We made an appointment to take in our sick dog and they treated her. She is all better now after just a couple of days. Reasonable pricing and good service. Good communication. I would recommend and bring our dog back in the future if needed.

I loved my experience here. They took care of my Bengal cat and did it well in my price range, called to check how he was doing following the visit, and were all super professional and caring at the same time. I didn't have a wait before being brought back to the room at all, my appointment was a little early however; after 9am. The vet was also very time efficient and seemed to love her job which made the vet visit in general so much better. I was in and out of the office in a timely manner and it was affordable health care for my cat. Thank you guys for all you do!!! I will be returning :)

I've been taking my cats to them for the past few years. They are very professional and attentive to my cats. Always call to make sure they are doing fine after visits. Always ready to answer questions whenever I have any. Great team! ????????

the food is usually good but today they were really busy , the service was horrible. it took 45 minutes just to get our order in then it took 45 mins to get our food. The pizza was a little under cooked. the raging bull sandwich was mediocre. The baked rigatoni was definitely on point(really good).the lasagna was just okay, I would not get it again.

East Valley Animal hospital has been great! They have been taking care of my dog Remi since her first puppy appointment and got me through the first year of owning my dog. Remi actually enjoys going to the vet and that speaks volumes to the level of amazing service of all the staff.

They are the best. I would highly recommend.

Great staff, friendly, very knowledgeable vets

This is not my primary vet, but my dog had a bad ear infection and they were able to fit us in. They were very accommodating and had great communication with me. Definitely recommend them!

Scheduling and information they share not very good some of the time. Professional staff and easy to communicate too.

The staff and Veterinarians at this location are absolutely amazing. Not only do they provide the best care for our puppy, they also have very high customer service standards. The rates can't be beat, and we've always had great experiences here. We're so glad we were able to choose East Valley as our primary for our fur baby!

We followed Dr Mafara from Banfield and we've brought our pets to EVAH for about 6 yrs. We absolutely love the vets Dr Mafara and Dr Connolly. Both are experienced, knowledgeable and very caring. Dr Mafara is awesome at dental cleaning too which we use this service yearly. The staff is friendly. The office is very busy though so sometimes wait times and getting appointments take longer. They have added new staff to keep up with how busy they are. They are busy because they are good and everyone wants their pets treated here. I definitely do not like the current drop off situation because of Covid and neither do my dogs because they get scared going in this way. And you have to wait in the car. But I'm assuming it's this way with other vet offices as well. I can't wait til the pandemic is over and we can go back to how it was. The vet techs are so nice and friendly. Both vets give the proper care to my fur babies and keep the costs down enough. If something might cost too much they give us alternatives and other options. We had horrible experiences at another vet office in the past and following Dr Mafara was the best choice we made because we know our girls are in the best hands with the staff there at EVAH.

We are very thankful to the team at this place, Rex our dog got really sick and we took him here. They saved his life and for that we are very grateful. Rex was a very difficult case to figure out but with their knowledge and love we caught it just on time. Thank you for everything and for sure Rex is gonna keep going to see the team he has a long way to go.

Arrived 25 mins before closing and they wouldn't even see us. If you have an animal that actually needs attention go somewhere else. They could not have cared less. "We are closing soon so you would have to go to a hospital" is what they told me while standing under their sign that claims to be an Animal Hospital. Unreal.

Absolute disgrace, as new patients coming in with 4 animals we were excited to find a place to update everyone’s vaccines. We were initially pleased to see the positive reviews, but my experience was anything but positive. I showed up on time for my 4:00 P.M. appointment and after checking in my kitty Phoenix, I waited in my car for 45 minutes... I saw other cars come and go and the vet techs came out to get their animals right away.. I tried to call and see what was taking so long but no one answered and then I was put on hold. I guess I was completely forgotten and my time wasn’t valuable at all. I finally decided to leave after realizing no one was coming. I called to let them know my disappointment and to cancel my upcoming appointment with my other cat. They replied that the vet tech was ready to come out right now.. how convenient..I took off work early to be there and I had another appointment that I needed to get to, my time was completely wasted. I will never be using/ or recommending their service to family friends.

I called to schedule an appointment for my rabbit and left a message, but no returned call. I understand officers are busy and want overly discouraged by the call not being returned, so I called again and left another message. Again, no returned call. At this point I called another vet.

Dr. Connolly and staff are great. Very helpful, they explain in detail and always willing to fully answer all your questions without making you feel like they are rushing off to their next appointment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet for their pets.

Very smooth process with COVID regulations. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices are reasonable, and they take the time they need - didn't feel rushed, but also didn't take all day. Plus, the fur baby is getting better! Very grateful we found this animal hospital.

Great service, kind, caring staff

I bring both my dogs here and always happy! Front office and back office are always patient when I have questions. Dr Connelly is awesome! I feel they recommend only what's needed and don't try to "sell" you. Being in healthcare myself I truely value the care and love this office gives. ❤

The staff here is amazing. They’re awesome with my cats. And when I brought my dog in for a possible tumor, Dr. Mafara made sure to explain everything simply, and was even able to set us up with a treatment that works (after years of searching) for my pups awful allergies. I feel extremely confident that my pets are healthy and getting the best care. Plus the prices are really reasonable.

My pet insurance referred me to Dr. Mafara when my dog Blu developed a tumor in his left eye. I raised Blu from puppy to adult for 12 year's. He is considered my son. Dr. Mafara performed an enocculation on Blu in an attempt to save his life. The operation was a success and Blu has returned to be his loving self. During the entire process Dr. Mafara and his entire staff was amazing. They walked me thru everything. Everything went exactly as he told me it would. I wish there was more to say than Dr Mafara and his staff are amazing! Thank you all! You are all Truly ANGELS!
