I liked them, clean facility, and friendly staff. I also really appreciate the availability of appointments and that the work with Pet Assure. Update: they still work really hard for their clients but they have become much more busy and the time with the vet is really short unless you really advocate for yourself

Front desk staff is very very rude, a few of the actual doctors don’t seem to care or listen to what you have to say. The first time I went In, my dog was 4 months old, she loves people and so you would think they would be understanding that she wouldn’t sit still while they look in her mouth and take her temp right? No, the assistant was mad, rolling her eyes and they had brought in 2 other assistants who were also mad they had to be in to hold the dog still while she’s being poked and prodded. Worst service ever, and very very over priced for horrible services.

Great vet office unless you're not text savvy they force you to refill your pets medication online my dad has a hard time with it and because of it he switched vets but they are very knowledgeable and caring and not that expensive they would be five stars if it wasn't so heavy doing everything online

This is a wonderful place to take your animals. Everyone from beginning to end was very kind and nice!! If you ever have a sick baby that needs to see a vet this is the place for you!

Took our dog Bailey there this morning.Everyone was very kind and helpful .The vet was kind and took his time explaining things to us and what we should do.His assistant went over everything and what the cost would be so there was no surprise.Highly recommend this place!

Everyone was very nice when we had to put our dog down. Very nice.

My regular vet was booked out a month and my dog had a painful inflamed ear infection so this place was able to get us in same day, which I appreciate. The bill was hefty like some others mentioned but I don't think the cost would have been much different than my dogs regular vet. Vet care is not cheap. But regardless of the cost, I'm just grateful they saw us same day and my dog is now comfortable rather than scratching his ear constantly and tearing it up with his claws.

I'm traveling from Pennsylvania and my dog decided to chase down a bull while we were camping in the desert. To spare the details, let's just say she did not make friends with the bull. The staff was so kind, considerate and took care of my lil nugget of a pitbull. We even had a return visit today and she was just as excited to go back even after having a tooth yanked!! I would highly recommend this place for your animal. Dakota and I thank you all so much for taking care of us! Words can't express the gratitude enough!

Our poor 6 month old German Shepard Roger "That" was very sick this past week, I called around to probably 5 other vets trying to get him in somewhere. And just happened across AMC when I thought I was calling another vet in Peoria that was around the corner from our house. AMC was able to get him in first thing that morning. We waited about 15 mins after the appointment time to be seen. Which is amazing when you have an unscheduled emergency appointment! Everyone in the clinic was very nice and helpful. Very clean and cute for a vet office! We saw Dr. Lee who quickly confirmed Roger's diagnosis. Our vet tech was amazing! I cant recall his name but he was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, answered all of our hundreds of questions and waited patiently while my other half programed medication times in his phone. Our boy is back up on his feet after just a couple of days and getting back to being his silly high energy self! Roger was a 50/50 shot if he was going to make it. We were very pleased that we were able to take him home and care for him. Our tech showed us how to administer his meds and IV fluids and explained it all well. We live about 25- 30 mins away from AMC but they are worth the drive! Thank you AMC!!

My cat needed to be seen on Friday, and being new to the area where do I go? I searched and found an AAHA accredited practice – Animal Medical Center of Surprise. Made the phone call and was scheduled for 230 that afternoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and were told they were getting a room ready for Sapphire. Within a few minutes, we were seen by a wonderful, professional, friendly veterinary nurse, (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name ) who showed great compassion and concern for my cat Sapphire. We reviewed everything, and very shortly thereafter we were seen by Dr. Sweeney. Friendly, Professional, listening to my concerns about Sapphire, we discussed, options and a plan of action. At that point Sapphire was taken into surgery. I picked her up at 6:30 PM. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism, gentle care, and concern for Sapphire by all the staff at AMC of Surprise, and would highly recommend them. ????????????Thank you!! We brought Lana in to get a letter to fly back to Washington with us. First time at this vet and we were very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. Would definitely go back again.

My dog, Lucius, has been cared for by Animal Med of Surp since we moved here last year. He got sick this year with Valley fever and a wicked cough that's probably killing him. He's on antifungal but that cough is wicked man. I just want to thank you, everyone here at the animal hospital. You guys are so busy, yet you still find time for my little man. You guys do good work

This clinic has come through for us multiple times fitting us in for a same day visit for urgent issues when our previous vet was booked out for months. Today our senior dog had an episode and we knew it was time to let him go. All of the home euthanasia vets had no availability, but this clinic fit us in right away. They came out to the car with a gurney as our dog was unable to stand, and they took him straight to the exam room so we didn't have to sit in the waiting area. Thank you all for your kindness and empathy. It made a hard day a little easier.

Only seemed to care about $$$$ no connection to the pets very sad. Found a new vet to care for my baby.

My dog Luyla was vomiting and they graciously got us an appointment. They were very nice and explained all my options.

Unlike every other vet, dentist, or doctor I've ever been too, this wasn't an incredibly painful (I.e. money, poor customer service, etc) experience. They took good care of my Coco and I'm glad to have found a good vet.

I called in with concerns for our new 9 week old pup and was given an appointment same day and just a few hours later my pup was tested and treated! The entire staff was most gracious and made our first visit as pleasant as can be. I highly recommend the Animal Medical Center!!

We took our Rottweiler puppy for a spayed and the staff was great and friendly. We might make them our permanent vet if they have space for our puppies

They were really good with our cat but kept us waiting a LONG time. I think they forgot us in the last room

Quickly got my service dog in after my usual vet was booked up for a month. Quickly diagnosed and scheduled surgery in house with a specialist for a rectal tumor. One of the most efficiently run businesses I have ever been in. Will now be our primary vet and highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Schirmer and Dr. Linney.
