Val Vista Animal Hospital Gilbert, Arizona

Today was my first visit with my kitty, Rosy, and I was super pleased. Even though I did not go in with her, Rosy and I were both treated warmly and I was informed through out the whole visit. I feel so much better knowing I have a trusted vet to bring my animals to.

Really good people. They made me feel the love they have for the animals. I am new to Gilbert and I am so very happy I found them. My poor 11 year old had an ear infection and they explained in great detail what was going to happen and how they were gonna help my dog. I highly recommend Val Vista Animal Hospital.

My dog had ear problems for years this Vet correctly diagnose the problem. And my dog is now much happier. The first time in years she’s not shaking her head constantly because she has an irritation ears.

Dr Fisher, the girls as well as Patrick, have always been so kind to my old kitty Bitti and I. Anytime anyone asks about a vet recommendation I immediately point them in this direction. Thanks everyone for helping my one eyed, now missing teeth fur baby! This soon to be 16yr old cat gained another life out of the 9 she has ;)

I'd like to thank Dr. Little. She spent an enormous amount of time with me going over my dog's health issues and treatment plan so that I could feel comfortable that I'm doing everything I can to support him at his advanced age. I appreciate it so much. I've been under incredible stress and have found it very difficult to retain new information. She was very thorough and reassuring. I've been coming to Val Vista since I first moved to the valley 21 years ago and all of my pets have been patients here.

I am so upset and disappointed following a phone conversation I just had with Val Vista Animal Hospital office manager, Ernesto. This is a tough time for all of us, but professionalism and courtesy should be of the utmost importance. I was a new client today with two English Mastiffs, and now I will not even consider taking my babies inside this clinic. I know from experience when serving others in the community, you must maintain professionalism and courtesy regardless of the situation. Veterinarians and their staff provide health care service to paying customers and their animals. Shame on you, Ernesto, for failing to show compassion and properly represent your colleagues (Dr. Little), and yourself as an office manager today.

Everyone at Val Vista Animal Hospital is amazing and they do everything they can to make sure my dog stays healthy and happy. I couldn't be happier with the service and people that work here.

We were looking for a vet to commit to for normal pet checkups and also wanted to get our girl looked at due to some allergy issues we were experiencing. I found Val Vista Animal Hospital and made an appointment online. The process from start to finish was super easy and fast! I truly enjoyed our experience at Val Vista Animal Hospital and appreciate all of the information the team was able to provide. We’ve already seen a drastic difference in our girl since she received an allergy shot and are so happy. She’s no longer constantly gnawing at her paws, licking and scratching all the time. Seriously, one of the best interactions I’ve had. Thank you to the team that helped us :)

I brought my 13 yr old doggie in that I thought I would have to go to doggy heaven. after a brief time of the Dr's checking out my doggie, they said he just had arthritis. He is on meds now and doing great. If you love happy people and great people, I highly recommend Val Vista animal hospital. We need more happy faces at this time in our lives.

Val Vista is great! There’s no way it could’ve been any better. My fur baby was very sick over the weekend and they diagnosed and treated her the following Monday and saved her life.

Love this Vet office. Been going for over 5 years now. They are amazing and so caring. They treat your fur babies as if they were their own. I trust them fully. No wonder they have been voted best in the city for a few years now!!! Thank you for loving my fur babies!!!

The staff are all very caring and responsive to pets needs and issues. I like that they take a holistic look at my dogs and how to keep them healthy.

This animal hospital was great! They helped me even though I was in a hurry, and they were very thorough with a friendly staff and very clean office. Definitely recommend.

We have been going to Val Vista Animal Hospital for 15 years. Absolutely LOVE Dr Little! She is patient, kind and always explains things in detail. The staff is super helpful and loves on my boys like they are their own pets. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

That would be hard to do! The staff are awesome and treat my sweet Juno like a princess. Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the veterinarians are courteous and caring. Dr. Pedersen had known me for many years and has cared for Juno since I got her as a rescue in May 2019. I feel as if Dr. Pedersen is a member of our family!

The staff at Val Vista Animal Hospital and the care they have given to my miniature Eskimo has been excellent. Also during Covid crisis they placed into action a safe way to continue taking care of their pet loving customers. They manage their business well & treat customers kindly. business. My dog had some dental work and experienced no problems during or after. Thank you, all of you.

Everyone was so great and took such fantastic care of Cooper! We just moved back to AZ from CA and both the vet techs and the Dr diagnosed his infection and got him better in no time. I highly recommend this clinic and its staff!!!!

This is a great clinic. Great people that love animals. They have been taking care of our pups for 8 years now. Don't hesitate.

Edited a week after: I scheduled our pets visit in ample time told them at the time that he was due for his rabies .Go to the appointment and the tech forgets to give this info to the veterinarian so our dog did not get his rabies vac that day. So I call them after looking at the reciept and no rabies .I called them to tell them .so being that they didn't care about the inconvienance it caused us they asked if we could bring him back Rescue still had to pay for the screw up which The least they could have done is did it for no cost ). I have vet friends in illinois and the way they schedule and the little amount of time they spend is not what I want for my rescue. Everyone is running around there like they are in an emergency.3/11/2021 )The wait is always long and torturous.i think they should schedule less appointments so that a pet and their pet parent gets quality and quantity.i mean this is a veterinary office where a pet should be the most important part of the practice versus them jam.packing in appointments.Im not thrilled with this veterinary .

All of the doctors and staff are fantastic at Val Vista Animal Hospital. I've been taking my puppies and dogs here for almost 20 years. They are caring, professional and kind. I've had the pleasure of working with several different Vets here over the years & whether it is an annual visit, diagnosing a condition or helping my sweet pup cross the bridge they use care, compassion, understanding towards the puppers and me. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

They always take such great care of our dogs! Recently my golden has had issues with an ear infection and they are always so kind to my family and our fur babies. They show amazing attention to detail, and get her treated as if she was their own. I would definitely recommend them and will always come back! Thank you val vista hospital team! You guys rock!

Dr. Little is amazing. She saw our new puppy, fitting him in during a day of surgery for her. She is so good at her job and treats each pet with true love and care. Each of her surgeries that day got the best of care, of that I'm sure, and the fact that she was able to fit our puppy in for an exam shows how much she cares for her clients and her animal patients. I can see why she's won best vet. She's second to no one.
