Love Romp and the team! And so does our pup!

The ownership and staff have risen to the occasion in dealing with our two Chow Chows, who shall we say, are occasionally temperamental. We love them and, more importantly, our pups are learning to love them too!

They took great care of my long haired kitten. She was getting far too shaggy and I was worried another groomer would give her a buzz cut. She came back looking great. Short but not too short. Great service and friendly staff.

Look No Further! Romp truly cares about all of the dogs that enter the facility. In fact, it's hard to tell who loves who more, your dog or the staff to your dog. I currently have a 4-month old border collie who just absolutely loves and adores this place. Every time I bring him in (twice a week), he greets the staff like he hasn't seen them in over a decade from how much he misses them in the couple of days that he hasn't seen them. Did I mention this is my second dog that I have sent here?! My previous puppy loved and adored this place too. Trust this place, Matt and his team (especially Christine and Emma) constantly go above and beyond to make sure your dog has a perfect experience every time. That Google only let's you rate "good" quality and value is a gross understatement to describe Romp. I believe it should be replaced with "outstanding". Thank you Romp! We love you!!

The owner clearly understands and loves dogs, and it shows: everything from the facility, to the dog care, to the staff are top notch. The staff is professional, friendly, and kind. People and pets alike can benefit from this high standard of care!

Romp is the best. My large dog is now 14.5 years old which literally makes her 100 years old. They take the best care of her. They are very thoughtful. They send regular picture updates and because they know I worry, they send a detailed note about how she is doing. She is always excited to go and the staff happy to see her! She was there last month for two weeks! I opted to send here there on a trip this last weekend rather than leave her with a family member. It is comforting too that her vet is next door and they have a great relationship with them so if something is wrong I know they will communicate. Thank you Matthew for the thoughtful care!

Great service, great prices, and they took good care of my dog.

We left our 14 month old shepard / husky mix there overnight this week and he came home in great spirits. We did not put him in with the other dogs for playtime. Our choice. Kristen at the reception was very friendly and knowledgable. Thanks Romp

I’m so happy I discovered Romp while visiting Scottsdale/Fountain Hills for a month. My two dogs are very happy there and each and every person I’ve met there has been helpful and cheerful. Matthew was very helpful to me today and I just wish I were here long enough to participate in some of his classes. This is a top notch facility, highly recommended. Thank you all!
