I had two new puppies from the shelter who were not feeling well and I called nine vets, including my own, and couldn't get an appointment. I called The Complete Pet and told them what was going on and that they were my 10th try. I was able to get in 3 days later, which was the best offer I had received, so I took it. Everyone here was super nice and the exam my pups received was one of the most complete I've ever seen, and I've had dozens of dogs and cats. I was able to get medication for kennel cough and mentioned another dog had already caught it, and they had me bring her in the next morning. I think I've found my new vet.

The staff was through, knowledgeable, listened and were overall great with my dog. This will definitely be her vet going forward!

I was impressed with this clinic. We are from out of town and our dog had an issue that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. We called in on a Tuesday and we got in the next day, with the surgery scheduled the day after. Dr. Buczek was thorough in explaining things & the whole staff was very sweet to our pup.

Owner is in the business strictly for money, she charges full price on prescriptions but will only give partial amount of pills (7 of 30). Don’t bring your pet here unless you’re prepared to be taken advantage of.

My friend made an appointment for her dog. She wasn’t able to bring him on the date to be seen. She cancel due to having low funds. She didn’t want to but she couldn’t pay for it at that time. She called two days in advance before the said appointment to cancel for lack of funds. She tried to get another appointment but was told they need a deposit because she canceled and they couldn’t book anyone in her spot…so she’s getting punished because she gave you two days notice. Now she has to put a deposit down because they don’t “trust her because she canceled” once. I would recommend not coming to this vet office. There are more compassionate and polite vet offices that can offer better assistance. My friend is disable veteran who dog is her only support. They assume and label people who cancel 2 days in advance. What happen to common sympathy? It’s 2021 not everyone is privileged to have money and insurance for their animals. I also read the response from the vet owner and how they address the low one star reviews. They blame the pet owners, shame, and bully them in their response to their concerns. I would not trust them with my pet or anyones pets by just reading the vet owners responses to her patients.

I had a really bad experience at a previous vet and was told by a friend to try The complete pet hospital. I am so thrilled I did! I’m glad to have found a veterinarian who seems to genuinely care and takes the time to listen to their patients concerns. Dr. B and her staff do a fantastic job at explaining things, and making going to the vet a more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this clinic!

We were so grateful that the staff was able to work our dog in to their schedule. Everyone was professional and pleasant to communicate with during our visit. The Drs took time to explain xrays and tests. Excellent service!

I had such a BAD EXPERIENCE For myself and My DOG with The Complete Pet in Litchfield ( Dysart and Camelback Rd) I booked a am appointment because my dog is sensitive to the heat. I showed up for our am appointment Which they lost. They than said we’ll SQUEEZE him in in the hottest part of the day and it will cost you DOUBLE $$$. This is animal abuse. The front desk associate became Rude and unwilling to help. They had messed up dates and only to wanted Double the payment. They put animals lives in danger. My fog needed his appointment and was turned away. They Double book Cancel without having told me and want Double Payments too. BAD BUSINESS. BAD PET CARe and The concern for our Pets Health is not there. TERRIBLE. Treated as if pets don’t rate highly for doctor appointments.

The were a competitive in price They had more compassion and explained everything alot better the the others. Unfornately we had to put our Ginger down, but I felt comfortable there. Thanks to all the staff.

We have been using Dr. B for years. We have 3 English Bulldogs so clearly we have a close relationship with our vet ????. Dr. B has always gone above and beyond, even checking in on the weekend when our furbabies have experienced significant issues. Sandra is great to work with along with all the vet techs. Thank you Dr. B for always taking such good care of our furbabies!

Pulled in to a parking spot at 8:00am for my appointment and saw a vet tech at the car next to me. I waited patiently thinking she will come get my dog when she is done. She went back inside and came back out. By now it’s around 8:10, so I call the receptionist who proceeds to tell me that because I am 10 min late for my appointment they can’t see me. I understand doctors wanting to keep appointments on track for the day so things don’t back up, but really 10 min? So unprofessional and handled poorly. I will never go back. This was a vet I have used for about 10 years with my 3 dogs.

I took my dog here on recommendation of a friend. My first appt. I thought went great. I really liked the doctor. I was very specific in my needs for my dog and also very specific that I only wanted the rabies vaccine and no other vaccine especially not leptospirosis I had all my dogs records sent over. I explained that the lepto vaccine had caused my other dog to have seizures for over a year and my dog I brought in had already had that vaccine and I never wanted it again. I was very clear that all I needed for vaccines was rabies. The next time I went I went over forms and signed consent forms. On the forms, it said vacc. Written in and I specifically asked the girl, it’s just the rabies vaccine right!?! She said yes!! I come to pick up my dog and they had vaccinated her for everything under the sun!! Including leptospirosis!!! The one I really explained I DID NOT WANT!! So 553 dollars later.. I called them and even told them to look in their notes that she had already had that vaccine as well and all I got was an I’m sorry!! We can send you the consent form you signed. I said send it. It took me a week to get the consent form and no where did I consent to all those vaccines. They responded poorly to me the first time but that haven’t hesitated to call me to try and sell me antibiotics, which I also told them I work with a dog rescue so I can get them myself!! They take poor notes and I will never put my dog in the hands of people who don’t listen and don’t care!!

Dr Nancy Buczek and her staff make you feel welcome, from the first phone call and to each and every visit. My two rescues have been coming here from day one, for a year now, and we feel Blessed to be a part of this family. Recently, one of my furbabies needed neutering and the whole process, from scheduling with Saundra, talking with Dr Buczek, and follow up with Ashley left me with way less anxiety. My furbaby was treated with loving hands and hearts as though they were caring for their own. Thank you ALL for being the most loving and dedicated group.

At first we really liked coming here, and felt that our 3 dogs were getting quality and thorough care. Over time, the practice started getting pushy with things we didn't want at that time. Now, today when needed, wanted to charge $120 to just walk in the door because they were busy. Seriously!? We have decided to take our pets elsewhere. I hope your greed serves you well Complete Pet! If I wanted to pay $120 to walk through the door, I would have gone to Blue Pearl where I know that it's expected being an emergency clinic. Buyer beware!

I took my fur baby today for the first time. She had her wellness check up and also had a cytology test for a lump. They were very welcoming, lovable with our fur baby and reasonable in pricing. They did offer other vaccines, however were not pushy at all. I am definitely making this our new place. Thank you for taking care of our baby!

I brought my frenchie in for an allergic reaction/hot spot behind his neck/swelling. I was charged for them rubbing a wipe over the wound and told to give him Benadryl. After visit I reach out for more help since the Benadryl didn’t work and someone recommended a RX dog food and gave me a months supply and all of my dogs zits/hotspots/swelling disappeared a little over a month later I reach out to this vet and requested an RX for this food since my pup was just seen in their office for allergies. The receptionist said she’d have the vet send out the prescription. A week goes by and I reach out to the office again because the RX has not been sent and they told me I needed to come back into the office for the RX. (During the height of covid while we are in lock down) IMO the chief complain was the same so the rx should’ve been given without an additional visit and they didn’t call me I had to call them. Unfortunately, they lost my business and trust me frenchies go to the vet a lot.

I love Dr Buczek and the entire staff. I have a small dog and Dr Buczek gets on the floor with him which makes him so much more relaxed. I also love that she takes care of emergency situations when needed. She really does care.

Recently brought my cat Chip in and the staff has been wonderful. Very professional and caring. My kitten is getting the best care. I highly recommend And Dr B is awesome

Our pup had surgery at a different vet...seven days post surgery he developed an infection of some sort. Original vet wouldn't fit him in the schedule. The Complete Pet Animal Hospital didn't bat an eye and fit him in their schedule late in the afternoon. EVERYONE was so gracious and kind...and we felt in very good hands from the first phone interaction. Their follow up to make sure our pup was doing well was fantastic. Highly Recommend!! Thank you!

My Yorkie had bloody diarrhea, uncontrollable itching and constant scooting. Had impacted annal glands expressed at another vet clinic that were not done correctly. Dr Buczek was the first vet to identify her problems with all of her issues. She spent quality time initially with Zoe to calm her fears and I felt it was sincere. I like this clinic because I/Zoe can establish a relationship with one vet as opposed to clinics where it’s a different vet with different visits.

Dr. Buczek and her staff are so professional and friendly it isn't a chore to take my pets in for their shots. I started going to the Complete Pet Animal Hospital because of Dr. Buczek's well known skill with greyhounds, but they're great with my cat and two little "mystery" dogs too! I recommend them to everyone who asks.
