Amazing Place & Amazing People.

I live in the easternmost part of Chandler in gladly drive all the way up to North Scottsdale so that should give some indication of how much I like this place. Doctor and staff are all great.

This is a very caring and friendly place to bring your pet. We are blessed that our dogs don't have health issues but one is very high strung (husky/border collie mix). Expert handling and respect for owners time make Quail Crossing the best choice for busy pet owners! Compassion and caring is expected but we really feel it from the staff.

Had multiple lipomas removed on our dog. While under anesthesia, they did a complimentary nail trim. Flexible schedules, common sense diagnosis and advice.

Took my adopted stray in for dental work. Not only were they able to get me in a month before anyone could (in Payson) but they were about half the cost, and very kind besides. They were great.

Best experience I've ever had at a vet office. Fast friendly service. You could tell the Vet really cared about animals. Drove 45 minutes to get there but it was worth it.

I brought my Tibetan terrier there to have 2 growths removed. We were in and out without drama and the price was very reasonable. Weeks later all healed without issue. Yesterday Dr Kimmell performed an FHO on a stray we found over the weekend with 2 broken hips. Let's just say I took him to a couple of other places first and the situation was either blown out of proportion or not correctly diagnosed (and both over priced). With Dr Kimmell he went straight to the problem, put together a plan and moved on it! I can not recommend this place enough!

Dr. Kimmel has been a Godsend! I love it here! I drive close to an hour to get there. His staff is amazing as well. This will always be the place for my furbabies!

I have had the same vet for the last 25 years and of course... they retired. After staying with that office- they were good but I never felt like the doctors connected with myself or my dogs. (The vet techs at that office were amazing still... just fyi) I was referred to Dr. Kimmel from a family member who said that she thought he would be great to bring our animals to. And she was right!!! From our first meeting- Dr. Kimmel came in and sat on the floor with my old boy- I didn't even realize he was the doctor! Because honestly- what vet now-a-days does that!!! Dr. Kimmel ended up doing a surgery on Spikes growth and to my suprise he took care of multiple growths that he had as well! We have a total of 4 dogs- and this is our place now.. a place to trust with our pups. I told my family member about the office- and he called me raving about his experience- and how he was so taken back by Dr. Kimmel's treatment and care. All of the office staff is just amazing as well!! He is absolutely reasonable on pricing as well. Sorry for the long post, but after 25 years of the same vet we absolutely feel relief to have Dr. Kimmel as our family vet.

The staff is very kind and helpful with my anxious fur baby mommy calls to make sure my kittens are okay. I foster kittens and have had several spayed/neutered by Dr. Kimmel. All kittens have healed well and done very well overall. I appreciate the written instructions following their procedures as well. Very happy with this vet and team. We love them so much we take our non foster kitties there too!

Dr. Kimmel is the best and so are the staff. Won't take my animal any where else.

I must share his story; We went to 3 vets and Cracker is 10 n sadly in pain so bad he wasn't eating or drinking. He had to get over 36 approximately teeth completely removed ???? the first vet wanted 1500 not including the 300 I spent there for assessment antibiotics and pain meds this was mid January and the second wanted 1100 more after the 170 I spent for assessment and blood work this was Late Jan early Feb and they couldn't get him in until late March.???? I appreciate all of them YET I was referred after posting our plight to facebook and my friend Not only told me to call Quail Crossing but took it upon herself to call for me and spoke to his staff, as I was a complete wreck thinking I would have to put My baby to rest cause I had no way to afford the high pricing being on unemployment and other factors happening in our life due to covid. Quail quoted a price and it was less than half n even less after procedure was done I was floored!!!! My Beautiful friend knew of many rescues that use your absolutely wonderful clinic! If it wasn't for her and you I would have lost my world! Thank you so much Quail Crossing and Staff!!????❤️????❣️ !!! Thank you is not enough I wish I could do more for you! You have a patient for life and everyone I know or see with a pet I am sending your way!! The 40 min drive for us is worth the love, care and pure, true pet love ???? your entire clinic & staff offers!!! ????
