Friendly staff. Went to get an xray for my dog. Was in and out quickly.

If I could give PMAH 100 stars I would. My poor little chi -mix was having bladder issues that received a misdiagnosis at another vet. Dr. Charlton took the time to see what was going. Sadly it was cancer but it was good to finally know and to be able to let him live the way he wanted in his last month of life, while trying to provide him with the best quality of life. When the time came to put him down, Dr. Browne couldn't have been sweeter or more understanding. They made an extremely difficult time bearable and provided the most patient-centered care I have ever experienced at a vet. They truly care about you and your pet. From the front desk to the exam room, I can't say enough good things about this practice, their professionalism and truly outstanding company culture.

We recently switched vets to Phoenix Mountain and are very happy with our choice.

Our first visit.... It is for Putzie .... From the reception to the technician to the Dr. Browne. Our pets are in very good hands and hearts with Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. We found them????

The vets here are superb and show true caring nature towards both their human and non-human customers. They actually check their records and make recommendations based on different scenarios. The veterinary staff and assistants are all great as well.

They are very kind and caring. I truly believe they love what they do. The only downside is the moved to a location farther from my house.

We brought our dog in because she had been coughing and feeling unwell. The level of care and empathy we felt from the office staff was so warm and genuine. You can tell that everyone there cares deeply for their furry patients and the owners. Having an unwell pet is so stressful but the compassion received from Dr. Charlton and staff was so reassuring. Dr. Charlton is extremely knowledgeable and she explained her diagnosis and course of treatment as well as further steps down the line if necessary. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any aspect of care for their pet.

I have been bringing two of my dogs to Dr. Kanarish for year now & my baby girls love him. The staff is impeccable, hospitable, & knowledgeable. My dogs hardly notice when they get poked shots, thermometers, or fingers and they love Dr. Kanarish.

Love everything about this place. Great energy and atmosphere. Dr. Kanarish is awesome. First time meeting him and I felt so comfortable leaving my Tank in his hands. They fixed his broken nail and he his back to his normal self. Thank you all for what your do.

Really great Doctors & staff. Abbey has been very kind & helpful to me & my 13 year old dog while traveling on the road full-time.

The ladies at the front desk have hearts of gold! Due to shipping delays we ran out of our vet prescribed dog food. After searching every pet store, including our normal vet, there was none to be found, and poor Gunner was a hungry guy! I found this veterinarians office off the pet foods manufacturer website and reached out. They were understanding and said they could sell me a bag if I could bring in my prescription. Well long story, my vet office closed before sending it to me, but the ladies at the front and the vet were able to work some magic! I literally left there with tears in my eyes and a thankful heat because they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure my dog didn't go hungry. Gunner is super thankful too!

I have seen Dr k for approx 18 years since he first started at dreaming summit. I now drive over an hour to see him and I never once feel it's a waste of time. You can tell immediately he LOVES animals and your pet is in the best hands. I would refer to NO other vet.i absolutely love Dr kanarish. No other vet will compare. I promise.

I had to bring my baby in because she wasn't feeling well. They squeezed us in at the end of the day. The staff were all very welcoming and sweet. Dr. K was great with my little girl. She was put on some medication, they gave her her first dose for me at the office, and I swear by the time we got home I could tell she was feeling better. Very thankful for everyone at this office. We will definitely be coming back for her well checks in the future.

Excellent as always. My car battery even died while I was there and one of the staff very kindly gave me a jump so I could get back home. Thank you!

Dr. Kanarish and his team at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital are wonderful. They have provided outstanding and compassionate care for my three miniature schnauzers over the last four years, after I left another veterinary practice I’ve reviewed here that I felt took advantage of me and didn’t value the wellbeing of my dogs. Most recently, I sadly lost one of my dogs to kidney disease, but Dr. Kanarish and his team did everything possible to help her. I have peace of mind knowing her care was thorough, conscientious, and first rate. I truly appreciate everything they have done for my dogs and, if you need a trustworthy and conscientious veterinarian, Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital is an excellent choice.

This animal hospital goes so above and beyond, there are no words to adequately express our gratitude and praise. Every single person my husband and I have interacted with has been professional, kind, compassionate, honest, and reliable. When calling the office, you will be greeted by the most spectacular staff, who care about you and your animal(s). They are considerate of your time, as well as your worries. Our vet here is Dr. Browne, and our dog Charlie loves her as much as we do. She has provided superior care to our dog. We have recently moved out-of-state and found ourselves in a bind regarding a local veterinarian. She took the time to give care from afar, and we are endlessly grateful. I wish we could give back to show our appreciation. Thank you!

We have been taking all of our pets here for 10+ years. Among our extended family, 6 dogs, 2 cats. The care is fantastic. The staff, Dr. K, are all wonderful. They are responsive. I can't think of anything they could do better than they are already doing. If I could change my own care to this practice, I would! Thank you Dr. K and team for taking such great care of Kevin, Kira, Jake, Snowball, Riggs, Boone, Nora and Bingham.

Dr. K and team are wonderful to work with. Our entire family in Phoenix takes all of our animals here as we know the staff and doctors here will take care of our dogs as if they were the staff’s own pets.

Dr Brown is our favorite! She’s been so kind and makes us always feel so much better for both our pets. 4 stars because 1 of the front desk reps that answers the phone isnt very sociable. I asked her a question about my pet and if it’s possible that she could be doing something that would be for attention and she dryly responded, I don’t know how to answer that question and just disregarded it. As if my question was ridiculous. As if we pet lovers don’t consider our pets as part of the family. It was very callous. I have not always had this experience. It’s honestly just when 1 rep answers or assists us at the front. Otherwise, the services and care are the best.

Dr. Kanarish and his entire staff are great! We have a 10 year old lady and a 9 week old puppy; they are great with both!!

They pulled a Cholla cactus bud out of my dog's head with care, compassion and skill. No small feat considering he's a 100+ pound Rottweiler.

Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital has taken such good care of our cats and dog. They are always so kind to our pets, and they have been willing to answer any questions we have. My pets are actually calm and happy when they leave, which never happened at my old vet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the best care for their pets.

The staff are great but they are always too busy. We are never brought in at our appointment time.

I have been taking my pets here for several years now. They have done everything from normal vet care, to mast cell tumor removal, and even had to put one of our pets down. Through it all, they have been amazing. Their staff is friendly and helpful and they really make you feel like they care. They work to squeeze in when something is urgent and give you their honest advice on what you should do if they cannot. They have also in the past been more than willing to give over the phone advice and have the vet call me because we have a history with our pets there. They are treating valley fever currently with one of our dogs and they have been amazing. They work to handle it as aggressively as safely possible all while also taking into consideration the cost of vet visits and blood work for us. Today they even worked to fit my mom in last minute. She thought she was going to have to put her dog down. The did an evaluation and gave honest feedback and provided care. The believe it is treatable and gave a sound treatment plan. My mom and family are thrilled. I really could not recommend this place enough.
