Mike, the manager, is a great customer relations builder. I had a problem with some hay and he went above and beyond to fix the problem.

Had a fiasco with TS credit. Wanted the 5% gift back after purchasing a trailer. Assistant Manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She was fantastic!!

No managers on duty to help cashier with code numbers, all the while more and more customers are getting angry. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!

My pigs escape less often because I spent so much money on fences at Tractor Supply.

Bad service . Placed order on line on 9/26/2021 & did not get an update. Called on 9/17 & per rep order did no go through. I placed new order and was the charged twice on 9/17/ 20121. Called cancelled on order. 2nd order delivered & rocking chairs were broken, dusty & had spiderwebs

Brooke is super helpful and patient. She goes above and beyond in being a great employee. Your store is amazing because of her and others like her. I’ll keep coming back !! (She called to another store to ensure they had my puppy food before I drove over there.. it’s really the little things.

This is an outstanding Tractor Supply location.! We've purchased so many pieces of machinery/equipment for prepping our off grid property in Cochise County, not to mention hundreds of fence poles & thousands of feet of fence. Whether it's shopping in-store or online & having it shipped to our home, they have never failed. Definitely get the service plan if you purchase machinery - worth every penny.! They have bee keeping supplies.

Tried to go to the pet clinic on Sunday for a rabies shot for my dog. Was turned away because I was told I needed to check in online. Tried a different Sunday, checked in online @ 2:00, received confirmation being told I was #4 in line. Arrived at the store @ 2:20. Instructions online told me to wait in my car until I was next up. Sat in my car for 20 minutes. Walked in when I was next in line and was told they don't follow the online check in and that I had to wait in line where there was already probably 20 dogs. The lady acted like I was in the wrong and didn't even care to explain to me why or apologize for the inconvenience. Horrible overall experience and now two Sundays wasted. I will find a regular Vet to go to and shop at Home Depot or Ace from now on.

Best Customer Service. A store that still has real people answering the phone. They had just what I was looking for. With only one left on the shelf, Lauren the store manager was a real gem. She held it for me in customer service while I drove to get it.

me and my family visited this establishment for our first time ever. After making it 1/2 way threw the store looking at retail items a member of lost prevention approached me and ask very offending questions/accusations! Told this gentleman it's new place we never been before . Proceeds to follow me from three or four different departments harassing/discriminating me harshly intent on theft. Felt as if I were singled out to find that my teenage daughter was approached by a different lost prevention teem member at same time I was, he was inappropriate with her as well . Paid for our selections at over 250.00 and after leaving she told me what was said asked implied! Very rude very offending.my daughter is an honor student and received scholarship to gcu has impeckable morals as do I ! Never again will I ever spend one dollar there

Poor customer service lately. I've been going here for 3 years now and I miss the old crew that worked here. They were so helpful and knew so much! Now there is a whole new crew and they all have bad manors, very rude, and never know the answers to your questions. When they don't know the answers they don't even bother finding out for you, it's always answered with I'm sorry I don't know and they walk away. I'm never going back to this tractor supply, which is a shame because we spend over a thousand every month feeding all our animals.

They were thorough in their search even though the item we ordered did not show up on their computer and made sure that I had it before leaving the store.

Don’t waste your time or fuel this place never had what you need. The shelves half the time are empty I will never spend another penny at this store or waste fuel going there! I have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars unless everyone that rated them went there for gummy bears and key chains. Ridiculous! They need to train their people to do inventory and order stuff before you run out!

Handy place to grab good dog food

They have great supplies for our chickens. They are always friendly and helpful. We got some chickens from there also and they were happy and healthy.

I just went to have my propane tank filled up. They made it extremely easy. I checked with the cashier who directed me where to go. Couldn't have been any easier!

I've been coming to this tractor supply for a while, the new manager rich really change things it looks so much nicer and neither. The stocks are fully healed now.

Unfortunately one bad apple spoiled the whole experience, they normally don't have what I need but I check anyway because they are normally so nice. This last visit they were not, so pointless to even frequent there now. I'll drive the 20+ miles to go to shoppers (shopperssupplyaz.com) in AJ, get what I need, and be spoken to like an adult. Thanks for making things easier.

Great store, friendly staff, great place to buy assorted items for arround the home

No sense of urgency for customer service, line for checkout was 8 people deep and no call or additional help. Had to ask for both products that I was looking for and have someone pull them from the back. Seems to be run by inexperienced kids.
