Amazing first impressions! We have one 9 year old cat who's had health problems his whole life, particularly chronic coughing and IBS. Our original vet basically shrugged off the evidence and didn't have answers, and didn't think it was of concern. Their only suggestion was a high dose of steroids which made him nearly comatose, and they had no input beyond that. No option for a lower dose, or alternative treatment. In fact, they treated us with a "you won't do what we say, so we can't help you" kind of attitude. "Dr. Rox" diagnosed him with asthma immediately after seeing a short video clip (the same clip I showed the previous vet) and treated him accordingly with a proper dose of steroids with option to half the dose and play it by ear. This also seems to have cured his stomach/bowel issues. We've received multiple follow up calls to check up on us as well. He's the healthiest he's ever been over the last month! Our other brand new cat developed blood in the stool 1 week after we got her. We did not even have to bring her in to get a prescription, which cured her problem as well. They actually take the time to listen and diagnose accurately unlike our last vet, which was essentially an express lane, money grab with very little interest in fixing the root causes. It's rare to have service so good you are happy to pay a fair price to get the right treatment. The sad part is the "other guy" has grown so huge, and the population demand is so high that their poor quality of service won't hurt them at all.

After my dog was practically butchered by Prescott Animal Hospital I brought her to Harmony. The doctors and staff were amazing and brought my dog back to health. They’re beyond caring and the office exudes a zen like calm. Nice to have finally found a quality vet to bring my dog to here in Prescott.

I am so happy to have found the harmony team! Some of the most caring and compassionate people I know. I love being a part of a group of people who take their time to get to know each client and patient, they get to the root of the problem and that's something ive found that makes Harmony different than other clinics I have been too!

I love Dr. McDonald She works amazingly well with our GSD that has issues due to being attacked I have some issues with change myself A new Dr. A new building Dr. Emily is very pleasant & did well with my baby The Vet tech was also very good The new location was ok However there was one spot marked with a handicapped sign in the lot It showed " ♿ drop off only, no parking " I found out later when I asked about it That they didn't realize that it said that And that they "inherited" it like that & were making changes All in all it's an amazing place!!

It's the best veterinary service. They are not quick to offer drugs, but can. They offer chiropractic, herbal, and acupuncture among many other therapies.

Very friendly staff, affordable prices, the staff does not try to "over sell" or "force" you to purchase any additional treatments that are unnecessary.

Great beside manner with my small dog. Treatment plan was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered. I have a Vet office that is closer to my home, but I choose to dri e twice as far for quality care for my 10 year old mutt. Always a good experience with the doctors and staff. I would highly recommend this vet office to others.

This place is furtastic. Very smart group of caring ladys. My doggo just had an absence cleaned out and has a drain. Was great picking him up. They gave me all the info I needed.

The staff and that here we're wonderful at using my worry over my tiny puppy :-) they worked with me on my payment and took me in as a new patient when nearly no one else was taking patients... You guys are the best!!!

Wish I could give them more stars! Best vet I have ever been at. The staff are amazing got my dog in fast and took the time to make my dog as comfortable as possible.the doctor took the time to thoroughly check my dog and explain every detail of the issue my dog was having and how to correct. Cant say enough good things about this vet. Forget ALL other vets in the area,harmony is best and only one as far as I'm concerned.

I could tell the staff truly cared for and loved my pups. Thelma and Louise were so comfortable with everyone. The staff made our visit stress free and provided me with a lot of good info. I look forward to Harmony taking care of my pups for along time and teaching me how to best care for my girls. This team is wonderful. I love Dr. Roxanne and all the support care team! They make your little fur-babies feel like they are the most important and special fur-baby they've ever known. Dr. Roxanne takes every ounce of care and gives you and your fur-babies her full attention. Wonderful, wonderful place.

Staff was very friendly and understanding. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. They treated our pup with lots of care and love. First time there and will definitely be coming back.

We went to see Dr.Roxie for the first time today. That was the best vet care experience EVER!! She really took her time with us and really cares about getting your pet better by figuring out the root cause. I'm so impressed! The vet techs and everyone there are so helpful and friendly as well! Delia McDonald is so compassionate and helpful in holistic practices. She had the hard job of telling me my dog had bone cancer and was patient in explaining prognosis and suggesting options for my dog’s sake as well as my own. When the time came to say goodbye, Delia came to my home within hours of my request. I’ve had a lot of dogs but this was by far the most peaceful departure I experienced. Much love and spirituality in the unrushed ceremony of celebrating life. My dog was calm and her soul was free to leave her body. I will be forever grateful for having Delia with us on this special day. Thank you Delia!
