Critter Clippers Prescott Valley, Arizona

I took my dog to see Mary for a 10:30 appointment. I called at 1:30 to see if my dog was ready and I could hear Mary yelling in the background that he was still wet. At 2:00 I received a call from Mary, advising me that my dog was ready. My dog was only washed and no cut, nail trim or hygiene cut. Mary was extremely rude and I will never go back. The owner gave me the full refund but I don't recommend Mary as a groomer.

Elle did an amazing job on my chihuahuas!! Probably one of the best shampoo & haircut trims they have ever got!! Definitely recommend!!

Great. We have been taking our three dogs there to be groomed since arriving in Prescott four years ago.

Amber squeezed me in as a walk-in to get my chihuahua's nails trimmed. She did a great job with him.

Canceled on me twice, with no attempt to reschedule. Now my dog is one month past due in getting his haircut! Not reliable and really unprofessional! DONE WITH CRITTER CLIPPERS…

Showed up last minute on a Saturday and they worked us right in to get our two dogs nails trimmed. Extremely reasonable priced.

I read a comment about the job they've done on other dogs and I agree with a great job. Affordable as well. My dog came out looking like a model. Her coat was beautiful and they cut/ trimmed in all the right places. Thanks for the great job.

We have used Critter Clippers since moving to Prescott. You can’t ask for a better place to get your dogs groomed. Chris has a heart of gold and treats all pets as if they were her own. We are moving and one of the hardest people to say goodbye to was Chris, the owner of Critter Clippers. She is like family and we love her! Trust me you won’t go wrong! We love you, Wade and Donna!

I took my yorkie there to get a hair cut and all the above. I walked in and the lady on the left was pulling on a yorkie's because she wouldn't sit still. The woman didn't have any patience with the dog and appeared as though she didn't want to sit still to cut the dogs nails. I had my cousin pick up my dog and it looks like the lady that cut my dogs hair didn't do anything to my dog but trim a little by the mouth.i called and asked to talk to the lady that cut my dogs hair and she said she wasn't there because she went to go get dinner for them. But the lady that answered was the one that was mean to the yorkie. She was being extremely disrespectful over the phone. She stated the girl tried her best but that my dog was rolling around trying to get off the table and biting her and the clippers. They have leashes attached to the table to keep that from happening. My dog also never had a previous issue with groomers. I was still charged full price for a dog whose coat wasn't even brushed. Why would they try to start trimming by the mouth if my dog was trying to bit the clippers? Why not try to brush her hair first or trim on her back where she needed it most.

This is one of the best places we have gone to to get our dogs groomed. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable and it is super easy to just walk in and get you animals nails trimmed. I highly recommend this groomer

I took my shihtzu here. Groomer stated she may have to shave his ears. I told her to try and comb them as they weren't that bad and previous groomer took the time to brush them out. She went ahead and shaved them. Personally, I feel like she took the easy way out. Very disappointed.

What a GREAT place!!! Took my 2 Great Pyrenees in...Samson and Delilah...who I love like my kids... the folks at Critter Clippers are not only extremely professional and friendly but they are very knowledgable and understanding. Plus my pups came back the cleaneat and fluffiest I have ever seen them!! I HIGHLY recommend them...let's say I've found a place a can trust my loved pups to.
