This place is amazing!! The staff is super sweet, beyond kind and professional. They made my dog super comfortable and treated her well!! She was fixed today and her spirits are still so bright!! Kim explained the process to us and answered all of our Questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place, hands down they are experts!!! They even gave her after care instructions and meds in a baby syringe for easy dispensing. Thank you so much Metro pet, I can’t not say it enough how amazing you guys are!!!!

Employees are amazing. Happy, friendly, and caring. Everyone is so nice. They care for your fur babies like they are their own. I am beyond impressed. They do have a long lead time, about a month, to get you animals spayed or neutered. If you can wait, it is well worth it. We had two kittens neutered and all of their first shots done for $300.00. I feel that was a good price especially for the value/ experience. I would highly recommend Metro Spay and Neuter.

Drive-thru challenges with listening to order being made. Multi tasking seems to not work in theirfavor. Distractions seem to cause order errors on nultiple visits.

Love this clinic, cuz they love the work they do. The wait can be long however if you want to save money and still get quality service this is the place for you and your fur baby.

The staff was great and work hard to help as many animals as they can. Any time that I've called they were patient and answered all of my questions. The costs are very reasonable too, which is a huge help, especially with multiple pets.

The staff was super friendly and genuinely cares about the animals they are treating.

Over the last 3 years I’ve had 2 of my cats spayed , and a cat neutered, with another cat spay appointment coming up. Every time we have sent one of our fur babies there , the check in process was as easy as could be. Their prices are so reasonable and their quality of service is very high. They always call me after the surgery and tell me how it went and how sweet my babies are and let me know when to come get them. I will always recommend this place and will be getting all 4 of our cats microchipped by them too. 10/10 recommend. You would be silly to go anywhere else !

Told to arrive between 6:45-7:30A to have cat spayed. I wake up early and arrive at 7: "sorry we are overbooked". Don't tell people to show up this early if you're just going to overbook..

Our deaf pit mix was just spayed by metro pet. We dropped off at 6:45am, they called us at 11:30 letting us know that we could pick up our baby girl early at 12:30 (normal pick up is between 4-6). Since she is deaf and a little extra scared, they wanted her to be comfortable back home with us. That was SO incredibly kind and gentle of them. We are so pleased and thankful for this accommodation. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Who ever did the incision on my dog spay, they did a really great job! Clean cut and I can barely tell they did it at all. Pup isn’t licking at it and is healing and recovering incredibly well. 4 stars because at check out, instead of giving me the rundown on care instruction she said: “you already know how to care for her right?” Me: ummmm how about you go ahead and give me the rundown of it all. I requested a nail trim at the time of surgery, either they didn’t do it and charged me anyway or they just didn’t do a well enough job. At check in, the dog in front of us was growling at my dog. Naturally my dog barked back but they stuck us in a room and forgot about us until I came out and said something. I was upset, but they were really nice about it, handled it well and took care of us. I would definitely trust them enough to use them again and you can’t beat their prices.

Took our 2 orange male cats down to get neutered. They were affordable and loving and took great care of our fur babies. Thanks so much.

I had 2 cats fixed here. They did an awesome job. My cats act like nothing even happened to them. Got vaccines also. Very convenient to do everything at once. The price was very reasonable for all I got done. The staff is very friendly and seemed very caring for the pets. They answered all questions I had.
