Dr. Neal and Dr. T are the best Vets I have ever had. The staff is the greatest staff in the World. They are caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I had 3 dogs that died within 2 months of eachother. Dr. T and Dr. Neal treated my dogs and family with respect and care. Highly recommend Legacy over any Vet you currently have..

We just switched to this clinic for our older dog and we're very happy with the care and level of service. And no surprise costs. They're very open with costs and walk you through it all.

I brought my dog for a consult to have a dental procedure preformed and make sure all her shots were up to date. During the appointment we reviewed all her past history, prescriptions, and even updated her on shots. They also made a copy of her history since she is a rescue. Recently, I requested a prescription (which they are aware of) and now all of the sudden the front desk can’t find her information. Unprofessional! I no longer trust this hospital to preform blood work or a procedure if they can’t even keep updated records.

I love my Veterinarian here! He is very good with my pups and ME! Staff is very efficient, caring and knowledgeable as well as great with the pets!

I had high expectations with Legacy due to the great reviews that I read online prior to bringing my dog in for the first time. The tone was immediately off putting upon arrival with hardly any greeting while being the only customers in the waiting room. Once in the room, Dr. Toribo addressed the reason for the appointment and gave a resolution. Great. But then out of nowhere began to lecture me on the use of an E-collar on my dog. I explained the professional training that we received 2 years ago with it and provided our reasoning for its use. She is highly reactive to other dogs, but responsive to me with the training of the collar. I felt belittled and that my choices as an owner were put into question. I spent more time defending myself as owner than discussing the reason for our appointment. All in an attempt to be a responsible owner and responsible customer for those in the waiting room.. Lastly, the bill was the highest I’ve seen. I questioned charges on the itemized bill and was told, “This is for her itching” to which I responded, “..but she’s not itching? That’s not one of her symptoms.” Felt like anything that could be tacked on to the bill was (and at the highest rates), felt like we were undervalued and unwelcome. Hopefully others have a different experience.

The care here is uncanny! My cat Smudge needed emergency oral surgery and although they were very busy their hearts pushed past their busy schedule and they were able to help my cat that was in so much pain. They helped her within minutes and made me feel so comfortable leaving my best friend in their care. I will never use another vet! Legacy is worth every penny!

Been bringing my pup Mellow here since he was a baby. He’s 9 months now. Our Dr is amazing and always giving me great tips and advice. She’s so kind and has great customer service skills. Very personable. The staff is friendly and I enjoy going here. Super happy I picked this place and that they are so great. Right by my house too! Also, I recommend the puppy package! Made everything so easy with shots. Was able to stay on top of all of them! 5 stars!

I am new to the area. My 11 year old Cocker Spaniel had a cyst removed while we were back in MS. I needed to have the stitches removed and establish a relationship with a vet here. My poor fur baby was shaking like a lead but the 2 techs that came in had him calm, in a matter of seconds and the vet that checked Champ over was so nice and professional. I am thrilled that I have found a kind and caring vet to take care of my fur baby!

We switched to Legacy after the last vet we went to told us our cat had a clean bill of health, despite us knowing something was wrong. Not only did Legacy give her a very thorough inspection, found the issue, and worked out a timeline for how we're going to treat it-- they also called the next day to check on her, and were so patient and friendly (despite her having the strangest meow in the world)! World class service and knowledgeable staff, our experience was beyond excellent and we will be recommending them to friends and family in the future.

They were great w our 20 week miniature schnauzer. They took her right in. The only thing I'D say that took long was her being seen by the vet Dr. almost 10 hrs later. Other than that, staff was patient, communicative, and very nice. Also, pricing was very reasonable. Thank you for taking care of our dog.

Just like people hospitals they are looking for the most profitable path! A growth on my dog would have cost btwn $700-$1100 to have removed! I wouldn't pay that to have a growth removed from myself! I also wouldn't be charged that for myself. It would be numbed, frozen or cut out and that would be it. OUTRAGEOUS! They do this because people consider their animals children and as such they play on your emotions!

Dr Toribio has been taking care of our dog family for years. We followed him from the old office to the new office. His service has always been impeccable and compassionate. His staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. It’s nice to know you’re not just a number here, he and his staff remember you from visit to visit. My appts. have been followed up by a wellness phone call, showing me concern doesn't stop as we leave the office. Dr. T's job is his passion he loves animals, he loves what he does, and he projects this in the care given. He has always been there for us for routine work, surgery, and end of life support. Without reservation I highly recommend Dr. T and Legacy Animal Hospital.

At Legacy they really listened to my concerns about my pet. The doctor didn't make me feel rushed at all and really worked with me on what was needed. At the end of our visit the technician worked with me on a care plan so that I could fit all that my dog needed into my budget.

I recently moved to Goodyear AZ after 30 years in NYC. Trusting a new vet was not something I thought could happen easily. But when a neighbor recommended Legacy Animal Hospital, I was not sure what to expect. But they were responsive, kind and professional and, as a new patient, they didn’t try any upselling or require a who battery of tests to treat my beloved Faith. I would highly recommend Legacy Animal Hospital!!!

These are the veterinarians you can trust. Even during covid they did their best to contact with me and let me know about my dogs thoroughly.

They were able to get us in next day, the dr was absolutely kind and helpful! The front desk girls were all very nice! This is definitely our new vet clinic!

Dr Toribio has been my vet for many years. He explains everything really well, is professional, very thorough and truly cares. He really listens to my concerns and gives me all my options. Over the years he has helped me send three of my babies to spirit world, done countless dentals and procedures. I'm never pressured to purchase or buy anything. My cats and I are so grateful to have him as our vet and to have the awesome staff! Blessings❤️

My furbaby Bella was having some issues and needed a new, regular doctor. The entire staff went above and beyond to be amazing from the moment we walked in, even holding the door open for us so it would be easier to walk out. The doctor was an excellent diagnostician and the nurse was on top of it at all times.

Legacy is the only place I will take my pets. Dr. Toribio and Dr. Grant are amazing. The staff is always great and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get quality care for their pet. Thanks for taking care of them!!

Dr. Toribio is absolutely amazing! After our vet moved out of state and after going to about 5 different doctors on the west side we finally found Dr. T! (referred to us by Sarah with the local rescue Community Paws) We take our 10 yo boxer to see Dr. T. He is always spot on and doesn’t rack up THOUSANDS before finding an answer. He is super attentive and really takes the time to explain things and answer questions. Above and beyond is the best way to explain Dr. T. We love him, trust him completely and his staff is always sooo great too! About 2 years with Dr. T and Vino went from a senior boxer that we thought was living her last year to the happy, healthy, perky, strong, puppy like girl we know! Very Caring Dr's, they follow up to check on you fur baby..

My dog ripped his dewclaw and I tried getting him into my vet, but wasn't able too. Called Legacy Animal Hospital and they were able to see him even though it would be between their appts and surgeries they had already had scheduled, which I understood. They were professional and kept me updated through out the day of his progress. I would recommend and thinking of switching vets due to how they were willing to get him in.
