Rude, rude, rude, office staff, dirty and smelled so bad we didn't even continue with an appointment. There are so many better options in the area.

I called the emergency vet line at about 6:20PM that was stated on their website because my 6 year old cat had difficulty breathing and I didn't know what to do. The lady on the line was extremely rude and told me to call another number after I stated my issue. I asked her what she meant and she responded that I needed to call a location closer to me which didn't make sense whatsoever. This was the ONLY emergency line I was able to find and desperately asked for help and she didn't seem to care at all. Don't call this place, they will not help you. Why call it an emergency line when you just tell your patients to call somewhere else?

Kind and respectful. No real complaints. It was my first time visiting so I will update my post if anything changes.

I had a very traumatic experience with my foster puppy and brought her in to be seen knowing they might not be able to help her. The team worked fast, communicated the plan, and calmed me down. They didn't have to help Mabel, but they did and she pulled through I will be forever grateful.

We are a first time client and they treated my partner and I as well as our cat with the utmost respect. Our cat can be pretty difficult but she went through the entire exam and vaccination process without a single hiss. I'm really proud of my cat but no doubt that they were able to help her feel so welcome during our visit. Next year when we need another exam and vaccine I will make sure to ask for them. If you are looking for somewhere to examine your pet and vaccinate them, I would highly recommend this place right here. 10/10 service and treatment

Most vets are okay if you already know what's wrong with your pet. But this is the place to go when you have a real problem and you want to give your beloved fur baby the very best care. Doesn't mean you shouldn't go here for the easy stuff because it's always better if the doctor knows your pet. I wouldn't trust my dogs life with anyone but Dr Ware. And if your dog needs TPLO surgery, you can trust Dr Ware will do it right. You won't find anyone better, I can assure you of that.

Great people, friendly staff and amazing with the animals, at first my pup was nervous but on his 3rd visit he had grown accustomed and more relaxed with the staff. They are always very understanding and explain things clearly!

Love this place! Everyone from the receptionist, to the vets, to the surgeons, are fantastic. I took my dog here when he tore his ACL and was diagnosed with a mass cell tumor, and when I cried, they cried. It was amazing to go somewhere that I truly felt that my pets, and my needs were put first. They were always fair with treatment plans, and honest about what treatments were really needed, as ACL and tumor removals are not cheap! If you have insurance, they will work to make sure that you get what you need for it. Overall, I highly recommend PVC!

I'm not impressed. I interviewed there and after 3 consecutive days of trying to reach the hospital manager for a follow up I gave up. If they can't manage a 5 minute phone call, I can't really say I'd trust them to appropriately manage more serious issues.
