Great customer service! Went above and beyond to help me find good food for my dog and had it delivered to my dog the next day!

So much love and appreciation to the folks at Goober Pet Direct. I've been ordering my specialty dog food recommended by my vet for 3 years now. I recently have been working with a non profit here to feed homeless cats and do a round up once a year to get these strays spayed and neutered. Well I had the fortune of Goober Pet Direct to match me in a purchase for the stray cats in a food purchase which was so much appreciated and so helpful. I really like their hands on customer service and quick delivery of my dog food and I only use them for all my dog food needs now! What a great company and great customer service with to all humanity they have. 50 stars wouldn't be enough. Thanks to all of you at Goober!

I went to pick my order today...usually have it delivered (no extra charge) and found out if you pick up you get 10% discount. I met the owner a very nice man, asked how he could do better! I have been a customer for years and they have always been courteous and thankful for my business. M-F deliveries same day delivery. GO LOCAL!

Have been a customer of theirs for years. They carry all the best brands, and will work with you to obtain something if they don't carry it. Free delivery to the Metro Phoenix area, and they are a local company, so it's great to support them. Prices are actually quite competitive to the other stores, despite their free delivery ($24 minimum, which is lower than Chewy!)

The customer service and delivery are terrific. I sometimes order products they don't have in stock, but they are great about placing special orders and keeping me updated about delivery. It's so nice to not have to haul heavy bags of dog food from the store, and to always be sure I'm getting what we need. We've been very happy customers for more than 10 years now.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at this store. Michele is very knowledgeable and is obviously very passionate about animals. She guided me towards the perfect food for my young puppy and provided helpful information to better her growth and development. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Have always had great service. They carry stuff I can't get in a Regular store, and even took a switch out once when I accidentally ordered the wrong animal food. I've used them about five years.
