Ooodles Pet Grooming Gilbert, Arizona

Been coming here for a long time! It is a little expensive, but it is a great place! Never left with a bad looking pup! They also are very quick! The dog is small, but never takes more than an hour or two!

By far the best I have ever used I have a dog that WILL NOT let you touch him the last time he was had his nails clipped was at the vet and it took 4 people to do it I talked to Cory and he seamed sure he could GET-R-DONE and I laughed and made an appointment and so glad we now have an awesome groomer I can't believe he did it THANK YOU SO VARY MUCH CORY

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - So upset with this place. Dropped off our 6 month old puppy and a 14 year old yorkie to a "specific groomer" that we directly scheduled with from the first visit. I told the young lady at check-in to give the same service performed the first time we had our dogs there. A bath and small tidy/trim on each and clean up around the face. She asked if there was anything else that I would like to relay to the groomer, I stated to please not cut my puppy's eyelashes. Come to find out when I picked them up, 2 completely different groomers serviced our dogs. The groomer that we originally scheduled with, never even did our dogs. Our puppy was completely shaved like a POODLE on his body and his eyelashes were cut and gone! I called immediately to the salon and spoke to Liz the manager who was not accountable and gave no customer service what so ever on the phone. Her responses on the phone was "its not like we didn't provide a service to the dogs" I can't hold my groomers accountable for something that they didn't do. She never once apologized and just kept stating that between the groomers there must have been miscommunication. NEVER ONCE took the customer's side NOR apologized for giving my dogs the wrong service or a service that was NOT instructed to do and we were penalized in paying for. I then asked for who was above her...she stated Brandi and that she was the owner. After reviewing our receipt, they charged us for 3 DOGS nail grinding at $15.00! We don't even have 3 dogs. Our total for the first visit was $90, our total for the 2nd visit which was supposed to be the same service given was over $150.00. I called today to speak to Brandi (owner) and she was just as friendly and compassionate as Liz was. No customer service given to the customer. She justified everything on the phone, stated that she would refund us back "our $5.00 extra for nail grinding since we were charged for an extra dog since it was such a big deal and that humans make mistakes" I was shocked that was her comment. I am so upset and disappointed in this salon and the customer service given. The right thing would have been to apologize as an owner, show compassion to the customer, speak with the groomers who are at fault and ask how they could make it right for the next time. Shame on Ooodles. We will never go back there and will definitely let our friends & family know about this salon and the services given before going.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! You will be charged for services you don’t request even after their employees admit it was their mistake. Booked with one specific groomer and they told us the groomer we booked with didn’t groom our dog and there was a miscommunication between the groomers. So we were charged $60 more than our last visit after our request was “same as last time.” Mistakes happen, but the way Liz (manager) and Brandy (owner) spoke to us was very unprofessional. Brandy’s resolution was to refund $5 “since the $5 means so much.” Save yourself the troubles and avoid this place.

My little cavachon looks like a show dog after his visit with Samantha at Ooodles. She is skilled, efficient, and a favorite with my pet. He id always ready within 1.5 hours. A great find in East Gilbert.

The groomers at Oodles are wonderful. They are very skilled, caring and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Took my furbaby in for a nail trim and grind. The ladies that helped us today were very quick and kind plus handled my Puggle with ease. Only thing, after getting home, I noticed one paw wasn't as cleaned up as the other. That's the only reason for the 4-star instead of 5.

Just moved to area and looked for recommendations for groomer, was referred here for service by many people. They were not kidding, these guys did an amazing job and extremely friendly, now I have the opportunity to give my referral and it would be of course Oodles!

I brought my boy in for a nail trim, he was tramatized from the previous groomer . Liz and Silke are awesome... They were so sweet gentle with my big boy he didn't even have to muzzled

My dogs were groomed beautifully and nearly. Timing was exceptional I had two standard poodles and they were both finished in two hours.

The staff was so great with all our dogs.

My little guy seemed really happy when I picked him up today. It was our first visit and Liz did an excellent job. I really like the open atmosphere of the salon and the staff are very friendly and professional. We will be going back! ????????????????

I love Brandy and Sam! Brandy has been grooming my 3 goldendoodles for years now. We added another and Sam groomed her at 5 months. Oodles are the best doodle groomers out there! Their place is cage free and they do a great job at creating a stress free environment for their customers ????

Great service, called and scheduled an appointment for our dog, easy and fast to book and they listen to what I asked for , highly recommended to everyone will go back for sure!!

Love Ooodles. I have a toy poodle mix named Tico and they do a fantastic job grooming him. We will not go anywhere else. The place is clean, friendly staff, and my dog is done in a timely manner.

I’m so happy with our visit today! Rasmus loves his new haircut. The staff was super friendly and treated our pup so well! I love that they’re cage free and don’t work on a ton of dogs at once so it’s more calm and and quiet for the dogs! Definitely a great place if your dog is anxious, there’s not a bunch of dogs locked in cages and barking like some of the other groomers we have been too ???? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and we can’t wait for our next visit in a few months. Thank you!

Seeing the new salon open I thought I would try one more groomer for my Ozzy. I have had nothing but problems having him groomed as he is quite nervous, not to mention extremely strong. Immediately I could tell Sam ( at Ooodles grooming) was a miracle worker. She had a demeanor that kept my poodle chihuahua mix calm. I watched her talk to him and put him at ease almost at once. And the cut was fantastic. He has never looked and smelled so good. I highly recommend Oooldes grooming. I will Be telling all of my dog loving friends and have already booked our next visit!
