My adult lab Mickey doesn't like getting groomed but they make it a breeze here. Nails trimmed, teeth cleaned, and his coat nice and clean all for $70-80. Prices have gone up $5-10 but they've earned my business to stick around.

Just like every other review, probably, but they were awesome! Both dogs were brought back immediately, had their nails trimmed, ears cleaned and teeth brushed and were back on my hands within 10 mins. I didn't have an appointment this time since it was my first time in, but I lucked out as far as timing, I'm betting. I'll keep doing walk-ins until i see the need for an appointment, but I'm very happy with how my dogs reacted not being in a place with dogs barking and crying in their metal cages

This facility has changed hands and is no longer what it was. We will not be returning.

I love that they offer walk in nail trims, makes it so easy to just bring my dogs by when I have free time. They do a great job!

I have had the best experiences with this groomer. They truly care for and take pride in their services. I have had a different groomer each time and each person is awesome! Highly recommend!

I've taken my pups to Twin Tails for 2 years and have been very pleased. But recently their management changed and things have gone down hill since then. I'll be looking for a new groomer for my pups. I'm so disappointed in their new management.

The concept is great and so is the service. I am sad that this is my last time coming here though. There’s a $10 difference between a full groom and a bath and brush. For my golden doodle it’s $75 for a bath and brush without including tip. They offer a two week plan of about $50 to $60 if you bring your dog in every two weeks, which is excessive and unnecessary in my case. If they had a monthly plan instead I would be more open to that. Unfortunately there are too many less expensive options to justify the price for a bath and brush. Editing review: I didn’t stop going. They do such a great job with my dog and are so friendly and responsive and accommodating that it was a lot easier to stay and pay the fee than it was to find somewhere else.

We love Twin Tails and our baby’s groomer, Alicia. She is thoughtful, caring, sweet and excited about her work -- and you can really feel that. She makes our dog special bows and handkerchiefs for each visit and her cuts and grooms are just perfection. Thank you Alicia! You are a gem ????????????

They do an amazing job every time !!( I left this review THREE years ago ) After being a LOYAL customer for three years , I am a busy momma with two little ones and a buisness owner with a crazy schedule. I have missed a few appointments over the years and pay there $50 fee which is NO problem! I had a medical emergency with my 2 year old daughter and am at the Dr. Got a call from my husband that the happy valley manager got on the phone and was rude to him telling him they will no longer accept our dogs because he was running 20 minutes late. He even offered to compensate them on top of running 20 minutes late. He had to drop work run home and grab our dog because I was not able to bring our dog. Again I’m with my daughter at the Drs office. What a joke!

Destiny does an excellent job with our dog Riley. He loves to go and get pampered and looks great when we pick him up. Destiny is fast but meticulous and very professional. Your dog will love this shop!

We love Twin Tails Cageless Grooming for our cat Duke! They are always so attentive to his grooming needs and make him very comfortable whenever we bring him in. He smells so good and feels so soft when he comes home. They have a great team and great quality for the price. Highly recommend!

I have 3 dogs and had my own grooming shop at one point, Celia is who groomed my Golden Retriever (Carefree location) and did a great job, she listened, asked questions and took great care of my baby, my other 2 will be getting groomed there as well.

SO HAPPY with our pups haircut! We’ve tried several different groomers in the 4 years we’ve had him (4 just since we moved to AZ last fall!) and no one has ever gotten it quite right. Shout out to Jaden for doing an amazing job — Bear looks awesome!!! You are the best! Thank you =)

We have tried several groomers since we moved here and Tein Tails is the best We traveled an hour to Twin Tails because we knew that our Shih Tzu would get a wonderful cut. She was so relaxed there, she fell asleep. Just wish they would open up another shop closer to us.
