The employees were extremely helpful. They took the time to assist with a certain product. Wonderful and kind people at Lake Pleasant Rd and Happy Valley.

Good experience, decent amount of choices. They have a lot of choices for different kinds of pets including fish, dogs, cats, hamsters and gerbils. They have a really good grooming staff for your pet's needs. The only thing is they no longer have a vet on science which didn't which deters from your experience.. They also need a little better selection for some dog collars and toys. Overall it was a good experience and a good place to go with your pet.

Picked up an order and returned some canned food

I’m highly disappointed in Petsmart Grooming. I took my labordoodle in for her appointment to get groomed and about an hour later they called and said due to the matting in her ears they can’t wash or cut her. The rep said i need to take her to the vet for them to shave her ears. I highly disagreed but i asked if they can wash and cut the rest of her, which she explained they can not do so. This was a couple days before Christmas with every grooming being packed. I immediately took her to our vet and the doctor laughed and said her ears are fine. The doctor said no shaving needs to be done just a good cut. I’m disgusted at the way i was treated…

We had brought our pup in for an overnight stay at the pet hotel. When I initially made the appointment I will admit I did not book a grooming or a puppy day camp, after speaking with my wife we wanted to change that. When we dropped our pup off we asked the receptionist if we could add the groom and the day camp, which she said we could do. When we picked her up the next day, she very obviously was not groomed. Absolutely covered in dirt, slime, and grime (I'm hoping from playing with the other dogs). When I booked the appointment, I was quoted $38 for just the stay. Looking at the receipt I was not charged for the extra services, (which ok) but I was charged $49.00 for the stay. Talk about a bait and switch. On top of it all when we got her back she was incredibly nervous and erratic for several hours. When she finally calmed down and we got her home she slurped down 3 full bowls of water in a couple hours. That's concerning. Was she not getting adequate water while she was there? She continued to be incredibly lethargic, and abnormal for several hours. We also got a good look at her collar and there was a huge chunk taken out of her collar. (Can provide photos) We were never told how this happened or if anything happened at all. So far I am pretty upset that she could be treated like this. I get things happen, but at least have the decency to tell the owners.

Nice little pet smart and good staff

One of their associates was helping me find a dog food brand. They did not have it in store so the associate check at other stores and let me know where they had the brand I was looking for.

My groomer was booking 2 weeks out and I did not want to wait so I Made a grooming appointment with this company. My dog gets super stressed out for these appointments so the Vet suggested I give him a sedative before grooming appointments. When I went to drop him off they informed me that they do not accept sedated dogs. This was a waste of my time and a waste of a sedative. They lost my business for good.

Very friendly and professional groomers. The grooming area is very small and limits 1 customer with a pet at a time.

I love the staff here. So friendly and knowledgeable. Great groomers and the day camp staff are top notch!! I feel completely safe leaving my two pups in daycare or overnight.

Slowest curbside pickup ever. If you have a baby, it's still faster to run inside and grab what you need. Every time I do curbside, I'm sitting out there for over 8mins (at least) with a crying baby in my backseat. ???????????????? So effin frustrating.

Very clean and good customer service at this store

I would add less stars but 1 star is as low as I can go. I went to go but 1 baby tree frog with my daughter and they told me no because I wouldn't buy one of there bigger cages. The cage I was buying was double the size of the one they had for them. I told them I was buying a bigger one on Amazon. There prices are a lot higher then they should be. So bottom line I got rejected because I wouldn't buy there bigger cage.

Very clean and customer friendly location! Great fish selection and fish supplies section, I really like this stores aquatics area. Regularly buying cat food here and notice there's usually a line but that's the only noticeable thing as a draw back. It's not really a bit deal, even. This store has a really kind staff and it's stocked and kept up really well. Definitely the neighborhood pet store

Maks, a miniature schnauzer, was not ready when we arrived at the time stated to pick him up. They said he had not had his bath. I asked the associate not give him a bath. She stated that they had already started and it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Over 30 minutes later they brought Maks to me wet and unbrushed. I took him home that way. I won't have him groomed again at the PetsMart Hotel. It makes me wonder how good the rest of his stay was.

Had an online order to pick up, and walked the aisles to find things for a new kitty. Normally, I'm an Amazon shopper, but as I compared prices, my $681 spent was item for item less or equal to Amazon, and the store clerk who helped me was a sweetheart, angie, or alice, something like that. Yes, I am going to be a regular now that 'Bruce' is here with me.

Great petsmart. Have gotten my dog groomed and had him stay at the doggie hotel.

Friendly, clean, and always have what I'm looking for. Sometimes they might be out of a particular item, but then they help me find a suitable substitute.

I have used the salon and shopped. I have been satisfied with this company no matter which store I use.

Very helpful, got a new cat condo and the guy brought it out to my car and even put it in the back of the car for me...(I am disabled). One cat is happy with it, other one hasn't checked it out yet, lol!
