I have had problems not being able to get my dog in to cardiologist for echocardiogram because they just aren't taking appts so after taking him back to my vet they mentioned he probably needs trachea cleansing to fix his issue but since his x-rays showed enlarged heart and some other things when I told vet I couldn't get him in they said they same issues with internal medicine vets and gave my dog medicine that was working and no longer helping. I looked up Internist and was desperate to get help for my dog so I called this place and the receptionist was sooo helpful and finally gave me the information I needed to and now I finally have some hope of and a starting place to get him in for the care he needs. I called so many places that just weren't helpful or just referred me to same cardiologist that wasn't accepting patients but the receptionist here listened to me so when I explained I needed procedure that the vet recommended and wld have to do with internist she explained the process and told me what to do so I could have my vet schedule my dog for an appt to fix the real problem . He will need to have echocardiogram done eventually when they start accepting patients again but that wasn't going to fix the problem my dog is having with clearing his throat and after 6 months of having to watch his symptoms getting worse all it took was a phone call to this place for me to get the answers I needed and finally I am relieved to find someone took the time to listen to me and now I can have my vet set up an appt with them to clean out his throat which should eliminate his stress significantly until we can find out and fix issues with his heart. I called 20 or so other places before here and every one just told me I needed t I call cardiologist because they didn't bother to listen to me when I said he needed trachea cleaning and I am so greatful that this one did so I'm scheduling appt to with my vet right away to have that done.

Dr. Greene was able to fit me in quickly when my pug started vomiting blood. He found the issue after 3 different vets couldn't find out what was wrong 3 days after I called their office for the first time and the next day we had to do an endoscopy. He thought it might be cancer or just an infection, hoping for the latter. He sent off a sample for biopsy and went on vacation. He called me DURING his vacation when he got the results to tell me the good news, no cancer! Within two days my primary vet had all the required medicine and special food. The second day after starting on the recommended meds from Dr. Greene he's like a brand new little man! He's energetic, jumping up and down, and showing signs of life I haven't seen in him in what feels like ages (although it wasn't that long). Dr. Greene literally helped save my pugs life from whatever the actual issue was. Thank you, team, you were on top of everything and handled everything with the quickness. My pug says thanks too!

Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. They took care of our beloved Shynn, 12 year old boxer, to the best of their abilities. It was very devastating to find out she had cancer. Thank you VETMED staff for all you did for Shynn. She was loved by many.

Despite what it says in a similar review answer about Dr. Greene's improvement with the timeliness issue, we were told that our dog, Maggie, had to be at the vet's office between 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning with no food after 10:00 the previous evening. We live in northern Arizona so my wife drove to Phoenix with her and stayed there overnight with Maggie so she did not have to awake at 5AM to make the trip to Phoenix. Our dog Maggie waited over 5 hours for Dr. Greene which, to me, is unacceptable, not to mention the inconvenience to my wife. No apology from the vet or Dr. Greene's office. How many of us as patients would go back for service to an office where we previously waited 5 hours? We will seek care elsewhere in the future.

Dr. Greene has seen Coco (5 pound Maltese) for about a year now. Coco has congestive heart issues but Dr. Greene has helped to improve her quality of life significantly. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward, great with pets and owners; as well as, easily accessible. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Greene and staff.

After finding out my beloved puppy had cancer, My Vet gave the number to this office number under a Doctors Heidner. When the receptionist answered I tried to confirm it was the right office as she said it was Dr Green. When I asked a …

Dr. Greene was scheduled to give my cat an ultrasound to look at his liver between 1-3pm, so I have to drop him off at 9am so that they had time to shave him and in case he showed up early. He didn’t show up until 6pm!! That night and my cat had to sit in a cage all day when he could’ve been at home resting. I am beyond pissed. So unprofessional and disgusting. He also charges a $200 for driving out of the city to a different vet clinic he operates out of part time to do ultrasounds. So upset and disgusted.
