Everyone from the front office staff to the vet tech and the doctor were awesome. They were accommodating with our pet's needs and showed a lot of compassion. Her care was explained well. We love your office and I cannot recommend it enough!

Our first visit with this hospital, we had previously asked to go in due to us having two dogs with separate issues. it was curbside but they originally offered for one person to be back, but when we arrived they insisted on bringing both dogs back by themselves, at the same time. one was due for a heart antigen shot, the other was just a consult for dental cleaning. why were the medical records that were given for each dog noting that the heart antigen shot was given to both?! i called Dr Foster upset as I was specific about not giving any shots to my other dog, I asked which dog she gave it, and they were very vague and didnt really know which dog, eventually saying she said it was a wrong note they sent and corrected it, saying only one dog who needed the shot, got the shot that day. the other times we have went we waited over 45- 1 hour for the vet in the room alone and during the past visits we had to just leave because we had been waiting so long. one visit we showed up an hour early, just to still be waiting an hour after our appt in the room alone without even seeing the doctor. Dr Shultz was very informative and good, too bad she isnt there anymore. we go to a new vet that sees us within the frame of our appt, who keep good accurate notes.

Dr Duston is patient with animals and good at what he does. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

My dog was having a seizure or heart attack. My father and I rushed him to get help. We arrived at another animal hospital at 83rd and Lower Buckeye rd. They just wanted to do some blood tests. My father and I where trying to save our dog. We where directed to another animal hospital. Agua Fria Animal Hospital. Upon arrival. Or dog was having another episode. We told the receptionist that we think our dog is having a heart attack. They did not hesitate. They took my dog and gave him a fighting chance to live. That showed me how much they care for others pets. And when is an emergency, is an emergency. My family loved our dog. He defended the family till death when intruders got in the house. As small as the dog was. He was a real guard dog. I admit it was loyal friend. The doctors did what they could. The only thing left to do was give our dog the best last moments before he goes. With everything that was done to save him. He also did not wanted to go. He is also fighting to stay alive. He's been shown love from everyone. He is now recovering. Every bit helps. And it was worth it. Thanks to Agua Fria Animal Hospital and thank you Jesus. Our dog is recovering.

We had just moved to the West Valley and had been in search for a vet for our two rescue pups that we adopted when we moved. We've been with Agua Fria for about 3 months now and I am very happy with them. Dr Foster is so kind and caring. It's always been important that my dogs have the best care and that I personally establish a relationship with my vets office, I can see that happening for many years to come with this place! I had to do some follow up with a prescription I ordered on Chewy and they were responsive and took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

Made appointments for my new puppies through PetDesk, which confirmed my appointment and sent a reminder the day before and the day of. Crated both puppies and listened to them cry the entire way to the vets, only to be told THEY showed no appointment for them. They said I could wait between urgent care appointments which may be a long one, or reschedule. We left and rescheduled with another vet. Now my pups are traumatized and still have not seen a vet, and will have to wait another 3 weeks . Not professional.... if you're using the pet desk, make sure you're actually using it. Or be prepared accommodate a client who did. Now you've lost the business of 4 dogs and 2 cats.

Dr. Foster and her staff are amazing. They have taken such great care of my boy! She is an absolutely wonderful veterinarian!

Good place very helpful and helped us save money when we were not sure about our cats help and did not take advantage of us as we were willing to get an emergency check up but they suggested we didnt

I love taking my dogs their the vet is great the girls are nice I rate it a 5 star if I could I'd rate it a 20 star

I have used this clinic throughout the years , and they are fantastic. Caring doctors who aren't pushy . I never feel upsold. I always feel I am treated with kindness and appreciation. And I always feel like they have always done the best job and taken amazing care of my dogs!

My 7 year old lab mix suddenly had leg pain she could barely put pressure on her right front leg. I hadn’t established a vet in the area since we are pretty new here. I called and they were able to squeeze me in to see the vet! The techs were very sweet to my dog and myself, the vet took her time examining her even tho they had a full house that day and then some! They found the issue and provided me with meds and documentation to better understand the injury. My baby girl is doing great now and she’s not in any pain!!

I chose this place for it's high rating and proximity to my home and I'm sad to report it wasn't a good experience. -The staff was nice enough and knowlegeable. -The entire appt took 3hrs to complete for a routine check up. -We spent an hour and a half waiting alone before anyone even came in to give us an update. (I ended missing my entire afternoon of work.) The best solution would've been to inform me that they were behind by 2hrs and ask if I preferred to reschedule which I would've happily taken. I came with 2 very anxious cats and while we waited one of my older cats pee'd in his carrier. He had to sit in his own pee for 3 hours while we waited. He was miserable. I really wish I was given the option to reschedule and had been informed of the wait ahead of time. It was a true lack of consideration for my time and life. I really don't want to return after this experience. But my cat needs a few more vax so we will see what the future holds.

Small place but what a great vibe! Dr. Foster was a big hit with my furbaby, she actually left wagging her tail! My dog, that is LOL!

Love this place! U can truly tell they love their jobs! The dr was so awsome and sincere with everything she said.

The technicians and the doctor were very friendly and gentle with my cat. She did very well for her first vet checkup and a huge part of it was due to the gentleness and care from the workers. Will be bringing in my other cats as well!

My dogs were very nervous about going to the vet. The doctors and the techs we’re so good with my two little terriers. They were patient and loved on my doggies, making them feel calm and happy. Dr. Foster and Dr. Schultz are amazing! I highly recommend Agua Fria for you if you’re looking for a vet that is reasonably priced and high-quality.

They are very nice and professional. They took good care of my fur baby. Dr. Foster was great she explained everything very well and was very friendly. Overall it was a great experience. I recommend taking your pets here.

Personally, I would have a hard time even thinking of taking my dog somewhere else. They treat the pets humans almost as good as they treat the pets.

We had to have our dog put down, they were very understanding and professional.
