I have been bringing my animals to Dr. Holst for quite some time. I used to live in Mesa but now live in San Tan Valley. The long drive and waiting in traffic is worth it, because she is the BEST. After I leave each visit, I feel so much gratitude for having found a caring, practical, and knowledgeable veterinarian.

Some of my favorite people in this entire city! The only place my dog can go for routine shots or get thorns out from cactus (we are talking mouth, face, etc) and still every time I take him there he's happy to go inside and doesn't try running away like from a simple groomer! My animals love Dr. Wendy Holst and her staff. I've been going for 10 years and they have always taken care of me and my fur babies. It's the one place you can feel helpless and they make make you feel better, in the good, bad, and ugly. Halo's here please!

Dr is straight forward and explains procedurea/bills. Good staff. Closed weekends and Mondays.

My sweet Taffy started going to Paws from her very first Well Puppy Exam at 6 weeks when I adopted her. For over 12 years Taffy and I saw Dr. Holtz and her wonderful staff. Taffy was ALWAYS excited to go to the vet. There were several times that I was overly concerned about Taffy and would ask for tests that Dr. Holtz would explain weren't necessary and explained why. This was after I had heard lots of stories of large pet store chain vets as well as other vets around the U.S. that would always push for unnecessary tests just to ring up more charges. Paws never did that. I highly recommend Paws to anyone looking for a vet's office with quality care, compassion and integrity.

Have been a customer since Wendy opened on Mesa Dr. And Main. Hours change often . But what doesn't ? When you find someone you trust, stay with them . I absolutely trust this vet.

Dr. Holst was the best! I have a cat that had been suffering from diarrhea and have taken it to different veterinarian who wanted to run almost a thousand dollars worth of tests on her all at once. Paws was recommended to me and so I made an appointment here. Dr. Holst examined our cat and saw nothing majorly wrong and suggested giving her anti-diarrheal medication first and then if that didn't work we would move to the next step. She was extremely nice, explained things well and asked if we had any questions. We gave the medication to our cat and she is totally fine now. It's been almost four weeks. Thank you for solving the problem and not running unnecessary tests!
