Amazing service from beginning to end. Very organized, friendly, reasonable and shown very capable and competent handling my dog, Lucy. Highly recommend.

Took forever to get my dog scheduled which was fine I understand that they are busy. With that being said upon taking her into the clinic front desk staff was very friendly. Once we got into the room to hand our dog over to the vet tech is when things went down hill from there. Our dog is anxious, and scared of new people therefore she needs a slow approach. The vet tech was handling her pretty rough so when she showed him her teeth that wasn’t a surprise as a human I wouldn’t appreciated that. But for the “staff safety “ they muzzled her. Surgery goes fine we go to pick her up get her in the car and she has a small gash above her ear and is actively bleeding. I immediately called the clinic. As you could imagine I was extremely upset. When speaking with the office manager she was extremely condescending and rude. Stated that my dog was scratching herself due to the muzzle. I believe this it’s just the fact when asked who was looking after my dog, and why no one noticed the cut the blame was put entirely on my dog. This person did not help me what so ever, nor did they take any responsibility for the lack of care to my dog.

Should not have posts online that give you the impression that if you fill out a paper they will help you get your dog fixed. Say they will call you within a week to let you know if chosen. Got no call back so called them 2nd week. Was put on hold for 20+ minutes only to be bluntly told they don’t do that anymore. I asked if knew anyone who did & got a very crass NO & was hung up on.not very professional on phone that’s for sure!

Worst place to bring your fur babies. Always up charging due to “Covid” surge even though it’s been about a year and a half. Find another place!

They took good care of the 2 male kitties I took to them, will be using them in the future

They are not a low cost to all people clinic. They also do not disclose that they charge an additional $20 - $40 per minute after the allotted time to fix your animal. They only provide that information when asked on the phone and was told that it could be up to an hour additional time which puts the costs at more than what they promote they are.

I love the staff and the care they gave Dottie. I won't take my pets anywhere else and I drive 40 miles.

They were able to get us scheduled quickly. The day of staff was friendly and helpful. Our puppy seemed to be well cared for and we didn't experience any problems after he was neutered. Discharge instructions were clear and helpful. Good price.

Absolutely love this place! Staff is fantastic and extremely kind and helpful. It's over an hour drive for me to get there, but it is so worth it!!

I brought my sweet girl here to get spayed this morning and it all went well. They brought to my attention that she has gingivitis, her vet missed that. Thank you so much, we'll be getting a new vet and getting those chompers fixed! I highly recommend this place, they're very kind

Took my cat last year when she was a month old kitten for her shots. It was fast and friendly. Good place to get your pet shots fast and decent price!

I took my cat here to get spayed and microchipped, and had a really smooth experience. The morning of her appointment, I was pretty nervous and called to double check all of the information. The woman was super nice and patient with me. As I went to check in, the front desk was really friendly and very prompt. After I filled out some paperwork, I was called back and due to Covid wasn’t sure if I was allowed back, but the vet tech took some time to verify everything with me as well as calmed my cat down and went over what to expect. He was organized and thorough. I received an update that she was doing well after surgery and ready to be picked up at 1. Not to mention they do great work here at PAWS and the spay/neuter prices are fantastic. My kitty’s doing just fine and the incision site looks great. Highly recommend!

Even during a pandemic when they are forced to raise their prices, it was still more affordable than going to my vet's office. I was a little peeved when the front desk got snippy because I asked about the extra costs incurred. I'm sorry but if I am being charged extra, I like to know why and being that it's my money and my pet, I have every right to ask such! I was wondering what COVID-19 had to do with the raises of the prices in a vet office and after she explained it to me, I was still grateful that the cost was something I could still afford without taking him to our vet that would charge about three times as much. But that is the only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars. She was fine after that, but it did irk me. They communicated well, were available when I had questions and from what I saw, they treated my baby well! I would definitely recommend them and I myself, would go back to them! Thank you for making my dog's health affordable!

They are good with helping rescues but if you're not a rescue you can't get your dog vaccinated if they are over six months

Not helpful at all especially for someone who is in financial crisis and needs help with their fur baby in the time of the death of their spouse

Took great care of my baby during his surgery! Prices less than what my vet was going to charge just for non necessary blood tests! Saved me a boatload of money and So glad we found them!

Milo, or cat is afraid of EVERYONE EXCEPT the Vet assistant at PAWS. I wish I could remember her name!! Very sweet and knowledgeable.

Great experience. I've taken 4 animals to get fixed and its always a pleasant experience. The docs are friendly and caring.

Brought my cat for his neuter and it was super cheap, like $45 or something, I waited in the lobby for like maybe 15 minutes and then saw the vet and it's like 5 minutes and then came back later in the day for pickup. We weren't 100% sure they did the surgery--maybe they just shaved him and forgot--cause the incision was barely noticeable and he was quickly running around again and not in pain. Really pro job by the Paws vets, would highly recommend.

I love the concept behind this place but unfortunately I will not be returning due to the office staff & vet tech. My 1st time there over a year ago went well but this time was drastically different. I arrived & there was at least 10 people and their pets waiting to be scene. Since we're in the middle of a pandemic and the other dogs were making mine go crazy I asked to wait in the car. According to their numerous signs this was okay but the front desk lady still gave me a hard time & mentioned the importance of coming in quickly. I never got a txt & my dog was only seen bcuz I got tired of waiting & went in. I was parked outside the front door.Then the vet tech who went to get her for her vaccines pulled her multiple times so hard by her leash that she started choking. The door was open & I was right there but he never asked for help. He finally stopped after I went over bcuz I could see how aggressive he was being with my dog. She is a certified therapy dog & works with people every day and has NEVER bit someone. But she did try to get him after how aggressive he was. She also has never had this behavior at her normal vet. She's doing ok but that kind of behavior is unnecessary and unprofessional. Checking out was not any better. Please spend the extra $$ and see a better office that actually cares about your pets. Cheap isnt always good especially when they dnt care if they choke your pet.
