Great experience. Quick and easy. My dog came out very nice and the people are very nice as well.

Best grooming experience that we have ever had. The dogs were not afraid to enter the back, which is always a good sign. And, were extra smiley on the way out. They were groomed and dried in half the time it has taken other groomers. And, the results were even better than expected!

Listen up all my fuzzy friend Mom's and Dad's...this Pet Palace is AMAZING!! Lots of Love and professionalism goes into your babies here. CHRISTINA always does my Bunkers, and she is wonderful! Cut..clip..bath and dry, my kitty leaves there feeling so special not one peep on the ride home! Now she struts around the house in front of the other cats feeling beautiful! Thank you Christina..we love you!! ????????❤️

My dog is eight years old and this was her first grooming experience, although I was nervous to drop her off they took the time to listen to what I was looking for and also put my mind at ease. Best place for dog/cat grooming. The staff are always friendly and comfortable with animals. They take great care of our animals. They also take walk-ins for nail clipping/grinding. They do an amazing job! My mom and I have taken our dogs here for 13 years and always refer friends to them.

No bad experiences wonderful women my dogs feel safe and they're really old. I always sit out of my car and wait for each one of them to come out and they always come out adorable

Today was our first grooming at Jeanine’s for our 2 Goldens. Charlie and Christine were amazing. Tucker and Oliver look great and were treated great while there. Thank you!!!!

This is the best place for your precious little furry friends.

Prices kept rising over the last 3 months for each haircut. The last time we took Chewy, it looked like they used a #2 guard and didn't use scissors at all. Also, the first few times we took him, he smelled great. The last time we took him he didn't have any scent on him. We will be looking for another groomer next time we take him.

Beware, this place is terrible! When I took my dog in they put her in a used dirty kennel in a closet. If that wasn't bad enough, I asked for her not to be shaven but when I came to pick the dog up she is completely bald. The cut is uneven and they cut all of her pads to the point where I can see bloody paw prints where she walks. There is bald spots all over her body and looks like they gave her razor burn!! Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had! If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Went in to have my Pits toe nails clipped...you know how much they love having their feet touched...Not! These ladies are top notch...very friendly and customer oriented!! Unbelievable $5 per kiddo....amazing. Highly recommend!!!
