Pricy, great staff,and they push unnecessary tests and procedures. I will be moving soon so that will not be a problem for me.

They have raised their prices by 35%.... way outpacing inflation. If it was a great vet clinic, I probably wouldn't mind.....but!

North Kenilworth has always seen our dogs since we first brought them home. We recently had a scare with our oldest and they were so quick to act and squeeze us in to address the problems right away. Dr. Young is AMAZING with our dogs and they get so excited to see her. I have so much gratitude for this office! A huge thank you to all of the amazing staff that works here!

Even though my cat Clawdia is a total jerk when she's there, the people take really good care of her!

I love this place. I found this place when I use to live in Phoenix In the Google maps. Now I currently live in Florence I will make this hour drive for my babies because they really do a great job with pets and they answer all your questions. Thank you guys for taking care of my babies ????

I have seen both Dr. Hoffman and Dr. Channing for my dog and cat for a couple of years now. I have had great experiences with both of them plus all the AMAZING vet techs. The staff remembers my dog and his quirks and always make accomodations for him upon arriving to reduce his stress. Dr. Hoffman did my dog's surgery. My dog was born blind and needed an eye removed and was a complicated patient because he had kidney disease. It couldn't have gone better and the scar left behind is tiny and his face looks great. He gets compliments, even from his vet opthalmologist, on the quality of the surgery. He has also seen my dog urgently for emergencies, saving me hundreds to thousands by avoiding blue pearl. He responds to email questions thoughtfully and promptly which is another awesome bonus. I only saw Dr. Channing recently - I think she is kind of new to the practice - for my cat and also loved her "bedside manner". She explained things thoroughly, but in an accessible way. She made sure we knew the risks and benefits of a procedure. She also made sure all of our concerns were settled before we left. Lastly, she mentioned her dad is a veterinarian as well which I felt increased my confidence too. Lastly, this vet's office is very affordable and fair in my opinion. They don't do excessive tests (unless you want them). Sometimes, Dr. Hoffman has told me that he feels a test isn't necessary as he feels good about his diagnosis. Because I'm a worried dog mom, I opt for it to be 100% sure. He's been right without the test each time! I just love this place and the care and experience the entire team brings to the table. September 2021 update: This team never ceases to amaze me with the level of care they offer my dog who has special needs. I am so thankful for them.

As the director of a dog rescue, we use only vets that are trustworthy and treat all animals with respect. Kenilsworth has helped us save many animals and their vets and staff are wonderful. Highly recommend. Luv of dogz fund

They get booked up quick, but I have a hard time wanting to go anywhere else. They care about our cats and will provide excellent care and handling.

Millie loves her vet! ???? I am so glad we chose this vet when we first got our puppy last year. We moved about 25 minutes away but still come here because no other vet compares to them. Dr. Young is amazing and really did save our dogs life by taking the time to figure out what was wrong with her. We really appreciated that she didn’t run any unnecessary, costly tests, only what she thought would give us answers and did them one step at a time. They are very responsive and flexible. It gives me a piece of mind knowing I can call/email them with any concerns and know I’ll get a quick reply. Every doctor and technician here are so caring and I couldn’t ask for anything better for my fur baby!

NK is a little more pricey than some of the surrounding vets offices on paper, but their expertise, kindness, and professionalism is worth every penny. Additionally (though this is just a suspicion) I suspect they have gone the extra mile on more than one occasion without charging extra when they totally could have. I have a chihuahua with all of the unfortunate breed associations -- he's aggressive when he's scared, his teeth are bad, etc. I knew at some point that they would need to be removed and Dr. Channing did a great job of keeping him comfortable during the procedure, checking in on how he was healing, and educating me on how to be a better pet parent. I've always had pets, but for a long time I was under the impression that vets were only for "emergencies." They've never shamed me for that, instead focusing on what we can do in the present and in the future. They're amazing. I no longer live in Downtown Phoenix, and I have to Uber for every trip (I ride a motorcycle and will not risk my pets safety) but I joke to friends that I could move across the country and North Kenilworth would still be my vet. (Edited to add more context and praise because honestly they have been working SO hard during the pandemic and the techs there are especially amazing too.)

Dr C and the staff are awesome beyond words. Can't say enough about there wonderful care and followup. I came to their practice after having a bad vet so they have been a wonderful group. They are the best!
