I have no words to describe how awesome this place is and the good job they do, always pleasant and my four dogs always come out beautiful

Friendly staff… just sort of expensive for the same cut I get for my dog store down the street. If you have a small dog to a german shepard, you will pay 75$ For the same price. With tip its 95$ for a 16lb dog. I so great reminder to those to shop around before going to this place. Could be a last resort if you cant get in anywhere else.

Our dogs went for the first time last Saturday, they look amazing!!!! We have a husky and a golden, their coats are so shiny and soft!!! Oakley and Harley say Thank you for making us so beautiful!!!!

Drove to Scottsdale to visit this groomers based on the positive reviews. I couldnt have made a better decision! Sonia took care of my Beau Murphy, a mini poodle, and was very considerate with all my requests of keeping him fluffy (not poodly) but still good for AZ heat. Its going on a week already and my pup is still so soft. She followed up after the service as well as when we picked him up. Great timing too, less than 3 hours! Cant wait until his next spa day with All-Star Grooming!

I have been taking my Havanese dog to All Star Grooming for most of my 10-year-old dog's life. Linda Knight and her staff have always been polite, professional, and attentive to me. My dog has a standing appointment every 2 weeks there, and Amanda always does an excellent job. All Star Grooming can be counted on to adhere to time commitments. I trust that my dog will be well taken care of there and always comes home happy. I have recommended this groomer to many of my friends and will continue to do so!

Best place in Scottsdale. Found them a few years ago when I had two elderly Persian cats. Now I bring them my new family member/pet. Some grooming places are nervous with cats or do a subpar treatment - these guys are the best - total pros. So happy I found them - highly recommend!

We've been customers of All Star Grooming since they opened and even before when Linda ran Desert Knight Grooming. They are great about listening to the details of our grooming requests, treat our dogs with love and kindness, and in addition, have been great about curbside check-in and curbside "delivery" during this pandemic. I appreciate that they are wearing masks too! Very respectful to customers and that is great! We have often texted Erica and Linda after how pleased we are with how our dogs look after they are groomed. Glad they are a Scottsdale treasure! Thanks All-Star Grooming!

once again amanda does a beyond amazing job! i literally am always left so impressed! wynston now feels comfortable going to see her because she is so kind and friendly. Would always recommend her and this place! Amanda is who I have groom Wynston everytime. She does an amazing job and not once have I ever been disappointed. She is so kind and takes such good care of him. Ive been going here for more than a year and dont see myself ever going anywhere else. The whole staff at All Star is so kind and makes you feel welcomed. The best prices. They even give your dog a little bandana and it just adds to the already wonderfully amazing groom. I've been taking my pomeranian, Dash, here for maybe the past year or so after having an underwhelming experience with another groomer in Scottsdale. All-Star Grooming has been great! The appointments are easy to schedule and they always work with me to get him in asap even though most of the time I call last minute. Everyone is very friendly and the groomers all do a wonderful job with his cuts. He always leaves looking so fresh and so clean! The price is very reasonable and I love to support a local, husband and wife team business.

Daycare: they are great about introducing new dogs to the existing pack. Grooming: dog came back spic and span as can be. Very nice family business. Love the environment here.

Just moved to the area and needed a grooming place for the pooch. As others have noted in their reviews, folks are friendly and the place looks clean. I was able to make an appointment a few days out and the prices are competitive with places we have gone before. In the end, Buddy came out looking great and his bum was not trimmed too closely as requested. Kudos to the groomer for a great job! He even came out with a bandana on! There was a bit more fur flying around the car than usual after a cut so I would suggest brushing off your pet before they get into your car.

Nice people who do a great job on the dogs,. However, it's a little expensive. I used to get a 130lb Bouvier Des Flanders a bath, brush, cut, nails, and ears done for the same price I get a 15lb Maltipoo done here.

We’ve been taking our family dog Mochi to All-Star Grooming since 2017. Since our first visit, more and more negative reviews have emerged, which worried me, but I didn’t think too much of it... then today’s debacle happened. I booked an online appointment for Saturday 4/13 and requested drop off service as well (side note: I no longer live in AZ and Mochi is a family dog and lives with my parents). I saw the photo after today’s grooming and was pretty upset that Mochi’s cut was not only very different than the previous ones but her face was very jagged and had no shape. Having paid $95 including tips, we were pretty upset. I contacted Gordon the owner and asked for the name of the groomer and asked why Mochi was assigned to a different groomer every time even though we make an appointment every 3-4 months. He initially claimed the cut given today was “a longer winter length” that was given in November 2018 and offered a shorter cut at no charge. That upset us even more since the length was not an issue. I also noted that Mochi's last appointment was in mid-January (I remember this because that's what I visited my parents and took Mochi to the groomers and the vet). I’ll share his response here: "1. Mochi has not been here since Nov. 2018. Our Records are impeccable. 2. Your infrequence of maintaining Mochi's coat (only 6 visits in more than a year and a half) means you have not given her the opportunity to develop a regular relationship with a specific Groomer. If you brought her in with the proper regularity (every 4-6 weeks, instead of 3 times that interval), we would have assigned her the same Groomer each time so the two could get to know each other quite well. 3. You can use Gordon as "the name of today's Groomer". 4. Bring her in within the next week and we'll re-do the face shorter and rounder at no charge. 5. I will then refer you to Petsmart for your future baths and grooms. We want our Clients to be happy and pleased and enjoy and appreciate our Premier Salon services, but your sarcastic and argumentative nature, as well as apparent indifference to your dog's proper Grooming care, tell me you're more a candidate for the commercial-class Groomers they employ." I find it extremely disheartening that a local business operates this way. I try my best to support local which is why I initially tried to resolve this issue by messaging him. A simple apology goes a long way. I was under the impression that All-Star Groomer cared about maintaining good relationships with customers and most importantly their dogs, but I was sadly mistaken. There are many good groomers in AZ, especially in the Scottsdale area. We'll be taking our beloved dog to another locally owned groomer. Best of luck to All-Star

Made me feel I'd came to the right place as soon as I walked in the door. Asa was scared and they did a fantastic job with him.

I specifically stated over the past few weeks to Linda, that I wanted to grow Gilda's hair out long. I stopped in to discuss it. I had several conversations with her, about it, to include yesterday and today when I dropped her off. I sent Gilda in Pigtails today, and discussed that while growing her hair out long, I was concerned about her ability to see but "wanted the top knot." She told me she "would see what they could do." I also discussed how a man with a full coat Old English stated that "it was good to shave under the ears for the mats, and I wondered about the neck, how it would look?!" I was charged for daycare, when I had been told previously on grooming days I wouldn't. I left saying "I liked you guys, but I probably won't be back." Its a definite!!!!! No one said anything, no one attempted to make it right. I bring Gilda to play weekly, in the hot months sometimes 5 days a week, and while you don't charge much, you overcharged me today!!!! You did not attempt to remedy the situation!!!! There was "no make it right." You did not care if you lost my business, even though I have distributed your card to numerous people, and those people have come to your business because of me!!! I cannot believe we spent over 4 months growing her hair out, I had numerous conversations (to include yesterday and today before drop off) about how we wanted to "see her one time with a full coat." You even discussed prices (since it was supposed to cost less, and I would need to come "every 2 months!") You destroyed her beautiful coat, and my youngest son's dreams. He has a rare genetic disease, and it was his dream to see his dog in full coat one time. Now we will have to wait until next year, because we live in the desert and it will take too long to grow out And you didn't care????! That's really awful on your part. My dog will now need a sweater during the cooler weather. I should not have been charged one cent! Notta! - Absolutely disgusted!
