Have come here twice now - happy customers. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, go above and beyond. The selection of goods is vast, grooming prices are competitive, and this place is VERY clean.

Have taken 3 dogs. Great each time.

So happy that my dog isn’t in a cage for several hours. I was told about an hour for grooming and they were close to that. Everyone was friendly and it was a very positive experience.

Poor overall first time experience. Will write a more thorough review to other sites and update this one later.

They are always very polite, professional and punctual! Also if you need some extra time and you are getting your dog groomed you can pay am extra $10 for doggie daycare for that day.

Edit: Great new location and wonderful service.

We only went one time so far but will be back again! Lilli looked so good after her grooming. They sell goodies and foods for your baby as well.

The facility is great! Excellent work. THE NEW ONLINE SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE! I love the work but just went somewhere else because I didn’t want the hassle. If it was a smooth online process it would be great. The site shows openings but they are not open.

I brought my three dogs in today & we we're immediately greeted like we we're regulars there .. great energy & Molly was awesome .. treated my pups w/ great care .. wonderful service .. did I mention SNACKS .. we'll definitely be back

Unfortunately, when I picked my dogs up their cuts were both uneven. After going back inside, the groomer was reluctant to fix her work as she didn’t agree. She and another groomer then went on to complain about me for about five minutes (you can hear everything in the waiting area). Customer service is definitely lacking here.

This was my first time bringing my pup to get a haircut here, and I loved it! My Maltese gets very nervous/anxious when taking her to get groomed. When I walked in I felt very welcomed and comfortable to leave her here. When I went to pick her up I couldn’t stop smiling because of how cute she looked! She looked so happy being there, they said she did a great job and I’m sure they handled her with care. Thank you so much The Hairy Dog, we will be back again!!

My gf took our 5 month old puppy here for his first professional grooming and one of their employees hit our dog in the head. Like really hit him. The owner needs to screen and watch their employees better.

Izzy did a great job on my maltese-shih tzu mix. She had been apprehensive and resistant to grooming before, not sure how she did it but Punky returned to me happy and beautifully groomed.

They really care about your animal.

What an incredible experience! Staff was super kind, helpful and my dog came out so happy and looking as handsome as ever! I have a large German Shepherd and with all the works only paid $74. This will definitely be our official groomer!

Absolutely love this place! Will definitely take my dogs here from now on. The employees couldn’t be more friendly, and my oldest dog (who can be temperamental) was very calm and happy around them. Professional with a personal touch. 10/10 will always recommend!

Great grooming experience! We called last minute and they were able to wash up our pup and make him smell great. They went above and beyond and even trimmed up around his eyes and paws. He’s a poodle mix and it can get difficult to manage his coat. Will 100% be back!

This place is great! Went for the first time, they accommodated my scared rescue pup and kept him with his brother. Will definitely be back!

Kara did an excellent job grooming my Shih Tzu it was our first time there we were referred by a neighbor. I like that the dogs are not in crates and then have a separate section for the smaller dogs. My dog seemed to be happy when I picked her up. It does take 3 hours but that is pretty standard. I liked how easy it was to make an appointment online and they send lots of reminders.

If you have a policy that the client MUST bring documentation with them or no service, then you should advise potential clients of your policies when they book appointments with you. Not when they drive all the way to your location. Very poor management, untrained staff, & ridiculous expectations on potential clients that are not stated anywhere on website or on phone calls with staff.. we will never come here again.

My first time there today & I was extremely nervous about leaving my chocolate lab. I had a super bad experience at Petsmart & have been wary of anywhere new since, especially with the free roaming policy. I couldn't recommend this place more though - They did amazing. She came back exhausted by playing with the other dogs & her coat looks AMAZING. They had her in/out in less than an hour. I feel good about making this my regular place, knowing she'll be cared for & not locked up in a kennel.
