What an awesome facility and staff! Our two boxers loved their grooming so much they didn't want to leave. Now they think everyone we get in the truck they're going to see their new best friends at Tailtopia.

The folks at Tailtopia are outstanding, caring and my dog Mia loves her weekly visits (2).. Since I drive 1 1/2 hours each way (6 hours of driving) you better believe how outstanding this care facility is.

TailTopia is such a wonderful place! I’ve used other local kennels and nothing compares to the personal service and caring employees at TailTopia. I wouldn’t leave my pup in anyone else’s hands. Cuddles and play time, Facebook updates with pictures, great prices and the employees always seem to be so happy to be there. The biggest difference between TailTopia and other facilities is the transparency. You see EVERYTHING… where your pet stays, plays, etc. Some of the bigger kennels in the area don’t even offer the ability to really see “behind the curtain” of where the pets are in a detailed tour. I use their daycare and boarding and my dogs actually look forward to going. When I’m getting ready to leave for work my dog is AT THE DOOR, tail wagging, because he knows he is going to “school” and is just ready to get in that car and GO! He doesn’t even look back when I leave… it’s a great feeling to know your little ones are being cared for without worry.

My dog was clean, her toenails were trimmed very well. She was a happy dog. Glad I could get her in when I wanted.

Me and my family have used this place for years, so when it came to needing a wash for our dog why wouldn't we call them. So we set an appointment knowing the usual price and went along our way. My wife shows up to the appointment today and they tell her $55 bucks for a wash!! In the past we've been charged that for a trim and wash but not just for a wash. I guess mom and pop shops are dying because of price gouging because pets mart in town charges $15....

We had our pooch here for a few days. Quite large facility. Good experience. This was a while back. But, will definitely use again. Staff was ????.

TailTopia takes amazing care of my toy size schnauzer. He’s always excited to get there & happy when I pick him up. There are various activities you can sign your dog up for, like a session of ball & frisbee or a hike, which is basically a walk. Customer service is fantastic! The only negative for me is the dirt road leading in. A small sacrifice for such great pet care.

We just started taking our two dogs to Tailtopia. They love it there and have came back better dogs. Thank you for helping us keep our guys happy and out of trouble. Jennifer and Sean B.

The staff is very friendly and clearly love what they do. This was our first time using them and the first time boarding our year old chipin. They sent us puctures and sgared how our Molly was adjusting and it helped us not to worry about her. They are great and will be our permanent pet sitters for our precious pup

They did such a great job with our pup even with her special food request they were very accommodating. They even provided photos of her having a great time.

We had never boarded our dog in the 6 years we've had him, but we needed to this time. My kids (8 and 6) were really worried about leaving him and we toured several facilities. My 8-year-old especially was VERY picky on who would be good enough for our fur-baby. The staff at Tailtopia was very friendly and answered all her questions, no matter how ridiculous! This was the only place that passed my daughter's inspection, and we were very happy with them. Their basic service is really good, and they have lots of fun add-ons like extra walks or doggy day care and even arts and crafts! Plus, they sent us picture updates any time the kids were missing him, which really helped calm their fears. Also, it only cost a few dollars more for the whole visit than the other facility that we were considering. I would definitely recommend them!

they were super nice. i booked at the last minute...kitties were amazingly taken care. if you are new customer you need to go to their website. register yourself and your kids aka pets. then you can book a reservation.

I needed to find local boarding boarding services. The staff that I interacted were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my queations, gave me a tour of the facilities. The kennels were clean as was the entire facility. I will, in the future, board my pets there. It's hard to give them a 5 star rating when I actually have not used their services. I will, however recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We use the cat boarding feature when we have to travel and the group does a great job in caring for our loved fur baby. Highly recommended!

My tabby cat Lynol came back to me with a thousand watt smile. These people know how to keep him happier than just going to the vet.

Had my Yorkie, Ellie groomed, she looks great. I have been taking her here since she was a baby. Had nails clipped on my two chihuahua's. I highly recommend Tailtopia.

Used the diy dog bath service today. 100% recommended to everyone with a large furbaby to use this service. First time taking my dog Luna today and couldn't be happier with the set up. Purchased the whitening shampoo and Luna is looking extra clean!

Online booking system is easy. Facility is nice and clean. DIY station has the basics. Outdoor and indoor access available for dogs. Prices are ok for within the city limits.

I recently went on vacation and chose Tailtopia for boarding my dog, Sebastian. He's an elder dog with health issues and that's made finding boarding and grooming help a bit difficult. Having said that: Tailtopia stepped up and performed immensely well on all counts! I picked up my beloved sweetie today. He was looking fabulous and walking with his "signature" bounce. Tailtopia: highly recommended by both Sebastian Dog and I. ????

Decent DIY dog wash. But they dont even have a treat, milkbone, or anything to reward the good doggos after their bath!

I would give this place a much higher rating as it is a very nice facility. HOWEVER, none of the employees working here are wearing protective masks. At a time when the COVID pandemic is killing 3,000 Americans each day, the fact that they are not masking shows a COMPLETE DISREGARD for the health and safety of their customers. Apparently, they think very little of the people who patronize their business. I will look for another grooming facility that respects their customers enough to wear masks.

Great place for DIY baths (need appt) and dog grooming! Today Angie groomed Doc the Bouvier. She did an amazing job and Doc was looking amazing. Angie knows how to treat animals as Doc was mad at me for leaving him there while he got his groom on. But he fell in love with Angie and did not want to come home with me. She is the best groomer and I highly recommend her. Attaching a photo of Doc!!
