Always amazingly helpful and friendly. My fur baby is sometimes a bit nervous but they make sure she's comfortable. This has become my dog's vet. See you all soon!

Called because dog won't eat anything. Places you on hold until system declines your call, but when it's time to pay them they are all ears.

Dr. Goldhammer is the most caring vet. Been going there since 2001 . Staff, from front desk to tech's couldn't be any more helpful. Especially if you're pet (family member) is ill.

My best friend, Rocky, has passed away. His death was due to giving him a medicine for cough, which is against the heart medicine he had been taking for a year. He died due to the wrong diagnosis. He was lively, cheerful, happy, eating, drinking and playing like a little puppy. But after Dr. Ann gave him cough medicine for a week, his appetite for food and water was cut off and he started sleeping all day. He became in this condition for 12 days until he weakened to the point of almost paralysis. We went to another hospital and the doctor told us the main cause that led to his illness with pancreatitis and kidney inflammation, which later led to his death . They deprived me of my dog who lived with me for 13 years was happy and very active until my dog took the cough medicine they prescribed for him.. I will never forget what you did to my good and lovely dog my best friend ever ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The Doctor seemed to be saying the same things to another Pet parent and to me. Advised me to also strip my dog of all their essential oils and cover her in things shes allergic in in order to beat the allergies. Doctor also didnt seem comfortable coming in the room to see my dog (dog was calm and non aggressive) front desk woman was very helpful and professional and clean though! :)

I’m being generous and giving them 2 stars , had a very bad experience, staff is apathetic! If you really love your pet like I did take them somewhere else!

Not the friendliest bunch but I've only seen them a couple times so far. I think they were pleasant once out of the five times I've had to interact with them so who knows if we'll continue going here for our pups. Last time we were there the vet told us we had to bring our own treats though even though they have some there and apparently they're saying we shouldn't breed our shar- pei because she got cherry eye even though its common.. ????‍♀️

I've only been there to collect prescriptions for my poorly dog. Staff are friendly though.

If we end up getting services here for our puppy, we’ll see how it goes but 3 stars is a good starting spot for someone as rude as the front staff here. Lol NO empathy whatsoever towards guests with a sick puppy. What a joke.

Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable and tender with my dog, who shakes like a little neurotic leaf every time she comes to the office.
