We love this place. They’re friendly and do a great job.

Went here because of the great reviews and our 18 year old dog was in and out pretty quickly. She seemed comfortable there and the gals said she did great. I asked for a kind of lions cut and they did an excellent job listening to my requests and doing a great job. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because I've never paid that much then adding a tip it's quite expensive. $65 is quite a lot for a 13 lb dog and it didn't take more than an hour. But like I said they did do a great job and seemed to treat her kindly which I truly appreciate.

I love the way my dog's hair is cut. This last time when I went to pick him up, he was gated off in a corner. They told me that one of the other dogs didn't like my dog very much...but why wouldn't they put the other dog in the corner gated off? Unless my dog was the aggressor, but then they could have just said that...

I LOVE TOP DOG - clear, consise, transparent, extremely flexible personal, well organized, professional and always clean safe, happy, healthy dogs. I LOVE Them... my dog loves them !!!! And I know I'm am not an easy personality to deal with... I have disabilities and my body, my brain and emotions can only handle so much.... they take excellent care of me and my dog and am now well on my way to having the best ever working service dog!!!

Kallie does such a great job with my mini goldendoodle, Louis! Not only does he always look great but he seems really taken care of and loved there!

They did a cute job on our long haired cat and we're quick at accommodating us as she had some matted fur

My baby loves going back. The employees are very friendly and only ask how you want your pet trimmed. Love this place

ELITE Paw Spa always have a wonderful service with my dogs, today I bring my new puppy Bruce 5 months old ,they did an AWESOME job, if you need a place with amazing service and a wonderful staff Elite paw Spa is the right place. Toby and Bruce ❤ say thank you!!!

Grooming job was good. My dog has been acting weird since coming home from grooming 5 days ago though.

3 out of 4 legs match.... do not recommend. Terrible customer service and grooming is even worse. I literally didn't recognize my dog when I picked her up and it looks like I have a completely different dog now. Do not recommend.

FANTASTIC!! WE ❤❤❤ THIS PLACE!! I'VE BEEN TAKIN' MY SHIH TZU HERE FOR YEARS! I EVEN MOVED 10 MILES AWAY & STILL TAKE HER THERE B/C THEY DO SUCH A GREAT JOB! THEY EVEN HAVE A MOBILE VAN & TRAVEL AROUND IN SO THEY WILL COME TO YOU!! THEY ALSO CAN BABY SIT YOUR PUP AS WELL!! THEY EVEN GROOM CATS!

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. They were rude, over charged, they say difficult dogs welcome on the door but yet didn't provide the services asked and paid for. Overcharged and my dog is still hairy and shedding every where. I will go somewhere else.

I really did like this place but the people who make the appointments are inept. Customer service is trash. But they obviously don't care about customer service because they have soooo many appointments, which is how they made it sound, so why would they care if they lose one customer? They lost this one! Good luck running a business where you're supposed to show care to the dogs, but you don't even care about the customer. I wonder how the dogs are treated after they are dropped off.

I called a few other places to get my dog cut all said we're booked so I called Elite and got me in the next day. Also great cut????

We really like this place!

They took care of my dog but they do stuff where your dog can see you which for my dog scared her crazy. Normally they take your dig to the back and boom boom her nails are cut.. this was not that.. she kept looking at me as they tortured her and I felt awful and it felt like my dog could see I was cool with them hurting her.. job done, but not a good experience so I'll find another place.. oh we moved which is why I tried this place.. otherwise I'd have stayed with my old place.

My dog was done in two hours and she looked great. Pricing is ok.
