Paddock's Paws Pet Care & Training Phoenix, Arizona

My dog LOVES coming here for daycare. She's ridiculously excited every time I drop her off. After having some bad experiences with a previous daycare place that I didn't trust, I was nervous to try a new one. Since day one, Izzy has been thrilled to be at Paddock's and I've been comfortable leaving her there. Friendly staff and happy dog.. what more could you ask for?

I do not recommend. My dog was severely injured due to negligence. My dog received a chemical burn from a cleaning chemical that the owner admitted he was concerned about his placement of the chemical container in the kennel area where dogs are placed during cleaning of the kennels, yet he allowed the chemical to remain in the kennel area. My dog was the unfortunate one to be severely injured. His vet said he's lucky the chemical didn't get in his eye to cause blindness or that he didnt swallow it because he'd be dead.If I could choose a no-star rating, I would. I just want to warn anyone looking to take their beloved pet to this facility to turn the other way! I called while I was away to check on my dog. The attendant that answered the phone said he was fine. She was very cold and didn't give any clear details about how he was doing like I have had at other Kennels. She just said he was fine. Obviously he was not fine and his skin was being burned off of his head while we were speaking. They didn't even realize what was happening or the pain he was going through. The whole thing just makes me sick!

Great place to take your pets! I take both my dogs here frequently for day camp and they always get excited as soon as I pull into the parking lot! Jeremy takes great care of the dogs and his staff is friendly! They also do grooming and the groomers always have done a great job with my dogs!

I like the facility is big but a small company and they have small dog groups. The owner and staff love all dogs and take time to assess dogs that are usually not welcome. Today was Sam's first day and after temperament testing he seemed ok to leave. I already received an update and he's doing great. I hope he adjusts well and I can make this facility a part of my fur babies family.

So happy my pup and I found Paddock's. She has grown in confidence since I moved her from a big box store to Paddock's - it's a relaxed and friendly daycare that she has thrived in. I'm so grateful that my pit mix found a home.

These guys at Paddock Paws are great! I was able to board my male GSD puppy while my female was at home going through her heat cycle. They were able to take him in last minute, even over a holiday weekend! Tomorrow, both my pups are going back for daycare while tile is being laid at my house... again they were able to schedule them last minute for me. I think my fur-babes have found a second home away from home!

Got my labradoodle groomed. They suggested a really cute cut. He is so handsome now. Great job!!!

I've only been once and it was a great experience. I'm trying to get my dog there again but work won't permit.

My family and I are forever grateful to Jereme and the Paddock’s Paws staff! Our Dalmatian was extremely aggressive towards other dogs prior to coming here. She went through the Board and Train program and then we did two subsequent weeks of training with Jereme. By the end of the training, she was able to be in the room with multiple dogs at once while being extremely playful! We were concerned about socialization after the conclusion of the program but so much progress has been made that she is now a frequent day camper. She has even gone back to be boarded as a good dog. She loves playing with all of the other dogs. The staff is extremely patient and kind. Bringing my Dalmatian here was life-altering in the best way.

Amazing facility! Jereme and his staff are friendly, professional and really have a passion for fur babies! You won't be disappointed! I trust Jereme and his crew 100%! They even kept us updated with photos while we were out of state. This is sadies first boarding trip and we will be back!

I wish I could give Jereme and the rest of the staff more than 5 stars!! My husband and I were at a loss with our almost 2 year old pup, Scotch. He started to show aggressive tendencies towards people and some other dogs and unfortunately ended up biting someone before we really realized how bad the problem was. Thankfully we were referred to Jereme by our obedience trainer and I cannot thank him enough for his help with Scotch. At the initial evaluation, Jereme was so patient as Scotch reacted to him in the worst of ways. He calmed my fears and assured me that he’d be able to help. Putting Scotch through the 2 week board and train was the best decision we could’ve made. He not only helped Scotch build confidence in himself but also taught me how to be confident as his handler. I can honestly say Scotch has made such amazing progress and I owe it all to Jereme. I introduced Scotch to multiple people and dogs this past weekend and he did so well! If your dog is struggling with behavioral issues, go see Jereme - I promise you won’t regret it!!

Jereme and his team at Paddocks Paws are amazing. My family rescued a dog about a year and a half ago. We named him Trace. Two weeks of being in our home we started seeing warning signs of agression towards anyone who came into our home or came into close proximity. Meeting Jereme, he knew right away Trace was protective agressive and insecure. We did a 3 week board and train program and by the end of it Jereme was in our home. Playing ball with Trace and getting to see the side only my family saw. No muzzle. Just a dog being himself playing catch. Jereme was straight forward and fully involved in Trace's behavioral training. He gave me back confidence as an owner and gave Trace a chance. He is committed to the dog and their owners. He is truly an advocate for them.

Max has been working with our new German shepherd for 2 weeks and she has learned so much. She's much easier to handle on her leash and she mastered sitting really quickly. He's super patient with her and with us too. I feel much more confident in our girl's ability to learn new things.

My husband and I have been bringing our two dogs in (one is for behavioral/reactivity training the other was just for support but then realized she had some insecurity too) for training with Jereme and his staff. We are just so amazed with the progress they have made so far! Jereme is so knowledgeable with his training techniques and truly understands the psychology of the dogs brain. Once we were told how their little minds work, my husband and I shifted our approaches when it came to correcting their behaviors and that’s where we saw the progress. No dog is “too bad” or “too far gone”. It’s a whole family dynamic and what we do matters and influences them. It’s definitely some homework but each session is filled with all the material, you just have to apply it. We are so grateful to have come across this training staff and we leave each session laughing and so excited to continue the progress. We can’t thank you guys enough! ????

I have been taking my little shih tzu Louie here for over a year and they always do excellent work. They are flexible and responsive, and quick! Highly recommend to anyone in the area needing a reliable groomer for their pet.

Literally magic. Jereme is amazing. He has been working with my rescue who has confidence/reactivity issues because of abuse from his past. Even after just one private session with Jereme, we saw so much improvement in our pup!

This is the best boarding facility in Phoenix people really care about your pups and they do a great job on nails as well. My puppers love going here!

Jereme and his staff are amazing!

We rescued a pit mix a while back and had a lot of challenges socializing him. He had clearly never been through behavioral training which made it hard to take him anywhere. Paddock changed all of that. Jeremy is patient, caring, and knowledgeable, making an otherwise difficult process very easy. They also offer boarding so when we go out of town we have a trustworthy place to leave our dog. I'd highly recommend checking them out if you have similar challenges.

Taylor was amazing! This was my first time bringing my girls there and it won’t be the last! She was quick, and so gentle with my babies. I appreciate being able to bring them in right away. Thanks Taylor.

Jereme is amazing not only as a trainer, but as a human being. He's kind, caring, compassionate and genuinely loves animals. He doesn't believe in an aggressive approach or heavy hand and it's all about positive reinforcement. He's firm but gives so much love, attention and affection to the animals and you can clearly see it when he's training. He's not an imposter like many that falsely claim that they are trainers. He's the real deal and the best of the best. Everyone that's a part of Jereme's team is outstanding and you won't be disappointed taking your beloved pets to him for help.

Excellent place to take your pooch. I couldn't be happier with the grooming and care they gave mine. Very reasonably priced and super friendly.

They take amazing care of my spoiled Pibble. Including text messages and pictures of him while I’m away. It’s hard for me to trust anyone with my boy, and I feel comfortable leaving him here because I know he’s in good hands. ????

We have a 14 month old German Shepherd that has some fear aggression issues. We looked everywhere for boarding and training and because of these issues, every place we called pretty much wanted us to mortgage the house to board and, or train him. We called Paddock Paws and they've been great. "Bring him in, we can handle it." Every staff member we spoke to had no concerns about boarding Jax. And pricing is very reasonable. We next have an evaluation for Jax's training and again, every staff member is confident in Jereme. And I'll admit, after meeting him, we are impressed as well. So far, this post is for the boarding. After the training we will update.
