The selection of food for your dog is very good. The foods are premium with only whole ingredients.

Absolutely love this store and the staff! Everyone is always so friendly and extremely helpful. They have amazing brands and food options. It’s the only place I get my dog food both raw and kibble.

Great place for all your pet needs & the girl that helped us was really nice and very helpful. The doggy bathing area in the back is very cool.

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Went in to buy CBD oil for my hyper dog. I was warned it might make her more hyper at first and boy, were they right! She was bouncing off the walls for an hour. But then she did calm down and it'd been working great.

Prices better than amazon on top of loyalty and promotional discounts, better product selection and outstanding customer service.

My dog had a rash and called in and told him about it, Suggested me something really good went into the store and was helped by their staff. After getting some great dog food they were awesome to check up on my dog and to see if everything was going smoothly..

We love what the store has to offer and the prices are good. But what rubbed my husband and I the wrong way was the rude cashier. He mocked us for shopping at Petco and made a snide comment that I was looking for something in the wrong section. We might have returned if not for that.

Amazing staff and super friendly environment! The dog wash is the best!!

Went for the doggy wash station and it was super easy to work and only cost $10 for 15 minutes. They provide the soaps and a dryer (just need to bring your own towel for the time being). Really nice if your pet’s in a pinch and needs a quick bath!

I spoke with a gal on the phone. Her name started with an M. Maricella maybe. Anyway, she was very knowledgeable about the food I was interested in and super helpful. I ended up going to the store to purchase the food in-store instead of online from the manufacturer. She was friendly and helpful with that and other products as well. I will definitely be back for future purchases for my dogs health food needs.

I have been shopping here for 5 years and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's the only place I shop and I have tried other places.

I effing love this location and all the awesome people who work here!! I’ve been coming here every few weeks for over a year now and never have I ever been disappointed by the staff or their selection of different foods and treats. I love Pet Planet!!! I refuse go anywhere else now for my dog’s food and I wish I could give them 10 stars.

My wife has been picking up our dog food here for a few months now and kept raving about it. Today was my first chance to stop by and I completely see why she loves it so much. The two women working were more helpful than I would have ever thought anyone would be at a pet store. They grabbed the frozen food I was buying and moved it to the counter so I could continue to look at the freeze dried food. They then showed me all the bags that were on sale of the freeze dried food I was looking at. Then they tried to assist me when I could barley reach some treats on a top hook (short guy problems). They also insisted on carrying out all my bags to my truck. The ladies working were very helpful and interested in the dogs without being pushy or annoying. Easily the best pet store we’ve ever been to, we are now life long customers!

Today was our first visit at the Litchfield store. We had to find some where that carried our brand of raw food, after the store we were going to closed without notice. Now that we went here, I am sorry to say but I wish I would have looked a long time ago. The young lady at Pet Planet, was very sweet and actually knew what she was talking about. Great prices and great service. Sounds like a win-win to us. ????
