North Star takes excellent care of my pug. I bring her monthly for nail care and gland care. Every time we go my pug is so nervous about going and techs are always so kind and gentle to her. She always comes back happy. She has had her last dental there and I got a preliminary estimate and then a second estimate before the work was done. I appreciate the great communication. Added benefit to me, they are around the corner! Very happy with the care, they treat my pet like she was their pet.

They always take such good care of my pups. Staff remembers their names right away and makes sure they are comfortable.

Brought my two dogs here for their vaccines and checkup absolutely fantastic staff, thank you.

Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions my dogs seemed to like them and that’s what’s I go by. I needed to make an appointment to get my male dog neutered and it was real easy to get an appointment

They were very caring with my cat and explained his procedure to me. They made me feel like he was in good hands. The doctor called me personally with his results. Glad we went there!

One thing u guys do not know is someone got away with stealing hundreds of pills from this place they tried keeping it a secret, they are not very good at managing employees terrible place

The entire office staff was so very supportive. We had to put our Beagle of 13 years to sleep. They were so good and I thank all of you for your kindness and support.

There’s nothing that this team could’ve done to make my experience better. Everything was amazing from scheduling to the speed of everything and how friendly and welcoming the staff is! ???? I also love how much love and care they put into our pets ????

They are nice but I am use to having the vet check my dog. Had ear issues and the tech checks her ears then tells Dr. Then Dr issued script. Just not my preference.

5 star service, was able to see my pet within an hour from calling for an emergency appointment, staff was all great and kind.

Clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and professional. My dog was sick so I called his vet and was told next available appointment was 2 weeks out. I called about 10 other vets, no luck. North Star fit him in in a few days. They have earned my loyalty. I'm switching vets to them

Dr. Afek and her staff are amazing! I had to bring my cat in last minute for bladder issues and the care they provided was out of this world. They were busy but the time she spent with me was great. She explained what his problems were and gave me best and worst case scenario for treating him. We attempted best case scenario but as life seems to happen he needed more care and surgical intervention. Dr. Afek discussed the procedure with me and what kind of outcome to expect. We went over a new diet plan and what steps I would need to prevent future issues for him and my sweet boy is now back on the mend. You can see that she truly loves her work and it is reflected in the care she gives not only to your animals but also to you as the owner. Thank you North Star! You are all amazing!

I want to thank North Point animal hospital for seeing our dog Sydney today when our own vet could not get us in for 3 weeks (Sarival animal clinic). They were kind, caring and compassionate, we lost Sydney today, we had her for 10+ years and will miss her so much. The vet spent time with us and our dog. I highly recommend them. From the receptionist to the vet assistant and Dr Rimbey, you are all amazing. Thank you

Had an emergency and they got us in when no other's could for at least a week. Price was fair.

My dog passed away unexpectedly at our house and they offered several services. Of course there was an extra cost with each service, but they still were very sympathetic to us.

I have a pitbull that had jaw pain and the doctor was very careful and gentle that our dog let her open his mouth to see what was going on. It was also nice that this location had availability to see our baby right within the same week of calling.

Took my boy smokey here for his red sore gums. They gave him antibiotics, steroids and it's been helping him a lot. Very happy with the price and quick care he got.

So I took my new dog here, for a free appointment after just adopting her. She has dental issues. And She also has a very bad eye infection. They have us some steroid eye drops. And her eyes gotten a bit worse after a while. They gave us some more and the junk was not working. I don’t want to spend thousands on medication for it not to even work. So she’s going blind due to the infection. I reached out to them asking for something else. They denied it. Okay fine. I can back for a fecal test and they said next they will call me the next 24. I waited for about a week and called them. I didn’t think they cared. I didn’t feel like they even wanted for help. But the people there are very nice. So fed up I went to BANDFEILD PEtSMART. And they were so caring. The medication that North Star gave us has micro things that scratch her eyes. They said that we may need to remove her eye, why spend money on something that doesn’t work right? So that’s why they don’t give that junk with out doing an eye screening. They found heart problems. SO they told us not to spend money here and get to an eye specialist for animals. Great idea! They gave us medicine just to help us get through the month to see an eye doctor for her. They also have put a medical plan ( not insurance) that covers mostly everything plus more. But they said to see the eye doc frist then if we want choose a plan later. North Star cares about your money. Not your pet. The people was nice tho!

We love this office. Everyone is always so kind and compassionate. When Dr. Afek left the last office she was at we followed her here because she's the only vet we trust with our fur babies. We've been through a lot over the years and Dr. Afek has been truly amazing. We absolutely adore her. She's so patient and understanding with all of our concerns and fears. I worry we're "those" pet parents sometimes but she always takes her time with us and never makes us feel rushed. We never leave with unresolved issues or feeling as though things weren't made clear. I recommend her to anyone wether they live near this office or not. She's worth the drive.

Excellent front desk staff! Also assistant to Dr. Afek absolutely wonderful with our Daisy who was very sick when we brought her in. She will be sick for the rest of her life but Dr. Afek will be there to control her chronic bronchitis and her C.O.P.D.. It took 11 years to get the correct diagnosis on poor little Rat Terrier Daisy. Thanks Dr. Afek for helping us/Daisy! ???????????? Update Late June 2021 I am really loving the new staff, it was long overdue but I do love how they greet us as we come in with our fur babies and also in the rooms friendly and knowledgeable about how much we are all taking care of our beautiful fur babies! I especially love Dr. Afek for always being there for my Daisy who has had her chronic illness’s in her life and now fighting Stage 2 kidney disease. Thank you ???? Dr. Afek and her team for being so kind! I highly recommend this Doctor and staff for everyone’s Veterinary needs! ????????????????????????????????????

Amy is awesome love this vet. She is kind and takes the time to really listen. Really lucky to have such a great vet in our area!

I've been a supplicant for medical services at the clinic, which has a really positive atmosphere, for a few years now. The staff is accommodating and welcoming even if you walk in with the doggess from hell. They allow us pet hosts to enter the premises again with masks. A very good thing, i think. Doggess from hell was ecstatic over all the attention she got.

The staff here are incredibly kind and compassionate people. You can tell they love our pets and care for them as much as we do. ????????

We called North Star for the first time to have our Llasa Apso, Zoey groomed. The groomer did an excellent job with her cut! We plan on going back there next visit!

Charge me $225 told me that my dog was Old and it would cost about $2,500 to fix her so if I wanted to put her down they would be okay with that. Turned out she had an abscess that needed to be drained!

In and out with hopes of having our baby feeling back to himself! Dr.Afek was freaking amazing!

Their team went above and beyond to find what was wrong with our husky/chow and then help him right up til the end. We couldn't be more grateful for their care.
