It's a good store.I've been shopping there for many years for hay,birdseed and all my animals needs.Great place to shop!

Polite and helpful staff. It was a wet and muddy day at my place. SO GOT MY ORDER DELIVERED TO PREVENT GETTING MY CAR STUCK.

Great place for the not so common cat and dog food. Healthier choices for your pet. But if you need help you will have to go find someone.

They had a nice assortment of products and the customer service was great

The two co workers were too busy to see if I needed help. Never did find what I wanted. When checking out I was asked for my Olsen card. Had no idea what it was, said it was my first time there. Was not offered an explanation nor asked if I wanted one. This store adds to all the others that never thank me for my business. People wonder why online shopping has taken over. With lack of customer service, it explains why.

Employees are great. Location is very hard to get into and out of. Too little parking.

Carry a big variety of quality dog food, cheaper than other online stores and the friendly staff help load your purchases into your car. Have a loyalty program also.

I had never visited Olsen's before... I hadn't realized there was a location in Prescott .. I went by today to grab some alfalfa for our goats, they are priced reasonably and had what I was looking for. The women working were very friendly & helpful!! Will visit regularly!!

My chickens love it here and I buy all my dog food here as well

Didn't have what i was looking for but they had great customer service and i loved the furr pup they got hanging out.

What a great place to get everything you need. Love it.

They have the best selection of dog, cat and horse feed anywhere. Also, they have what the local wild birds prefer so there is less waste.

Update: Read in the newspaper they just donated food to Yavapai Humane Trappers. Did a great job loading straw into my pickup. Always friendly staff.

Staff is very knowledgeable and most certainly there to help the gentleman that loaded my 18 bales of straw was very pleasant and did it with a smile thank you

Been doing business with these folks since I was a kid. They're by far the best place to get everything from dog food, and dog training tools, to horse feed, and bird seed. It's been my experience that if you can't find it, they can order it. You and your animals are important.

Good enough just isn't is how I feel about my review of Olsen's Grain. Why can't I put 10 Stars?!! Steve Sishka and, without fail, every employee at Olsen's, no matter which store I visit, treat me like visiting royalty. I haven't had a question that couldn't be answered satisfactorily nor a product below full expectations. I rarely visit when I'm in a hurry. There's way too much to look at and too many great people in and around the stores to share a moment to be in a rush!! Thank you, everyone at Olsen's, and especially you, Steve for all you are and do for all of U.S.!!

They had exactly what we needed and held it till we got there. So very helpful!

Very friendly, convenient and great selection of food for my pup-who loves shopping there and who is very aware of the loaded treat jar at the check out area.

They didn't have all the grain that I needed today. But they made sure to put it on order for this coming Wednesday. I can always depend on them! The staff and everyone is so friendly there. They go out of their way to help you.
