I've been going here for years. I recently adopted another bearded dragon but this one has been a challenge to say the least when handling so I was enthusiastic to see that they offer $5 nail trimming. Frank trimmed my bearded dragons nails with care and ease. I was also given great advice on slow introduction to handling. Their feeders are always cheap and you can tell it is great quality. I love getting to see Blue and I enjoy driving there even though I live out in Surprise it is well worth the drive!

It's very nice and small but that's also the problem, not a lot of space to fit in. I felt like I was going to bump into people and I'm a small girl. Although they had a giant python and seeing that made up for the cramped spaces

Was awesome. Got challenged by a Giant Iguana that has a Homie on stand by in case other people Jump In. =^-^= bought 39$ worth of tortoise supplies ????

Nice place but they feed reptiles iceberg lettuce which has no nutritional value.

Nice staff. Unfortunately half of the crickets were dead in the bag!

One of the few places with live or frozen feeder mice of all sizes. My boys and I love to see what reptiles they have whenever we buy mice for our snake. Friendly and helpful people!

Always there for pet food

Been customers for over 15 years. Satisfied to a 5 star. Reptiles. Feeding. And the guys that run the place always polite and knowledgeable.

This is my favorite place to buy food for my leopard gecko! They keep a good variety of insects and other feeders in stock. They have a bunch of really cool reptiles as well and a decent selection of supplies on hand. Their prices are really fair too and I never have to buy dead insects like at pet supply plus or other chains. The staff is always super helpful, interesting, and comical! I always have a great experience.

Purchased some really good looking mice- pinkies for a good price. They have some amazing looking reptiles and my son really enjoyed them!

About a month ago, we purchased our first bearded dragon--which was about 8 weeks old at the time. We had done months of research trying to understand how to raise these amazing lizards. After a couple of days, our beardie was kind of lethargic and not eating any of the different foods we would try (roaches, crickets, meal worms, kale, etc.). Here's why ARC gets a 5-Star review...we live in Tennessee (from AZ) and did not purchase our beardie from ARC. After finding ARC on Yelp, I made a call to see if the team could offer any helpful advice (the place we purchased wasn't offering much help). I think it was Jake who helped us, and he walked us through some tips. We followed his advice to the letter and sure enough, after 7 days, our beardie was eating crickets and roaches, he was exploring his terrarium high and low, and even looked healthier. Needless to say, our family was beyond excited to know that our beardie was going to be okay. Thanks to the advice of Jake and ARC, we have a healthy beardie our whole family loves. Thank you so much all! I would HIGHLY recommend ARC for any beardie questions--whether you live in AZ or not. :)

I've been a customer of this business for 30 years. Still the same reliability as they were we 30 years ago. Prices on there feeders are way to high but I guess that's how they keep there quality and cleanliness to levels un matched in the valley. You can tell the quality of a reptile store just by the smell of it when you walk in the door. You reptile lovers are all nodding your heads right now in agreement. So go by and see the largest Burmese python in the valley that I know of and also the Rhino iguana both have been there for as long as I have been going in there and the kids love the pure size of it.

Called at 1pm and said they closed at 6. Showed up at 5:15 and store was closed. Not sure why their staff and answering machine says they close at 6 when they are not open at 5…..

I would give 5 stars but the amonia smell about knocks me out when I go in there it's overwhelming and feels unhealthy definitely need to air it out daily guys it's bad worse than any other reptile store that u have been in

Best place for reptiles & their needs. Staff is always so helpful & knowledgeable. Very cool displays & animals to look at & interact with. Even if I moved, I'd still make the drive. ❤️ 10/10⭐'s! ❤️????????
