Had our first visit at NSAH today and had a wonderful experience! Very personable and professional team made our pup feel comfortable with lots of love and some tasty peanut butter. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Brown and looking forward to continuing care with their team!

Dr. Trupp was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly so that I could understand. Eric his assistant was also wonderful. My dog snapped at him and he handled it very well. Very friendly staff as well and I did not feel pressured. I highly recommend this Veterinarian.

This seems to be a very responsive, friendly, and extremely accommodating veterinary clinic! I had called in just before the New Year when every other vet was completely booked up, and I did so while traveling overseas. The wonderful vet technician Samantha who fielded our call was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She easily worked with our (quite complicated) needs and was able to help us perfectly! I would be very quick to recommend this vet after the wonderful treatment that we had received, and will no doubt consider them again in the future.

After having a horrible experience at another vet, we brought our dog here for vaccinations. From the minute you walk in their door you notice the difference. The office manager on the phone listened to my concerns, the front staff greeted me immediately and the tech and Vet was so patient and understanding. This situation was so much different and so much better. I will absolutely not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone needing a caring vet.

Our dog Otis was coughing and throwing up all night and we could not afford to do an emergency vet visit at midnight. After three vet offices turning us down at 7:30 in the morning upon opening for the day, we were referred to Dr. Josh. They also were overbooked but were able to accommodate us and squeeze us in to 9 AM without any unnecessary charges, and were very kind. They were thorough and fair and got us a prescription to treat his kennel cough. Highly recommend!

An amazing facility with amazing veterinarians and staff. My dog wags his tail madly when we arrive for care, and is really quite reluctant to come home when I pick him up from his grooming appointment!!! I can’t say enough good things about everybody at North Scottsdale Animal Hospital. All are kind, helpful, personable, and thoroughly professional.

Both the vet services and the groomers are AMAZING!! Niko and Kayla looked like completely different dogs after visiting the groomers.

It was my first time there with my 13 ye old beagle she had hurt her leg he and the other staff member day on the floor with her wich I loved he was great.They watched her while I went to the restroom before I left they came out to my car for me to pick her up so she did not have to walk and carried her to the car . Awesome thanks

I've had cats most of my life, and having lived a few places around the valley, I've also been to several vets. This place is the first to have made me feel very comfortable and reassured. They actually handled my cat like they cared about her, explained everything to me about her dental problems and what they would do, encouraged me to ask any questions, and even recommended me to a special practice, if it would make me feel better about her being put under for the procedure. There's really something to say about people who will recommend you to someone else—they care more about you and your pets than making money, and I really appreciate that. They also never made me feel silly about my concerns, and never pressured me to make a decision, like most other places. Now that I've finally found a vet that feels trustworthy, I feel relieved to have people I trust with my babies and know that I will always have access to expert care. Ember and Sarah are amazing!

This was my first visit and I was very pleased! I came in with a bunch of concerns for my 10 year old dog and Dr. Brown listened to all of them and checked thoroughly but didn’t run unnecessary tests. I feel very confident going forward that my Brussels will have the best care.

Our dog is 7 and has lived in 4 states and seen several vets. Dr. Brown was fantastic and excellent at communicating our options. I have never been to a vet that was so thorough and attentive, the bar has been raised.

We were traveling through Scottsdale and our puppy was acting strange and injured. Dr Brown squeezed us in for a visit. She was very through, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this office!

This Vet figured out the right treatment for our dog's chronic ear infections when other's didn't!

I had a bad experience today when I took my dog in for a cracked tooth and vaccinations. We decided to leave because they refused to bring my dog in for treatment unless I put a muzzle on him. How are they supposed to treat a cracked tooth with a muzzle on??? My dog isn't aggressive and has never bitten anyone.In fact he is just a big, rowdy, lovable guy! They seem to be prejudiced against certain breeds of dogs This was not our first visit to this clinic, however it was our last as we will be seeking to find the best care for our dog elsewhere.

I miss being in with the dogs during the exam but everyone here is always friendly, professional and passionate about my dogs.

Dr. Sosnow has been our Vet for years! Five dogs worth and he continues to be our go to voice of reason with all our pets.

I can say I really appreciate the staff here. They are very attentive to my needs. I originally came here as a new pet owner three years ago. I found 13 ticks on my newly rescued dog and immediately got him an appointment. The staff listened to my concerns on the initial phone call. I came in and the vet was awesome as well. My dog isn't good around people when he's with me so they took him to the back... which I didn't mind. I remember this being about a $500 visit which was kind of high but I didn't care at the time because I was a worried new pet owner. My second annual visit, I came back and all was good. Staff still great. The only thing I didn't like is that I was charged $143 for a yearly heartworm medication. I about had a stroke... But again it was for my dog. I will be visiting again this July 2020 and well I had to cancel my scheduled visit because I will be out of town. I rescheduled this morning 7/9/2020 and told the the woman on the phone I had some questions... she was absolutely positive, responsive, very thorough and did not seem like I was bothering her with my questions. The hospitality is there. I want to feel that I am putting my dog into a protective and safe environment. I truly feel that here. I was going to go to another vet due to pricing, however, I did not get the hospitality that I get here. I would rather spend money to have my dog in good care than to go somewhere else where I am just a number. Thank you North Scottsdale Animal Hospital for allowing Jasper and I to be part of your community! We appreciate your hospitality and care!

They were very helpful in taking care of my pup. Super responsive and great communication. This was my first time there. I will be doing a follow up with them next week on how my pup is doing. Hope all goes well!

Friendly staff and my dog loves them here!

I took my german shepherd here yesterday to get his shots and have his ears cleaned. The staff was so unbelievably sweet, made sure to answer all my questions, and returned him to me super happy. I was worried about the contact-less visits but they made the whole process so simple and stress free, I’m definitely going to keep bringing my pup here!
