We just moved here and at first was very concerned that we wouldn't find a pet store with healthy dog treats or find food for our dogs special diet. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Only good experience!! Have two 7month old puppies who have need special dietary needs.

I got my older dog groomed here. He is difficult but they were able to get him all fixed up with a great haircut.

Our first experience — and it won’t be our last! I took my German Shepherd in for an end-of-winter deshedding and his coat and teeth are now sparkling! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. I love supporting local places that have competitive pricing, and this place doesn’t disappoint!

The staff is wonderful! I took my recently acquired rescue Australian Sheppard mix who can be aggressive towards unfamiliar men, into pick out treats. The staff immediately supported my dog and made her comfortable by approaching slowly, soothingly speaking to her all the time. They all made it a great outing for us both!

This was our first time getting our American Bulldog Zelda groomed and they took care of her so well for her first grooming! They went above and beyond on getting her cleaned, and we will definitely be back next month. All of our family and friends will be going there now too!

It’s ok here they have some more natural options than petco but you are greeted right away not bad thing but we always say we don’t need help we always come buy same food but they all swarm you anyway and ask you 3 different times if you need help and we say no then told oh we have baskets for the can food you’re carrying and were like nah were good then another worker says as well then we look at cat treats I’m happy to look on my own but then worker stays there telling me stuff and just waiting makes me annoyed I went to be left alone and get my stuff then leave

I emailed them to let them know I had to cancel my dogs appointment because she had passed away.....their response to my email was that the appointment was cancelled....no condolences, no we are so sorry for your loss. Clearly the dogs who get groomed here are only a dollar sign. I will never set foot in the establishment again.

Staff not masked. Not safe to shop here; danger to public health like drunk drivers.

I lowered my review to a 2 because I was disappointed that the worker at the register wasn't wearing a mask. I needed more dog food so I had to buy more. I don't know if that worker has been exposed to the virus or is an asymptomatic carrier and now I'm going home to an elderly parent! Guess I'll order my next round of food to be delivered direct from the companies. (Stella and Chewy)

They are always friendly and helpful. Any issues I've had with the dog food, they have rectified without questions. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality products for your pet!

I absolutely love this place! They are extremely helpful and so friendly. Often times I’m scared to ask questions about my fur babies dietary requirements for the fear of being judged or dismissed. However, the owner personally took the time to explain what each brand carried and what to look for nutritional value. They even cared for my shibas in a kind manner as one is extremely skittish. I tell anyone and everyone who will listen about this place!

I was recommended to come here for my dog as soon as me and my husband walk through the door this wonderful woman approaches and she is able to explain every product that we were asking about as well as the business how they got started where they started all the way down to the state and where they're located

This is a pretty nice pet supply store. I had never heard of it, but since I was fed up with the Pet Club clowns, I decided to try these guys out. They have a really good selection of all the pet food you need. They even have a lot of pet food for pets with allergies. What I really like is they offer grooming for your dogs. So it's a one stop shop.

Family owned and operated is only one reason I continue to shop there. Friendly and helpful are other reasons. Buy local!
