I blame me being oblivious and sad for what I’m about to share. But I don’t blame me for the negligence of the Vet and tech. I was referred to this place by another vet to put my dog down. When I went they asked me if I would like to sedate my dog. They explained that when he is euthanized it’d be less painful for him. I asked if anything could go wrong by doing so and they said no. What they failed to consider is that my dog had a heart condition! Where liquid was going into his heart. Sedating him actually caused him to suffocate and my dog painfully left this earth! In that moment and in tears, I asked what was going on because my dogs mouth was turning blue and he was trying to breath. The Vet proceeded to euthanize him and said that it was normal. I’m no doctor but I knew something wasn’t right. After sharing this with some friends in the medical field I learned that this Vet was wrong and they should’ve know that sedating him would suffocate him due to his prior conditions. I now live with this regret and pain and I don’t wish this on anyone! Please do your own homework before sedating and don’t bring your pet here. I recently shared this story with my neighbor and turns out a few years back this happened to her dog and at this same vets office!

Great caring people, kind of pricey but what isn't these days. They do however offer pet insurance.

This facility has literally saved my dogs life twice. I can't put into words how lucky I was to find them. With so many practices with price gouging terrible reviews, I feel like I hit the Grand Prize jackpot. I drive 45min one way to bring my dog to Desert Hills Animal Clinic, without a second thought! Don't waste time searching you have stumbled onto the best Doctors for you pet.

Dr. Bryan Neidigh performed a bilateral FHO on my cat, Onyx, due to severe hip dysplasia. Recovery was rough, but it has now been about 4 months and he runs around and plays like no surgery ever happened. He can even jump on my lap again. He has zero pain whatsoever and he has been given a much higher quality of life. Just wanted to give an update and say thank you to Dr. Bryan Neidigh and staff -- from Onyx and me!

I had no intention on posting a review although I should have and will at this point with the full story later but until I can do that just got a call ( after talked to someone already about other dog) not to ask how my dog was but to say are you bringing in ur other dog or just gonna take her somewhere else? as rude as you can be! Rest to follow.

I can't say enough about this place and the staff Our sweet dog was suddenly sick, they got her in right away, the tests were relatively reasonable and the staff were So Caring!! They called to check on her later that day then got us in when we needed to put her down, due to lung cancer confirmation. They were gentle, patient patient so sensitive to our pain.

Extremely friendly and caring staff. They don't push for added tests or treatment and their fee schedule is very fair We just switched vets after having a horrible experience with our old vet, who recently sold their practice. New owner misdiagnosed both our pets' illnesses and charged us for all kinds of tests that we later found out were not necessary.

I love this place, wouldn't go anywhere else. My technician Skyler was so helpful and nice!

I used this clinic for the first time and was very impressed with the vet and all of the staff.

This clinic does a wonderful job and I was so grateful with the help when our first puppy ever got Valley Fever. I especially appreciated the follow up calls to check on me and my puppy! My sweet girl is back to being her active, happy self again!!

If I could give minus a million stars I would. My cat died 30 minutes after leaving this facility. The tech admitted this was her very first "room" on her own. They either gave her too many subQ fluids with an irregular heartbeat...or something. She shouldn't have died. She was not in that much distress before they treated her.

MONSON TRYON Is a horrible dr I brought in my dog who was coughing And could not breath he did not seem concerned at all and just said he probably has heart failure and he probably has a 1 year to live BUT about 10 hours later after leaving this vet which the vet did not seem concerned what so ever my dog passed away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!MONSON TRYON dose not care about your dog!!!!NEVER IN MY LIFE Experience this before a careless vet !!!! Run from this vet fast!!!!!!!! Horrible !!!!! !!

It was very clean and staff was awesome with my grand animal. They took the time to explain everything to me. They let me call my daughter inlaw to let her decide what she wanted to do. All around they were great.

Supper friendly. Love that you can get a check up for you fur babies and a grooming! Krystal is amazing and friendly and so is Karen who has a talent for getting the pups looking beautiful ????
