I had to book my dog's grooming appointment months in advance to get a time when I'm off work and they service my area. Only to be completely stood up, not even a call. Called the office number and no one is there to even answer it on the weekends. I will not waste my time with this groomer again.

This was our first time using a mobile groomer and I can say we are SO impressed with AZ Mobile Spaws. We will never go anywhere else. Everyone was so polite, easy to book an appointment, and our groomer was the best we have ever had. My dog is a Husky/Shepherd mix who came back fluffy, soft and smelling amazing. You could tell she felt good and was happy to be all cleaned up. Highly recommend!!

AZ Mobile Spaws doesn’t know how to groom huskies. The groomer did not listen to instructions. Because it was easier for her, she shaved my husky. It took 3 times to secure an appointment and each time a different price was quoted. Don’t use their services.

The booking was very easy and they followed up with me often regarding my appointment. Sarah (my groomer) was an absolute professional and answered all my questions. She deserves an 11 out of 10 or better. Cannot thank her enough. My cat (Owl) could not be happier and we both really appreciate it. Thanks!!

I went with AZ Mobile Spaws for my 70 lb pup for her first professional grooming ever. I was a bit nervous at first but her groomer Manuel made the whole experience so calm, easy, and awesome! He was really communicative with us and worked exceptionally well with our dog. Overall it was such a great experience, Manuel definitely made our family new loyal customers!

I had a poodle who was severely matted from the previous owners. He was so scared, I was worried about taking him to a groomer due to how skittish he was. I was initially told that the wait would be about a month, which was unfortunate- but I understood. They worked diligently to see if any cancellations came up and got me in much, much sooner and I was extremely happy with their response time. The groomer did a wonderful job with him and he was so much better after his grooming session. I paid extra for the CBD/anti-anxiety treatment. Planning to schedule him for another grooming visit soon. ????

I don’t normally write reviews but this business has been so unprofessional that I thought I’d let other people who are looking for a reliable mobile groomer to save your time and avoid this place. I reserved an appointment with them a month and a half in advance and 3 days before my appointment I get a text from Becky cancelling and then trying to put me in for another day that didn’t work with my schedule with no apology for the inconvenience. And then a week later, lol, she texts me for another last minute opening which didn’t work with my schedule and I had already gotten my dog groomed somewhere else by this time. Still no apology and I’m still being accommodating at this point willing to give them another try, I ask for her to reschedule to another date further out with no reply and it’s been a month later now. Seeing the business owner’s replies to the other negative reviews they have should’ve been a red flag, as it just shows how defensive and passive aggressive they get rather than being apologetic when they’re at fault, and that they really don’t care about anyone else’s time. Save your time and money and take your business somewhere else. :)

In all HONESTY, if you try to book an appointment...don’t be shocked, their prices are outrageous and they don’t have enough groomers to accommodate their customers. Frustrating if you have a schedule that varies because you must book several months out, or you won’t receive a spot for your dog. Also, don’t plan on keeping the same groomer because they don’t seem to have loyalty to YOUR dog! I had they same groomer a couple times...(she was good too!) and then when trying to book her again, she was booked 3 months out! I had to book with two other groomers my dog didn’t know. Poor value, frustrating when booking appointments and EVERYTHING IS done on line. Bad business for those folks that want a good value for your money and consistency. My dog was $150 to from and that is WITHOUT a 20% tip.

We have two poodles and they LOVE their spa days! We have used these guys a couple of times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Professional and friendly staff, punctual appointments, and my dogs look and smell great! Highly recommend!

This was our dog’s first time being groomed By someone else. Ryan was so good with him and he looks great! We’ll definitely be using them again!

Amazing! They've never looked better. I'll be using AZ Mobile Spaws for all future Grooming! I absolutely love that they were able to come to me. It takes the struggle of getting two Yorkies & Kitty to the Groomers! I typically have our little Yorkies groomed every other month. I would say this is by far the best haircut they've ever had! One of our Yorkies is a little Wiggle Worm which seemed to not even be an issue. Since adopting our Kitty in May we've not been able to get her to the Groomers. That wasn't an issue for AZ Mobile Spaws. They gave our Kitty the best first cut! I'm blow away by how well all of our Babies look after being groomed. I wanna send out a Special Thanks to Tori who did a phenomenal job. We will be using Tori with AZ Mobile Spaws for all our Grooming needs.

Thought about using this service for my cat but after reading through some of the unprofessional and passive aggressive replies by the owner when a customer had an issue, I think I'll take my buisness elsewhere.

My Samoyed has not been groomed for months because she can no longer get in the car and travel to a groomer. She has advanced arthritis which has compromised her mobility. Based on the ease of scheduling the appointment and the reviews, I decided to pursue AZ Mobile Spaws with Ryan. BEST DECISION this dog owner has made in awhile. Ryan was simply wonderful...kind, patient, thorough, qualified, and gentle. My Samoyed looked beautiful and I think she genuinely felt better. She is my family and my true joy. To know that I can work with Ryan as her groomer without having to travel means the world to me. Thank you. UPDATE: A few weeks ago, my Samoyed received her second groom with AZ Mobile Spaws. Jeremy, the owner, contacted me in advance to let me know about a change in groomers. He gave me time to think about whether I wanted to proceed. This revealed a genuine concern about us because I did not feel pressured to immediately make a decision. I decided to trust and proceed with new groomer. Shelby did a wonderful job. Her kind, caring and gentle approach combined with her outstanding skills made the second appointment a success. She also expertly followed the protocols for keeping us all safe during this incredibly difficult time. I am once again grateful.

We booked an appointment for our two dogs today. The appointment was for 12:45. No one showed up. No one called. I called and left a VM and no one called back. I emailed and no one responded. Perhaps they had a glitch in their booking system, things happen, but it would have been nice to have some communication. In case the company thinks we are not a customer, we booked the session under a different email address, not the one associated with our Google review account. Update 10/25: I was contacted the next morning after my original post explaining what happened. AZ Mobile Spaws came out and provided the service at no charge right away. Our dogs look adorable and we would highly recommend their service. Thank you!

My sweet Hattie (on the right) was HOT, HOT, HOT, all summer long (110+ in AZ), and it’s hard to find a cat groomer period, but when you do and the end result is better than the photo you sent...you keep them forever. BTW I have 2 frenchies that look and smell great too, thanks to these guys!

I am terrible at leaving reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience that I couldn't not. I am new to AZ and have two rambunctious little puggle pups...the thought of getting them both to the groomer by myself was too much. Amelia showed up on time and was incredibly friendly. She took amazing care of my babies...I would recommend this service 100% to anyone. It was incredibly convenient and made my life so much easier. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Pricing was changed to reflect time spent with animal. Groomer spent 40 mins on a wash and cut that normally takes 60 mins. Cut was not short enough. Complained to management. They said they would send someone out to fix it. I never heard back so a week later emailed again. They said they were working on scheduling me...that was 2 months ago. Will never use again Update after owners response: pricing used to be set by weight of animal and was changed to breed reflecting the amount of time needed per breed. For my animal grooming has always taken 60 minutes. I work full time so had my nanny here when the groomer came. I used their online prepayment system as to not inconvienence anyone. The groomer told me she would send me a photo for approval. The groomer never sent the photo and thanks to my ring security system I know the groomer was only with my dog for 40 minutes. As soon as I saw my dog I contacted you. I actually have your email stating it’s a busy time of year but would find time to get someone here to correct the cut. That never happened. So please save your lack of professionalism for another poster. I have video proof and email proof that what I posted is true. Thank you for proving my point.

Unfortunately, our experience with AZ Spaws never got past making an appointment. After our usual mobile groomers abruptly told us they no longer service our area code. After making an appointment for our two female yorkies six weeks out, we were informed the day of the appointment that the groomer called in sick. We are understanding and the owner left a message promising to call us within a couple hours to get an appt. for our dogs this weeks. He never called, so I left a message. He text messaged me saying he basically had no idea when they could get my pups in. After waiting 6 weeks and having a few hours notice, with NO reschedule date, we are working to find another company.

I've used them on a few occasions thus far and I have NEVER been dissatisfied. What's especially great about them is that if you have an anxious mutt, one of you can stay with them in the van while the groomer does their thing. My dog usually just mopes during baths and grooming but he HATES the dryer so it was good that they let me stay in their with him because he was considerably calmer. Lindsay was our most recent groomer she did great! Our dog has very long and thick hair and she took her time to make sure she got the job done right. She was also very patient with him because there were times in which he became a bit of a butt but she handled herself well. Would highly recommend her and AZ Mobile Spaws!

Great, but not perfect, experience. Still five star, read to find out why! The good: 1. Lots of communication leading up to the appointment. 2. Easy payment, online or in person. 3. Beautiful beautiful pup! 4. The groomer made the best of a somewhat awkward situation. The bad: 1. I was undercharged. Why is this bad? It led to the awkward part above, where the groomer did not know about my dog from previous appointments and did not realize there was a haircut involved. While my normal appointment is $90, I was only charged $75. 2. It wasn't made clear how I tip, and because of that I was unable to. And I wanted to. 3. No immediate sales attempt at booking the next appointment. No biggie, their online booking is easy.

Fantastic experience! We won a gift certificate for the grooming at the Shemer Arts Center and will definitely be using AZ Mobile Spaws again in the future. Our dog, Darla, looked beautiful afterwards and her groomer, Mandy, was right on time, friendly, and professional. We will be booking again after the new year, thank you!

Excellent service!! Super easy to book. Arrived on time. And now our little Oliver looks the BEST he has ever looked. I can't thank you enough AZ Mobile Spaws. We will never use anyone else! Highly recommend for anyone that wants a groomer that cares sincerely for their pet and offers great customer service! WOW!
