This was our first visit and it was to establish a relationship. We were taken into a private room immediately and the entire visit was quick. The vet came out and reviewed his findings with us. As a first visit, it was a positive one.

They were amazing with my shy, skittish girl Athena. They make sure she was comfortable all the time, make sure lobby was empty to take my dog in and out, they came to my car to get her in and escorted us back to the car to help get her in. I am definitely very impressed with the professionalism and caring. Will recommend to anyone.

The receptionists and techs were upbeat, courteous and kind even though they were very busy and short staffed. Dr. Bautista was wonderful and took the time to discuss all my concerns and options for my cat. They even called the next day to see how she was doing.

Highly recommend asking for your pets chart as often as possible as it offers an incredible amount of transparency with the notes left by the staff as the staff is not very upfront and truthful with what is going on. Would not recommend this location due to their poor professionalism and poor communication. A couple months back we had to get our puppy spayed as she finally hit the age that they would allow it (6mths.) Of course, they have presurgery requirements like getting blood drawn and during our first appointment to do so, they were unsuccessful but did not offer much information on why they were unsuccessful and they simply advised us we would need to bring her in early the day of surgery to get her vitals done. Now that we obtained her chart,(after deciding to go to another vet) we found out that during this first visit they could not initially get her vitals because she was spastic and they attempted to get the vitals by having 3 staff members pin her down and also attempted using a muzzle. It is no wonder they struggled, my dog was in an incredibly stressful situation with her only source of comfort (her owners) nowhere in sight as we had to stay in the car due to covid restrictions. If they would have offered this information during the first visit, we would have put very high importance on getting her used to be handled by strangers (she is very socialized with other dogs and other people but has never been put into a situation when her owners cannot be present until this point.) The second time we went in to get her incision checked after being spayed, they did the same Covid process of taking my dog from the car into the office. Shortly after coming back out with my dog, the vet assistant told me that we “needed to work on her training OR ELSE she would be medicated / sedated whenever she comes in” but did not mention how my dogs behavior was while in the office. When I heard this, it came off as a threat because my dog is my baby and threatening to go to those types of extremes is horrible if I do not know her actions that would lead to this extreme. After looking over the chart now (after deciding to go to a different vet) we only now found out during this second visit our dog was alligator rolling, crying, urinating and trying to bite when attempting to get her rectal temperature but we’re never told this by anyone at the office. We know as dog owners that this is incredibly dangerous situation for vets when dogs bite however if the office was more transparent with how our dogs behavior was while in their care, I would have respected them so much more and it would have been much easier for us to follow up with the necessary training. I cannot be expected to fix something if there is no transparency in what the problem is.

My kitten started developing mouth sores/ulcers that made it difficult for him to eat. He also began having an extremely raspy & almost hoarse meow. I was able to get him an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Dr. Bautista was so kind and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable leaving him in her hands, and I just met her! She was able to diagnose him quickly and provided me with education on his condition. She treated him and sent us on our way. He has had zero issues since and is back to his sweet self (and such a good eater now that his little mouth doesn't hurt.) This happened a few months ago, and he's been doing great since. I would highly recommend this hospital. The staff is friendly and so kind. Thank you to the team & Dr. Bautista for making this difficult situation much easier! (Chalupa Libré Jesus Batman also thanks you for helping him feel better.)

Super kind staff who took the time to alleviate my fears about my dog. They were very gentle and took the time to help me understand my options and how to help him and made sure I had plenty of information and help. My dog Moose is doing better since seeing the awesome vet, whose name I can't remember, he was sweet and didn't force us into anything, made sure to tell us pricing before doing the procedures and exams and made sure we were happy before leaving us to tend to my boy and make him happier and calmer and put of pain. Thank you so much to everyone from the receptionist who took the call and calmed me down to the vet tech who took time to talk to us and bond with Moose before taking him to his exam, to the vet who pet my boy the entire time he spoke to us to keep him calm and happy, to checking out and making sure we could set a payment plan if we couldn't afford it. Truly the best emergency vet experience I've ever had. I will suggest to you guys to everyone and speak praises of you for years.

Everyone is always SO KIND. They take great care of Gus, are extremely thorough, and always let us ultimately chose what we think is best. Also, the sweet lady who carried my baby to my car for me is a saint!

Great doctor and staff. I just got a new dog over the weekend and with him being a rescue stray I was worried about some symptoms he was experiencing. The staff was kind and patient. They talked to me before administering test to help me understand what its for, what the cost was and for me to make an informed decision on whether or not to move forward. The puppy is doing well and i have piece of mind.

We were able to move our appointment up 2 days and they got Sanford in 2 days later to take a mass off his eye and one off his butt. Have been going to Augusta Ranch for quite a while and are very pleased with them.

This wonderful animal hospital, has treated my pet and family with respect, compassion and professionalism. I unfortunately had to have my 16 year old companion put down. They worked with me on short notice and really made the hard difficult decision as easy as possible. They helped with every aspect and I can't thank them enough as it was a hard day for my family and I. I am very grateful and if you are looking for a vet clinic that provide the ultimate care for your pet the place to go.

The staff there are amazing. The doctor was thorough and informative.. My cat was nervous and in pain, they were soo sweet, my cat stayed calm, cool and collective, he let them pet him and even soak his injured paw with not even a meow.

great care and great Dr's. Overall a positive experience. The four stars versus five is cost. They are significantly higher than our primary vet in the multiple services we needed. Due to schedules we had to go with AR.

Had to pop by in an emergency situation with our cat and they immediately took care of the situation and were very detailed and upfront about any costs prior to starting any treatment. Super friendly and fun staff!

I had a very sick puppy and could not get in to usual Vet. I called Augusta Ranch and they were so kind as to work me in. Dr. Sobotka and Leslie Marrujo were so kind and took such good care of Mejo. May have to look at making them our primary vet.

The staff is great. From the receptionists, to the techs, to the vets. It's obvious they all love animals and have the experience and training to provide excellent care. Our fur babies always get exactly what they need, without trying to upsell us on more expensive treatments. We love ARAH!
