Our 3 cocker spaniels are groomed monthly by Suzette at Furry Friends. She does a fabulous job with all of them. Furry Friends is very clean and easy to get to. We are very happy with our experience there and will continue using their grooming services.

Everytime I try and schedule here there is some kind of scheduling issue. This last try I got on their website to look for an appointment and there was an opening the next day, so I booked it. They called me the next morning and said it was an error that someone forgot to block that slot off and they had to cancel but could try to reschedule. I agreed but they said they didn't have any openings for over a month. Not helpful. I won't be trying to schedule here again.

I didnt really enjoy coming to this establishment. The lady with the giant tacky tattoo on her leg is rude. Not sure if she is the manager but they should take this as a teaching opportunity for their staff.

Most professional gruming service in Gilbert area. Highly recommended.

My family and I had been taking our dogs to furry friends for years. Last year I went into labor and we missed an appointment. Since then, the owner has been extremely rude. On top of that the last time I brought my 2 dogs in to get a grooming that I paid $85 each for they came out crooked and cut up. Both my dogs are VERY good while being groomed and yet one came back with a red rash and knicks from a razor all over his stomach and the other one came back with BOTH of his ears cut. His ears bled on and off for a week and were swollen. I’m not sure what happened to the quality of grooming and the customer service, but after 7 years of loyalty to furry friends we will be taking of business for all 6 of our families dogs elsewhere.

I am extremely unhappy with the services provided by Kristina at furry friends. When I went to pick up my dog from his appointment, while waiting in the lobby he kept barking because he was excited to see me. I noticed Kristina snapped at him to stop barking (which is fine, I’m sure listening to dogs bark all day can be tiring), but what concerned me was my dogs response. He immediately coward very low which I have never seen him do, which of course made me feel uncomfortable. I would hate to assume the worst, but when I looked at his haircut it was completely uneven, including his ears which leads me to believe that she was very unhappy grooming him as reflected in his cut. I know grooming can probably be a very tiring job at times, but I trusted my dog in your hands, with the hope that he would be treated with love and care. I will never bring my dog back to this grooming establishment, and I regret very much bringing him here to begin with.

Suzette is a top groomer person and our two little girls just love her, she is very gentle with them and we WON'T go anyplace else. They are the best we have found, we tried all the other dog and frog places.

I have been taking my four legged friend here for years. He wasn't to keen on grooming in the beginning. After love and patience from the groomer each experience he now seems to enjoy his grooming.

I would give more stars if the option was available! I happened upon this gem of a place earlier today. After picking my dog up from another groomer where he recieved a less than ideal cut and his nails were not filed down at all (they were very sharp and I was nervous about my baby getting scratched at home), I stopped in to ask about their pricing and what I could do at home to file his claws. Kim and Jennifer were so great! They told me their prices (much cheaper than where I had just come from and they offer more services for that price than my dog had just received), they then offered to file his nails down free of charge. Jennifer went a step further and put my little guy on her table to try to fix him up as best she could after the butchered cut he had just recieved. She even gave him a nice spritz down so he smelled wonderful and they tied an adorable bandana around his neck... All free of charge due to the poor experience we had just had elsewhere. As if all that wasn't enough to make me a new and loyal customer, you should have seen how they were with my little guy! On their website they state that their groomers are people who love dogs and will treat yours as they would treat their own and boy is that accurate!! All the pups in there were happy, well treated and adored! And for the preverbial cherry on top... They are a cage free establishment so the pups aren't cooped up and full of anxiety while they wait for their pet parents to come and take them home. Ten out of ten would recomend this place to anyone!

I have two dogs who have been getting haircuts at Furry Friends Salon for 4 years and have had no issues. The haircuts are always great and they treat my dogs well. No cages!

Awesome service. The best experience ever. Megan is amazing. I love the way my little guy looks. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. I will recommend anyone here.

Hello, I have to review this place ! My dog Tesla & I had a great experience here. Tesla’s haircut is so great & he had an awesome experience with Jennifer. Jennifer was also very knowledgeable about his hair & breed. We will be returning customers. I highly recommend them!!
