Had such a great experience. Brought my new kitty in to get her mattes out, hoping to cut as little as possible and get her all freshened up. The girl working there (I'm terrible with names) was kind and comfortable to talk with, and most importantly she did a fantastic job! My kitty looked majestic, smelled fantastic, and was completely tangle free when she was done! Definitely going back for our future grooming needs ????

I’m unsure if she was having an off day or not but when I called she didn’t seem very welcoming and she seemed annoyed I even called. She also hung up on me. Edit: It was not poor connection and I have been into your salon before which is why I called about a specific service. However it seemed you did not seem interested in any of my questions and I was hung up on, or it would’ve told me the connection was lost.

Took my dog in today to get some pretty bad mats taken out of his fur. The previous groomer we went to told us his fur would have to be cut (which we did not want to do), but PAWS Salon was able to get them out without ruining his coat! We couldn’t be happier!

She got me in right way. I had a cat and she knew exactly how to handle him. She was very good and very nice. I definitely will be going back.

Tracy has been doing our dogs for over 10 years. We travel over 20 miles just so she can groom our dogs. She is the only one we trust to a great job and care for our dogs. We have 2 huge Newfi's and they always come home looking fantastic. I'd give more stars if they were available! Oh, and here fees are very reasonable!

Tracy is the thoughtful considerate groomer you are hoping for your pet. She treats them as her own and if you have to wait for her schedule it is worth it. Your pet is in good hands. Ditto Thanks you Tracy!
