Loving dog care, nice people ????

Seven Dogs is clean, friendly and seem nice. My issue is that there was poor communication"! My beautiful Golden Retriever went in looking like a dog that needed a bath and a little trim, she came out looking like she had been chopped!! All of her feathers were cut off, they even shaved her belly! OMG my husband and I couldn't believe it.! It was not a little trim, which we asked for. In all the years I have never had such a terrible cut. Be very very careful how you explain to the groomer what you want.

My baby Eva was so beautiful after her grooming. They treated her kindly and took great care of her.

Love this little small business. They are so friendly, and the only groomer with whom I would trust my mini dachshunds.

Amazing Service! Such positive energy and a comforting vibe. So incredibly welcoming. We got same day short-notice service for our Chug puppy. The owners were so kind, gentle, and truly cared for my pet as if it was there own. It is easy to see they are not working for the money, but instead to love and care for pets. I have not seen such dedication and genuine desire to help in a long time. It was very refreshing. They are high energy, fast, affordable and efficient. This groomer puts the customer and pet 1st all the way. Great location. Such a cute boutique with affordable, unique and quality items for pets. I am SO happy I found them and will not use any other groomers! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just took my Mini Goldendoodle here for the first time. It’s right by my house. She came out perfect I’m very happy???????? They did a great job and I’ll continue to bring both my dogs here moving forward

The place is very clean and understanding. They try and do anything they can to please people . They make sure our huskies are stress free and the dogs come out like Rock Stars! I highly recommend them.

I take my dog here to get groomed. On 3/18 the groomer took my dog outside for a "potty break" not holding his leash. My dog ended up escaping and running away. It took over 24 hours and a lot of people to find Louie with cacti all over his body. The owners claimed they were doing everything they could to help while they sat back in their business as regular day to day operations went forward. If your looking to go here, keep scrolling.

Seven Dogs Grooming lost my dog on 3/18/21. Their efforts to assist in the search were limited, at best. They continued to operate business as normal. I was camped out in their parking lot for 28 hours and not one employee offered an apology or a water or a place to charge my cell phone. In fact, they ignored me all together. Christopher and Brian, the owners are arrogant and snarky. Brian did drive around for a bit to search for Louis, but ultimately got thirsty and returned for water and ended his search (2 hours searching maximum). My husband and I camped out overnight while the shop owners went home to their warm beds. We know accidents can happen and had they been apologetic or caring, I would not be posting this review. Thankfully, Louis, albeit covered in cacti and completely traumatized, was rescued 28 hours later... but with no thanks to Seven Dogs Grooming. Steer clear!

Lost my friends dog. Horrible company and cannot be trusted.

Lost my friends dog, thank god we found him in the desert two days later. Owner didn’t help at all and asked my friend if there was a reward on the dog. Disgusting

Just a great place to have your dog groomed. Nice people who know their business. They do a great job for my 3 year old Sheltie who comes away looking just beautiful. Thank you Seven Dogs Grooming!

They did amazing with my Samoyed the first time I went last year, but when I took him a couple months back he was very nervous and anxious (which I did warn them) and they clearly had no patience for him. I saw them being way too forceful with him through the window, pushing him down on the table to keep him still. He had water in his ears, chunks of fur missing from his neck, and no sanitary trim around the butt. I understand if it's hard to handle him but I would've appreciated honesty and calling me to pick him up early. The blonde lady working up front was a sweetheart though and I love the cats that lived there. I don't know if I got a different groomer or what but I will not be going back.

I absolutely love these guys..I have been taking my Australian Shepherd there for 6 years..she is always happy to see them. They are the best!

Just took my Cavalier King Charles to Seven Dogs. Her groomer Kaitlyn did a great job. Sophie came out looking beautiful and happy! This business is a keeper!

I want to post a review before I go in this month. Feb 2020.Tuffy always comes out perfect Marcy listens very carefully of how I like him to look. They are gentle and patient. Good price. Everyone I have had contact with has been friendly. He has never been upset about going back ever.

Seven Dogs is absolutely the BEST grooming facility in Scottsdale or anywhere else for that matter!!! We have been clients for several years now and love to support local businesses. The owners go above and beyond to ensure the best possible care for your furry family member. They have fabulous top quality food and treats as well and we buy our dog's food from their shop as he is a finicky eater. Staff is very friendly and place is extremely clean. Our groomer is so sweet to our dog and clips his hair perfectly every time. Our dog is in and out in a timely manner and so well cared for!. The owners are wonderful, truly care for their clients and do everything they can to make sure your pet's experience is top notch. Thank you so much Chris & Brian! Capizzi family

Brought my Golden Doodle for the works, bath and cut. They did an amazing job. The perfect doodle cut and Noodles was very happy!! She obviously was treated well. I would highly recommend.

We've been bringing our pups here for years...we love the team at 7 Dogs! Not only do they do a fantastic job, but we also know that our pups will be treated like family, which is just as important to us:)

I've been going to this place for almost 5 years, my dogs go every 2 weeks.my dogs are always clean and groomed to perfection!! I have been to many salons in the Scottsdale Phoenix area obviously.. this tells you a lot!! Wouldn't change for anything:)

After many years of giving them our business this am the owner told me that he will no longer accept us because of a now show. He didn’t Bother to ask why. My husband had surgery It’s ok if they don’t need our business great to see they are busy.

Smelled like dirty dogs when I took my fur babies there. Heard dogs yelping at drop off and pick up. My gut told me not to leave them, but I did anyway. Cuts were decent, ears were not cleaned properly. Now our poor babies act as if they have been hit (cower during petting attempts). We will never go back.

Great place! Super friendly and dog loving team. Marcy is the best groomer of all time! :)
