They always take great care of our fur babies! Drop off and pick up is convenient. Being 24 hours makes it convenient, even for last minute things or emergencies.

We've brought our dogs here twice now, and each time they've been hurt or come home with injuries. We're currently out of state in Utah and they called and told us that yet again our dog has been hurt and is severely limping. We decided to give them another shot after the first experience but I'm not sure we'll bring them back again. Sad, because they're close to our home. I just wish they'd keep a better eye on our dogs so they didn't get hurt.

Took dog to the groomer right before boarding here. Came back filthy--dirtiest I've ever seen him and had a large scab on his elbow. He had diarrhea solidly for about 10 days afterwards--turns out he got giardia from this place. Some people really like it, but there's no way I would ever take my dog back there. It smells strong (not in a good way) and they made my dog sick. Really, really, really sick. Don't risk it--they obviously don't clean up enough. Two weeks later, and we're still dealing with diarrhea.

Our dog loves this place. As soon as we pulling he start going crazy and when he gets home he sleeps the rest of the day.

Decided against it, wasnt able to see where dogs were kept, dogs barking loud banging against wall, first impression of staff not good, wouldnt leave my dog there

The only reason I’m even given two stars is that the grooming was done adequately enough. My wife and I brought our 6 month old pup for grooming - specifically just a bath. We were immediately disappointed and apprehensive as soon as we entered the door. The reception area was dirty and smelled (which I can look past if everything else was fine given that they are a boarding facility as well) however the customer service was absolutely non existent. Staff was unfriendly and seemed bothered that we were there. We were not greeted upon entering and none of them acted as if they enjoyed being around dogs. There wasn’t the typical excitement of someone greeting an animal that you expect - and that we’ve experienced at other facilities- out of a person who works at a doggy daycare or grooming facility. The staff begrudgingly took the leash from me to bring he to the back. We reluctantly and regretfully left our pup there, trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Upon picking her up it was the same apathetic energy from the staff. My wife and I work in customer facing roles/industry and I know it can be difficult but simply smiling and greeting someone politely goes a long way. They did complete the grooming in the time frame mentioned and the grooming quality was fine. They also knocked off the cost of the nail trims as our pup wasn’t cooperative with that. We would not recommend the use of this facilities grooming, and although we didn’t board our pup, the staff’s attitudes alone would discourage us completely from ever using them as a boarding facility as well.

Our two boxers Lov going to Gilbert dog 24/7 for doggie daycare. They are always excited to go and are exhausted when get picked up. This place has the best hours - 24/7:)) So glad we found them and can’t wait to see the new place

Dobby loves coming here. I like how convenient it is with them being 24/7. At our old place I had to rush to get there before closing or wait for opening. Boarding is great too because someone is always there with the pups. I also haven't had any issues with him rolling in poo like I did the other place. He gets so excited when I say, " Do you want to go play with your friends?" The staff take dog CPR training and they have evac procedures in place in case anything happens.

Oliver LOVES his day care ???? Jack only goes for short stops; and loves it too. The 24 hour availability makes it perfect!

Zoe loves going to Gilbert 24/7! All I have to tell her is she is going to play with friends and she runs to the door. As soon as we pull up she inpatients waits to get out of the car and runs to get inside. I can’t thank them enough for loving my little baby as much as I do!

We have just about the craziest, most energetic dog that ever existed and we know that when he is at Gilbert Dogs he is taken care of, and gets out all of his energy playing with with dogs and people alike. We love this facility for daycare, boarding and grooming and are so thankful we have a wonderful option for our baby boy.

I had a 10 AM appointment for my senior dog. Dropped her off exactly on time and it took more than three hours for a simple bath and brush. No one even called me, I went in at the three hour mark to see if she was ready and was told they still had to do the nail trim. I expressed my disappointment when I went to pick her up, and felt the staff did not care at all. I was told that it took so long because the groomer was backed up from her previous clients. I indicated that it would’ve been nice if someone would’ve called me to tell me to bring my dog in later if the groomer was running behind. I do not like to have my dog in a kennel for any longer than necessary. I also believe that I was over charged. The online menu shows $45 and I was charged $50

The girl at the front desk, I think her name was Erica. So friendly so helpful. I feel safe having her watch my puppers! I will be back

I never have to worry about my dog when I bring him there. The staff is so friendly very accommodating and my dog is loving it!!!

I have been a long time client if Gilbert 24/7 and would not trust anyone else with my Steven. Steven ,my Jack Russell/ Maltese mix, is always excited to rush in the door to go to daycare. I also don’t worry a bit when he boards for a couple of days. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and sincerely care about their clients dogs and owners. I can not say enough great things about them!

Smelly and I wouldn't leave a stuffed to there.

In the beginning everything was great, but that did not last long, I left for a few months because I was upset about an incident, took my dog back last night and talked to the lady at the front desk, she quickly got defensive when I was explaining what happened the last time, she had a really bad attitude, I will not ever go back there. It’s not so much because of the care but it’s the attitude and unfriendliness that doesn’t feel good for me.

My husband and I were in Gilbert for a day before continuing our drive to San Diego. We didn't want to leave our dog alone in a hotel room, this AMAZING place was able to take our dog in with same day notice! We just had to provide her records and they handled the rest. The staff was so nice an accommodating and from what I noticed in the lobby they know their regulars and will even help you bring your dog out of the car. Don't hesitate bringing your dog here!

We love Gilbert Dogs!! I've had my dog here multiple times for dog boarding. She always comes back happy and well taken care of. Could not recommend this place more. Thank you!!!

I like this place. More importantly is my dog likes this place. 24 hour drop off is a big perk. My dog gets excited when we get to parking lot. My high energy dog comes home tired and passes out and sleeps all night.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this place! They have taken such great care of my dog every time he has been with them for daycare or boarding. They are very friendly and are always willing to communicate with me and update me on how he is doing. I am so thankful I found them!

Dogs 24/7 goes above and beyond to care for your dogs in a clean, 24 hour, kennel free setting, Someone of always with the dogs. All dogs go through an evaluation before they are allowed to join the pack. All dogs are spayed and neutered once of age so you are worry free about any unwanted attention toward your baby. All pups are fully vaccinated as well. All Dogs 24/7 staff as well as all of their dogs 24/7 locations truly care about your kiddos as if they are their own. Much of the staff developed relationships with the owners as well as the furkiddos and if you move they will most likely cry. They make movies of the pups each day to show you the fun the pups get to have there, not to mention turkey dinners on Thanksgiving and other special events on other holidays! They truly have taken the game to a new level. The grooming, it’s awesome!! Patient and loving groomers on site to make appointments as needed. Staff can give normal baths if requested. And, the owner, Stephen, amazing man who loves dogs and developed this amazing concept, has created a way for so many people to have a way to entertain their anxiety prone dogs and dogs with certain needs that can’t be left alone can have a safe haven to play and have fun and stay away from their anxiety because they are never alone and always have friends to play with!! I have seen many dogs who are extremely shy come right out of their shell in this environment because the staff have been COMPLETELY TRAINED on animal behavior and know how to bring them out of their shell. Give Dogs 24/7 a try, I know you will love it and so much stress will be relieved when you have a happily tired puppy that gets in the car and passes out for the rest of the night!!!
