Called twice first time put me on hold without asking when I asked a question. Second time picked up phone and hung it up without even saying anything. Hire people who like answering the phone please

Prices are good, the people are good...

The reason they got three stars was because they're usually so busy it's hard to get an appointment even when my dog is really really sick it takes at least 2-3 weeks just be seen but that's because they do have a lot of customers. Prices aren't too bad, I have seen cheaper, like SVH. They would have had a five star if not for that I wish they would have time for their loyal pets to be seen on a faster schedule when it's a serious issue.

I moved to a different side of the valley and was looking for a new vet. I am beyond pleased with Ark Animal Hospital's service and staff! They have gone above and beyond to take exceptional care of my new pup and have the best Coustomer service of any vet I've been to. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vet!

They really care for and love your animals. It's small so it feels personal and more one on one. I had to bring in a cat I was sitting and if I ever get a cat or a dog myself, this will be the vet I choose.

First time here and will be back. Friendly staff and not pushy on unneeded treatments.

They have been taking care of my two cats for the past 8 years. Dr. Hatfield is very knowledgeable and experienced. He has surgically taken care of both cats, and emergency medical issues as well. The actual costs have been less than original quotes . Highly recommended.

Dr. Hatfield is awesome! We have a dog that isn't easy to deal with. Dr. Hatfield knows just how to handle our trouble maker. The staff is superb! Been taking our dog there for 5 years

Dr. Hatfield and his team are wonderful.

It's difficult to give a 5-star review when your dog is incredibly sick. Heart murmur level6. They're always very patient with me cuz I'm usually in tears. Prices are reasonable. Dr. Hatfield is very very knowledgeable. The vet techs are always friendly and happy. I appreciate the balance of happy, knowledgeable and efficient.

Ark Animal Hospital and their staff provided superior service in an involved and compassionate environment. My Lhasa Apso, Haley, was in terrible dental distress and I was searching for a specialist in this area. There's no question that Dr. Hatfield has exceptional credentials, but I wanted to meet with him to discuss his approach to solving her dental challenges. He took a seat next to me and brought materials that paved the way for next day surgery. Dr. Hatfield explained that the "perfect storm" had been brewing since she was a puppy. Overcrowding of the teeth occurs in many small breeds and Haley was typical of this problem. As a result, baby teeth were growing within the gums, sideways and pressed on the roots of adult teeth, causing them to abscess and move. The doctor and staff offered to move patients for the following day. Fortunately, this was accomplished and Haley was scheduled for surgery the following morning. The doctor and his staff communicated throughout the day and even had me visit during the surgery to approve the removal of twelve teeth. Upon release that afternoon, Haley was presented to me having been completely clean and combed. Medications and discharge procedures were carefully explained and Dr. Hatfield provided me with x-rays along with before and after surgery photos. Haley is no longer in pain, her tail is up and her breath is fresh and clean! This professional group has earned my trust and Haley will be making all of her future visits to Dr. Hatfield.

Friendly neighborhood vet! The name can be misleading as we use them as a clinic for normal checkups and medications. There is also daily boarding available.
