Where to begin. First time we brought our dog for boarding there was “miscommunication” and I ended up having to take him to the vet for severe dehydration and bloody stool. Fast forward a year later and I really wanted to give them a try again. We booked our older dog again, seemed to go smoothly. Plans changed and we had to book our other dog too so I called and the girl I spoke to took all my new dogs information down, gave me the price and said I was good to go. At drop off they all stated they only had my 1 dog down not the other and the older lady gave a stink eye once I said I had the confirmation and walked to the back and didn’t come back. Leaving just one person in the front completely unorganized. Didn’t give me a chance to confirm their feeding schedule or anything. There was other people waiting so I decided to leave so they can check in and called while we were on the road to make sure they notated everything especially for my older dog who has arthritis, hip dysplasia and needs medicine. I also updated their profiles on the portal. Well at pick up come to find there was more “miscommunication” and my older dog never got his meds and half his food…for a whole week. There was also their two bags of food for a day that wasn’t given. We paid $900 plus some change thinking they would take fully care of my babies. I thought a call and updated instructions in the portal would have been enough. Never trusting this place again. Guess I’ll wait and see how my dog is feeling after a week with no meds. I’ll be sure to update my bank if I need to dispute any charges to pay for the vet bills since I know they won’t.

Horrible experience. The lady who cut my dog was very rude. I was not pleased with my dog cut and I tried to express that to her and she replied back well it will grow back. Not something to say to someone when you just have their child a bad haircut. Will not be returning. Plus I paid $70 for something petco could have done for $40

Staff are so helpful and kind. I took 2 of my hairiest dogs, so it was quite a mess. They didn't bat an eye. The tubs are hydraulic which is wonderful! Definitely will go back!

Love this place! They have a half-day daycare 4 hours or for a full daycare available with reasonable rates. Also have overnight "hotel". They have an in-house bakery for all sorts of goodies and other cool stuff for your fur baby! They also take breeds after doing a quick temperament test that would otherwise be turned away. Grooming services are great or you can shampoo your pup yourself ????

Their main hotel person - Corwin - did an absolute amazing job at keeping me updated concerning my pup. She was my mother's dog before she passed away and my biggest reminder of her so I am extremely cautious and worried when it comes to her safety!! In response to that he would send multiple pictures and even on days he wasn't supposed to be there he would make sure to keep me in the loop and answer all my questions. Geniunely loves dogs to the core!! If you're looking for a boarding facility for your dogs look no further and trust that your puppy is in good hands!! Plus their bakery is all House made treats definitely check them out!!

The groomers do a great job, my only problem is nobody ever answers the phone when I call to make appointments.

Just completed our 3rd full grooming trip to Smelly Dog with our standard wirehair dachshund. Like previous trips, they did a fantastic job. I asked for a complete buzz cut for our dog, Oreo, and they did just that. I have included before and after photos to show their grooming staff’s great work. I believe it was about two hours total from when I dropped him off to when I got the phone call that he was ready to be picked up. The staff at the store was pleasant and the smell from the fresh baked goods was delightful. I really appreciate the great customer service and high-quality grooming which makes me a continued repeat customer. Always great to support a local small business in our local community too. I’ve been bringing my dog Duke here for a while now, and we love Smelly Dog! The customer service is wonderful, and the groomers always do a fantastic job washing/grooming my dog. He always leaves happy and smelling amazing! I’d recommend this business to anyone! ????

Cute dog groomer and shop with fresh baked treats for pups. We came here to get a birthday treat for our dog, he got a peanut butter cookie that he loved. We were looking for somewhere that baked fresh doggy treats in house and were not disappointed. High quality selection of food and chews also.

We’ve been having our pups groomed elsewhere for the last couple of years, but their last few visits looked really rushed and choppy. We figured we’d give Smelly Dog a try with one of our pups, Nova. Ty did her groom and WOW! We’re so picky about our pups and their haircuts. Ty did such an amazing job on Nova. He did exactly what I asked and even more! The cut is so perfect and clean, from her face down to her tail! We’re so happy with how she looks, and she feels fabulous with her new do. ???? We’re definitely going to be coming back and bringing our other two furbabies when they’re due for a haircut!

High turn around of staff. Hotel gone downhill, under 5 dogs no hotel staff on duty.

Cool place for pet grooming, my dog came out happy and super clean, the staff really take their time to do the job right. Not to much parking (4 spaces) but we got lucky. Appointments are the best to get a space, even the same day. Pricing is about average, so we wil get back for more.!

My dog was diagnosed with a terminal cancer and I called multiple places looking for a nice cake for her last day on earth with us and this place was so considerate and worked with us when no one else would. The dogs absolutely loved the cake, they could not get enough of it!! Thank you so much for making my doggies last day a nice happy day.

They are always a fun place to bring my akita to! They love her and it shows in the care given to her.

Very disappointed with my customer service yesterday. I have a male shipoo and have been taking him here 2-3 times a year for grooming. Sue was his groomer. When I walked in to drop him off she asked me what I was looking for I let her know that I just want him trimmed like every other time I have been here which has been about 78 times so far about three years now I have been coming here for services. I wanted to double check with my boyfriend since it’s our dog so I called him and let them know that this time although they’ve never said anything to us before she’s refusing to trim him and rudely combs him in front of me pulling his skin trying to show me that she doesn’t want to put the work in as a groomer and do her job then rudely interrupts me talking to my boyfriend on the phone telling me no it’s not that we don’t want to trim him it’s that we won’t trim him we cannot. Then She told me that she cannot trim him she hast to shave him because of his matted hair. I found that Very odd because every other time I have taken him here they have had no issues. Not only is my dog now acting scared and Timid is at home but Did she tell me about their Nic policy for the first time. The shaving was very uneven and normally I wait about 2 to 3 hours for him to be done he was done in 50 minutes so if that can tell you she didn’t care as well as her rude customer service idk why you would take your dog here. I don’t wish this service no matter what kind of mood anyone is in upon anyone. It’s ridiculous that she even has a job as a groomer.

Hands were full and wasnt acknowledged by the 2 employees at the desk finally waiting for 5 mins I was helped,but they have good treats for my 2 dogs and the self service baths.
