Market Street Pet Hospital is by far the best in the area! The staff are professional, kind and welcoming. The Vet Techs take such great care and love the patients as their own. The location was clean and safe. High recommend! Will be returning!!

The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The prices are the best I’ve seen in the area. My dog loves coming here to see the Dr and Receptionists! Alinda is fantastic and such a sweet girl! I will be back again for all my doggies needs!

Alinda is more than helpful and a prime example of what a representative of this hospital’s level of confidence, knowledge and customer service should be. If you decide to go to Market Street Pet Hospital for your fur babies, know that they will be in excellent hands! ***IF YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF ALINDA’S PAYROLL, GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE***

My wife and I recently got a puppy off of Craigslist. Looking at reviews this place was our second try. First place kept moving our aptmointment around. Market Street pet hospital got us in a timely manner but they didn t move our apt at all. Upon arrival this place looks new! Turns out its just been renovated and looks nice! The staff and vet Doctors were really helpful in getting Oakley (new puppy) de wormed, and started on Her vaccines. This place actually has an awesome puppy plan that includes Oakley's spay and her vaccines with doctor visits. The plan sounds a lot at first but 10,000 questions later we decided it was worth it. They didn't push it on us which was nice. Oakley has found her forever pet clinic. We like this place and would recommend coming here.

We love Market Street Pet Hospital! Our dog Gracie gets very anxious and they are so good to work with her and help her feel comfortable. We had a great experience with having her teeth cleaned and her regular checkups. We love the pet wellness plan we are on that includes all of her checkups, vaccinations, and dental at a very reasonable monthly price. You can tell the vets and vet techs really care.

It’s taken me longer then it should have to write this review … It’s hard to put into a small space on Google and convey to the internet what a amazing group of people there are at MSPH. I truly cannot covey my gratitude to Dr. Jennings , Dr. Rosado , Dr. Vernon, Erin , and the numerous vet techs and office staff they have assisting . I have been bringing my pets to MSPH for a little over a year now … they were my vets at another practice and I followed them over . I followed them because the best interests of animals are the core and heart of what they do every day. I have seen each of these vets at some amazing times with my pets and they have helped me through some extremely difficult times with my pets. I can truly never thank them enough for the guidance , follow up phone calls , kind words and sometimes a shoulder to cry on. This practice is so special as are each of the people working here . Thank you all for everything you do for all of us!!!

Overall, I was frustrated, exhausted and disappointed in the care I received from Market Street Pet Clinic. My rescue dog (1 year old at the time) had developed a persistent cough and was lethargic. We brought her into MSPH, and initially the staff and vet were very helpful in talking us through potential diagnosis’s, answering all of our questions and describing in detail the next steps to take for our dogs care. They took blood work during this visit so that we could get a diagnosis and we waited patiently for the results. After a week, I called Market Street Pet Clinic to ask for an update. I thought it must be a good sign that we weren’t a priority to call back in a timely manner. I was wrong. The tech on the phone informed me the results had arrived several days ago, but the vet was on vacation and would give us a call back once he came back to town. I asked if the results weren’t good and all they said was “Um, the vet will want to talk with you about this”. At this point, I was worried and wasn’t getting the answers I needed or deserved. I then asked if they would email the results to me, and thankfully they did. My dog tested positive for valley fever. I was heartbroken and scared as this was the one diagnosis the vet told us we should worry about and would need to act on immediately to prevent it from escalating. It was frustrating how much of a big deal the vet made valley fever sound, but then did not take the time to coordinate with other vets to make sure someone (anyone) followed up with us on the results. The staff, management and owner (who is a vet) were very apologetic and handled things in a professional way after the fact - but after they had dropped the ball on us once, we didn’t want to take any chances. We are now with a new vet at a different clinic and feel very well taken care of. Because of this new vet we have a more realistic idea of this diagnosis and are well prepared for a lengthy treatment plan. Overall, I think MSPH has a lot of good attributes, but I didn’t receive the level of care my dog deserves. P.S. the treatment plan the owner had advised is consistent with the new vets, and has been successful in managing our dogs symptoms. So I think they know what they are doing, but I just did not trust them after this event.

Quick to get an appointment and the staff is very nice. We've mostly seen Dr. Rosado who is great but we've seen some of the other vets too and they are all nice and knowledgeable.

Took my fur baby here after she got hit by a car. The entire staff went above and beyond through the emotional roller coaster of possibly loosing my best friend. I ran inside told them my dog got hit by a car and immediately the front desk staff ran outside to bring her in as quickly as possible. Through the actions of the staff here I know for a fact they care more about the well being of the animal above all else. I 100% recommend this facility to anyone who has a fur friend they care about.

I have been taking my puppy here for about 2 and a half months and they never disappoint. I did decide to get the puppy wellness plan because it just makes the most sense financially and each time I go I am SO HAPPY that we have the plan. A normal vet visit, with vaccines, would cost about $200, but since I have the wellness plan I end up paying nothing! The vets and the nurses are kind and you can see that they genuinely love their jobs and love animals. I have nothing negative to say about the Market street pet hospital! So happy that they are expanding and there will be more room!

We had always been able to use a form of barter there in the past. When we brought in our dog the last visit they said they still did. Once the bill was discussed they mentioned they didn't use that barter anymore it's a different one now. Wish we knew ahead as there was a few options we could have chosen before the final say. Still thankful for the service just a lack of communication.

I take four of my dogs to Market Street and they are great with all of them. Each has its own range of issues from my smallest Lhasa to my largest Mastiff and all received exceptional care. I would really recommend taking your animals here for any needs.

I have been a customer with MSPH for 3 years now. Overall it has been great for my dogs needs. They've always been able to get us in pretty quickly and the wellness plans really come in handy. What affects a part of my rating is that they stopped the customer referral program. In the past, any time you referred a friend, and they signed up, you 'd get a $25 gift certificate. Since covid, they discontinued it. Also, not being open on Sunday's is a downfall. This weekend my dog was extremely sick and dehydrated and they were too full to see him, even as a drop in. I ended up having to pay ALOT of money to an emergency vet. On a brighter note, the providers are good.

My regular groomer shut down during Covid and never reopened and I was struggling to find anywhere to take my dog whose nails had gotten so long. They took me in right away and were so good with her. She’s now been back several times for grooming. Highly recommend!

My GSD has seen both Dr. Vernon and Dr. Rosado and they’re both wonderful. Most recently, we had to take Maddie in to get checked out for a possible injury and for annual lab work. Dr. Rosado was so thorough, thoughtful, and kind. Maddie ended up not being injured after all, thank goodness. We also got Maddie’s distemper titer done for the third year in a row and she doesn’t need that booster yet. Market Street Pet Hospital has been our go-to and we haven’t been disappointed at all.
