment plans when he does have an issue ex..ear infections and listened to my concerns about any other issues. Which is more then I can say I even see while working in the human medical field. It is hard to get appointments sometimes and they are booked out for comprehensive exams but is worth the wait. So thank you especially to Dr. Krista Zeien.

Banfield Surprise is impressive. This is our new location now after going to Dysart who sadly doesnt show care and compassion as this team. From the appt booking I got a positive vibe already to in person mtg. The also met with our dog before appt so he will get to know the tech n get comfortable. Such a caring and compassionate team which we need for our pet.

Take about a month to get in

This is a tough one. I'd love to give them all 5 stars but the way were treated before we were finally seen prevents me from doing so.

Timely vet care thanks to drop off appointments and staff who go the extra mile to render excellent customer service and K9 care.

We have being taking our fur babies to this Banfield for 6 years now. The staff is amazing and they always treat our hyper active pups with care. We took the whole family today including, the cat, and they took very good care of all of them. The family of fur babies needed the works and paperwork updated. In my opinion, this location is the best in the valley and I have lived here for 20 years. I trust that any and all fur babies are well taking care of at this place. Thank you Dr. V and staff for all your care, and especially your hard work! Best in the valley!

I love Banfield. I've used them for over 4 yrs. When I took my 2 dogs in together I told them that one got nervous and asked if there was a way to keep them together. They were able to do it and keep them safe. I can always tell that my dogs are happy when they go and happy when they come back. It's also nice that I don't have to worry about paying out of pocket for every visit.

The staff at Banfield Pet Hospital were compassionate and took my concerns seriously on our very first visit. They did the tests I requested on my puppy (who was recovering from a serious case of Parvo even though he was fully vaccinated). They are Professionals in every sense of the word and totally eased my concerns.

First time taking our 11 year old English Spaniel to Banner Pet Hospital (Partnered with Pet Smart). Couldn't have asked for a nicer more professional group of people. They listened to every question and/or concern we had and we're given a very detailed report by the vet of his findings (not an assistant). He took the time to answer any new questions and gave multiple courses of treatment for every condition diagnosed. I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends or family without reservation.
